Big scam!! Dont waste your time and money on this website or even purchasing anything from them.We were looking for wall pieces to use a return gift for a family event. I came across Bronze Sunflower Mirror set for ~ $8/Piece on their website. Immediately ordered ~30 pieces. Delivery was on time but the product was totally different from what the description said on their website.To start with,- The weight of the product, shown on website, was not matching with actual weight. Actual weight of product is almost half the weight they mentioned on their website (attached snapshot)- The look of product was very different from what was shown on their website. (attached snapshot)I called their customer representative Michael Franco for seeking help with this order and Michaels response was, if you dont like the product, you have to pay for the shipping it back to us. We usually charge some restocking fees but we can waive it for you. I was surprised with his response, how unprofessional of them. I have clearly told him I am not going to pay for shipping if the product is not matching with the description.But seriously dont waste your time and money. I observed they have about ~4.5 stars on their own website. It looks like they just post good reviews and remove bad reviews.

I have to say that my experience here was fantastic I had a one-on-one sales representative help me out Ive never been so blessed and happy to let you guys all know that he was not pushy and made me feel comfortable to the plane where I will be purchasing and be dealing with him in the future

For a company that has been in business for 30 years, their integrity is starting to slack. I placed an order for 3 bulk items, shipping was $72+, one of the items i ordered didnt ship, but the shipping cost remained the same. Had I not taken the initiative to contact the company they would have never bothered refunding me the difference in shipping cost. Moreover, the company did some math and claimed the missing items would close $5+ to ship. Total lie because these are bulk items and the cheapest shipment (according to their site with a similar item) would cost just shy of $10 to ship. I am demanding a fair business to exchange because i feel very taken advantage of.

User friendly website was easy to navigate. Easily placed an order and received my well-packaged cases of goods in a reasonable amount of time given the COVID situation. Will order again!

Worst company I ever encountered. Cheap products and cheaper owners, who dont know what they are doing day to day. Warehouse environment is a mess and dirty.

I have to give them 5 stars. I had never ordered from them before and I received a single package that contained the Packing slip which contained items from my order which were not in the package. I contacted Customer Support through email and received prompt attention. Today I received a second box, which contained the items I thought were missing. I received one package yesterday, the other today. Customer Service was very responsive and 100% willing to fix the issue :) They did not need too - Great Experience! (Yes, I did let them know the items did arrive) :)

Great deal for what I needed. Shipping was almost half of the cost of my purchase but it still saved me a lot of money if I bought them individually. Customer service and follow up were both great. Highly recommend for any kind of large venues. Any orders over $50 gets free shipping. That is a great deal but you have to pay return shipping so be sure that you get what you want. Its not like Amazon. Though a lot of their products are on Amazon but for more money and same shipping as if bought at their site. No deals there unfortunately. Still I am happy. :)

Terrible customer service!!! After placing my order and paying $16 for shipping for a package of loofahs to come from California to me in Seattle for my baby shower, I messaged them to see if they would come in time and they said after 5 days my order wasn’t even shipped out. I told them to cancel my order before shipping out since they wouldn’t be here in time. They of course didn’t listen and shipped it out. It arrived after 10 days! I reached out for a packing slip to return and get a refund but they said I will have to pay for more shipping (already paid $16) and a 20% restocking fee even though it was their fault it wasn’t shipped out in time and not cancelled in time when I told them to! Ridiculous!

I would have gave them zero stars if I could! Do not buy from them worst Customer service ever.My products arrived and I did not get what I ordered and received stuff I did not order! I have placed 8 phone calls and have had no luck getting them to fix a bad order. I finally got 1 person with the last name Kolethat did say he would fix the problem..... I am still waiting 21 days later! Still have not received my products but you sure did take my money.

WORST COMPANY EVER! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Placed 2 orders in June and early July. Still processing for both. I reached out to customer service in which I was told one product is out of stock but wasnt when I ordered it so it was canceled. The other order I was lied to about because I supposedly chose FBA on a $30 order. FBA isnt even a clickable option unless you have more than $100 in your cart. Sent screenshots stating home delivery, not FBA and they didnt even acknowledge them. Total scam artists. Still have over $50 of my money. Ill just go to the bank and let them know I placed an order with a scam company and didnt realize. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

I ordered sterile masks through this company. Please know they sent the non-sterile(cheaper) masks and have not issued a refund for it nor sent the correct masks. I planned to support this company longterm, however after their handling of my order I will not

First order here have high hopes, the communication has been great so far.

Beware! This company will take your money and NOT SHIP your items! First couple orders went great, then they started just not including items in shipments and simply did not say anything about it. When asked to please refund ( very nicely ) they simply ignore any and all inquiries. Poor communication and can not be trusted. Do not do business with these crooks.

Website showed a stuffed red dog bone and a green one. The details said an assortment so I assumed there would be a some red and some green. Nowhere did it ever show there were other designs. I was ordering these as Christmas gifts to my customers. Bought 360 of them. I received 360 of white bones with spring flowers, white bones with brown, yellow and orange stripes and white bone with rainbow colors. Nothing red or green for Christmas as their website showed. They will take them back but I have to pay to return them. VERY disappointed in this company and will never order a large order like this again.

I had ordered a set of sara candy dishes and kids tool sets in the same order. For some reason the kids sets did not ship even though they are in stock and are still available to order.The shipping was not adjusted and they still have the $12 dollars that was used to purchase the Kids tool sets.I will be contacting Paypal to get these funds back and i will not be ordering from this shady company ever again.They do not answer the phones or phone messages.The only positive thing that i can say is that the shipping was very fast and the packaging for the glass items was very well packed and came to me all in one piece.

At first I thought this was a great company to use for my business. Boy was I wrong. They have little to no customer service and my orders have been shorted more then once. This last time was over $50.00 in product. This last time is it for me. I have tried multiple times to get some one to help me by calling and emailing with no response. Worst customer service and return policy I have dealt with a wholesaler. I sent two email with no response and had to call three times within 2 days to get an answer. The call back system works half of the time. All of this to be told that it will cost me more to send back the product and that otherwise I should just keep this defective product. These were not real black lights, it is false advertisement to sell those as black lights . Do not waste your time and energy, buy elsewhere.

I didnt get everything i ordered i have sent several emails with no response

The item I ordered was a countertop display that had 31 small parts inside each unit for sale. The display was made out of cardboard. It did receive some crush damage during shipping that I was able to straighten. Some of the caps on each of the units came loose during shipping, and there were scattered loose parts inside the shipping box. I had to spend approximately an hour straightening all of this out. I am not sure what some people gave them 5 stars, probably just because the cheap price. I would never come back because of the price. You are paying for nothing can be used durable. I bought several pet supplies.Their prices were really attractive because of bulk purchase. However, it was very disappointing about the quality. I did not realize the Cat ball was made of hard plastic. I thought it was either soft rubber or silicon. Since I also have a dog who would break the ball because of the hard plastic and would get hurt if he swallows it. I called to ask for return because of this issue and was told to wait for sales rep. to call. But no one called at all. Therefore, I made call today to tell them this potential issue. They did not care, but 20% restock fee. And never buy the Dog Tennis Ball at all. It was not made of whole ball but 2 halves of plastic and wrapped with the skin. My dog broke it in few seconds. Their prices sound cheap, but I would have paid more for good quality for the durability. Do not waste your money to buy from a merchant who is not caring at all. Another item of the Adhesive Lint Remover is so so so few amount of the paper on one. You would use up 12 pcs in 2 days. Not kidding. Do not waste your money because of the cheap price. You will receive what you pay.

One of the worst wholesale companies I have ever worked with. I first tried ordering several cases of a certain dog rope toy for a customer of mine who was expecting it in 2 weeks. Before I completed my order, I called the company to check whether the said toy was in stock as it was a rather large order. The customer service line is extremely slow and it takes forever for anyone to pick up. Once I finally connected to someone, the person assured me that they had plenty of the toy in stock.I drove all the way down to Carson to pick up my order after over a week and was told to repeatedly wait in the lobby for over 3 hours. The manager showed up and told me that the toys I had ordered were out of stock and would not be in stock for at least another 2 months. He then asked me to pick out something else of equal value from the showroom as I had already paid instead of offering a refund and compensation for wasting my time. I quickly asked for a refund and got out. Never going to order anything from this incompetent company again.

Wonderful timing.

We’ve ordered twice from this company and highly disappointed with them. The first shipment we called and they wanted pics. We told them they were poorly packed so we tried again and same thing- several mugs and picture frames came broken because of poor packing. We’ve called several times, emailed them with pics and left several messages with no response. Now we have all this broken product here with no response. I will not be buying from them again and wouldn’t suggest them to anyone.

Our activities group at my job had taken donations for Khloe Kares, an organization that helps the homeless. Hoping to make the donations we received stretch as much as possible, we ordered our goods for the Kare bags from Kole Imports. The online ordering process was simple. However, one item was out of stock so before submitting the order I called and spoke to Michael Franco who provided excellent customer service. He laid out my options and being that I live only 30 minutes from their location, I chose to pick up my order at Will Call. My order was ready within 24 hours. Will call was a 5-10 minute process in and out the door. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I will definitely order from Kole Imports again in the near future.

If I could give a lower one I would every thing very poor. Some come broken notified them and they only said we could send them back in the original boxes that mean it would be another $30.oo mean even more loses do not do not buy from this company you will lose money.

This company has no respect for its customers. I placed an online order my items came stained, dirty and smelled like pure chemicals. The customer service sucks (no other way to put it). Wont refund me anything! Some items even came rusted! Just imagine everyone using this company for drop shipping - what a disaster that must be. Absolute disgrace. STAY AWAY!
