Nice clean casino convenient to Costco and the highway. Very friendly staff, good food at reasonable prices. The restaurant service was ok, not outstanding.

Carson City Nevada has a great history within the State as well as within the Union. Bodines Casino builds on that history, or at least commemorates various aspects of the local and State history.The casino is modern and big enough in size to provide ample parking, elevators to gaming areas, a great dining area, and well trained and friendly staff.First visit was a workday breakfast. Helpful wait-staff and servers were prompt, courteous and friendly. My selection was a basic eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast and coffee meal.Easy enough to get right, but also sometimes easy to get wrong. Not here, though. My table was clean and fully stocked. The breakfast was as ordered, with tasty eggs, potatoes, bacon and toast.Butter, jam and jellies were top rate and the coffee was the right temperature and flavor.The casino was sparsely filled as could be expected for a workday morning. The parking areas available suggest even at maximum use there will be ample and safe options available.Not being a local, Im impressed with the entire casino as being friendly to locals and visitors alike.

I went in to get a turkey dinner they serve daily to eat for Thanksgiving and it smelled soo good! Mashed potatoes, gravy, turkey. Great value and Im taken care of. Yay

Nice looking outside. I appreciated the hand sanitizer machine upon entry. Quite dead tonight. The maximums required on most of the machines were ridiculously high. Plenty of room to move around and walk. Nothing impressive.

The chicken with gravy and mashed potatoes was not great. Chicken sitting in layer of grease/ oil, and the price charged was higher than stated on the menu. The Reuben and fries was good.

Only stopped for dinner. However, the atmosphere was nice. We ate in the lounge. The bartender took care of us. Think his name was Ruben. Very pleasant man and uber-professional. Although he was busy, he never missed a beat and was attentive of all our needs. My wife ordered pork chops and I ordered a turkey dinner. Both meals were fabulous and prepared wonderfully. A great experience all the way around. If in Carson City, Nevada, make sure to visit and make sure to eat. The food is fantastic

We had the prime rib. My wifes had gristle and was poor. My cut was better but was still overcooked and slightly tough to chew. We ordered medium rare. Service was good, no complaints there.

The staff is wonderful, the leadership when it comes to late night is awful. Quite simply terrible. DO NOT come here after 10pm. I repeat, DO NOT come here after 10pm. The staff after that time is still attentive and wonderful but the manager Curtis is shameful. Assured he would send me service after harrasing my wife and I, and even after receiving such, the staff were the ones to attend to us, not him. AVIOD CURTIS AT ALL COSTS.

My first time in Bodines Casino, some of this pertinent, some just what made try it out and continue to patron Bodines. Casino was very clean, smoke filled, no. Ate at the restaurant service very good, comfortable and food was tasty. I had a friend employed there that was able to be paid during the closure and bosses kept in touch to make sure she and other employees were doing well. Wow! That is why I patron local businesses that care about their employees and in turn employees take care of US the customer.

Last visit waitress was rude and spoke as though we wouldnt come pick up our order and pay. We never have done that it was insulting. Have people pay over phone if thats a concern. We would have gladly done that. Tonight our to go order sat 10 min till someone finally got it. Guy said no problem well not his food getting cold. Plus forgot our gravy on both meals. Done. Try to help you stay in business but deserve good service and correct food. Need to get it together

Well kept especially now more than ever m. Bodines Casino is definitely incompliance with the guidelines set fourth by OSHA and the CDC, they are on top of making sure all persons that have entered the casino are maintaining safe distances and making sure machines have been properly sanitized. The only negative remarks I have is that I have never been offered anything to drink while playing but when asking a employee they responded with politeness and brought me a water quickly so all in all bodines casino is a mellow place to go try and win some money.

Waited an hour and a half to get our food. Had to ask for coffee 3 different times because they kept forgetting. Waitress told us they were going to comp all of our food and ended up getting half of it off. Happy for the discount, but it absolutely was not worth the experience. In general was really disappointed in the service.

A very nice little casino. The food here is really good and the staff are great people. The made my wife and I feel right at home here. The casino floor was very clean and well kept, I dont remember seeing an empty glass or used ashtray anywhere around any of the machines. Looking forward to going back.

My lady and I go to Bodines Casino Restaurant. We love the place. Great food and great service. The manager Hugo is amazing. He gets in there and works right along with the employees while keeping an eye on the workings of the restaurant. He is so customer service oriented. We love the restaurant but Hugo is the reason we keep coming back.

Food not so great. My husband had chicken fried steak with potatoes and gravy and cooked veggies. The veggies were cooked perfectly, the cream of broccoli soup was very good, but the chicken was a little overdone and the gravy was too spicy. I got the fish tacos, which were tasty, but the beans and rice both had a spice I didnt life-- so I ate my husbands potatoes.

You’ll lose money every time you come here. Machines are super tight. I can play like 10 machines in a night and lose on every single one. Do not gamble here unless you want to lose everything you put in. Fandango is much better.

Dawn, the bartender at the sports bar, needs a refresher course in Customer Service. Her demeaning personality and pompous behavior create a stressful environment. I spend $$$’s betting the ponies and playing the slots multiple times throughout the week.I’m the customer, not an inconvenience.I expect better service.

We havent been to Bodines in almost 2 years, we used to go there at least 3 or 4 times a month. I like the new look of the restaurant however I was not impressed with the presentation of the food on our plates it looked like the food was just thrown on the plate, the food was a little better than average but I remember when the food was excellent and the mueu was extensive that not the case anymore at least yesterday it wasnt !!, perhaps it was an off day. I will say everyone at the restaurant was nice. Just my opinion

Clean and amazing staff

Went in here for the free play. As usual, once you start playing and having a little fun, its easy to keep going and keep spending, especially when theres a very nice looking lady sitting next to you. But thats a story for another time. One of the best things about this place is the parking lot under the casino. In the summertime, that keeps your vehicle from getting too hot, and in the winter, you dont have to scrape snow off the windows before you leave.

We go there every morning after church, which means Sunday morning, ave theyre always busy. But everyone there is very nice, with smiles and we never feel rushed. Its a great place with super friendly people and reasonable prices. It keeps us going back every time + has become tradition.

Food is always good if you dont mind walking in a smoking casino. Filters have gotten better, but yuck. Should be no smoking within 50 feet of any restaurant.

We were able to stop by and visit our favorite little restaurant in Carson and to see our favorite manager, Hugo, still working there. Even though it had been a year and a half, we very much loved being able to stop by and have wonderful service and food as always.
