Very nice community! I feel safe raising my kids in this community. The park is very clean and the lake has fish to go fishing. The ladies in the office are always so nice and will always try to help with anything one encounters. Also, close to all the shopping centers and schools so that makes it very convenient to live in these area. I recommend it if you are looking to find a peaceful, beautiful and close to shopping area.

The ladies in the office are very helpful and kind. They worked with me to find a home. I couldnt ask for kinder people. The park is quiet and clean. I like the amenities they have. I feel it safe raising my child there. If anyone is looking for a new home, I highly recommend Cedar Village.

This is a clean quite community with excellent staff that help making your dreams in renting to own mobile homes for affordable living. Conveniently located next door to Central middle school and Central elementary with bus pickup. Shopping Center and hwy27 less than a mile away.

This community is a wonderful place to live .. close to shopping schools and restaurants but in the evening you can sit on your porch and only hear the crickets and frogs
