Great space for training in a more relaxed/creative environment than other studios which can feel competitive. Very good aerial instructors, despite relatively low height for rigging. Nice variety of apparatuses for training in circus arts. Love interacting with the owner, Julia!
Circus Arts, Ecstatic Dance, Hooping, Shamanic ceremony, and many other workshops and events happen at the Flowjo. The energy is great and the space is large enough.
I went to the cacao event and it was a wonderful experience.

My kids LOVE learning aerial arts here and love their teacher. Unfortunately the lighting in the studio isnt great but theyre working on that.
