So many fantastic classes! I highly recommend Anoo Brod’s improv 101, 201, 301 classes. 101 is a fantastic way to start out with a bunch of other fantastic noobs (total beginners). Through this class, I made good friends, learned a sweet skill (lying with pizazz), and built up that fun little jolly called self-esteem. Hot.Whether you want to invest in yourself through dance, ceramics, theatre, drawing, poetry, or whatever else suits your fancy, the Arts Center has you covered.

Ive volunteered for over 10 years in the ArtsCenter pottery studio. As with most non-profits, Ive seen it move through its share of various peaks and valleys, and consistently it has remained overall a vibrant contributor to our town. It is integral to our culture here and very much a part of my life. Thanks and high fives!

Very nice venue right in the heart of Carrboro. I have been to a few things there and it has always been a great place for the show. Casual, but very professional, and a place that is probably overlooked a lot given its proximity to Cats Cradle, which is a more well known venue in the area.

My child attended one summer camp there, did not like it and felt boring. The materials they used were pretty simple. Activities were not attractive. The camp my child attended was just like child caring service. Not entertaining at all.They do not have appealing policy to accommodate the need of the family. Their cancellation policy is not flexible at all. I was trying to cancel it in advance. I contacted the center to request the cancellation as soon as I can, tried to reach them by phone several time but no one was there to answer it. I left a message but no one returned my call. I had to contact the youth director by email but she is inconsiderate of my familys situation and refused to do the cancellation. I am very dissatisfied with their service.

I have taken several classes at the Arts Center and always enjoy and learn from them. Currently I am taking the Yoga for over 50 and finding it very good, helpful and definitely worth the price of admission.

Great concert space - always open seating so get there early. Arts programs from after school for the kids to evening and weekend adult classes. Community art exhibits regularly in the lobby. Keep track on the website for event information.
