Always a beautiful course! Challenging for being as short as it is. One of the best warm up spots around as well. Friendly, attentive staff, and not overly expensive. I play here about 3 times a year and have yet to have a bad experience.

Really nice well-managed public course but $70 is still too pricey. The only reason I gave 4 star was that they dont have any ranger. A foursome held up 3 to 4 groups including us which caused about 30+ minutes delay.

The course was in excellent shape. The staff was friendly and helpful. The play was a little slow today. I’m not sure if this is normal or if it was because it was a Friday. The warm up/practice area is very nice and well maintained. Hope to play the course again when it’s not so busy.

It is a lovely course. Well maintained. I was with a member who dealt with all the logistics, so I did not meet the staff, but everything went smoothly.

My friend and I made the trip from Fort Wayne to Indy to play the plum Creek and Prairie View. Plum Creek experience was ruined by the course choosing to pair us up with 2 senior players, when we were a playing next to back tees. The real issue was the temperament of one of the seniors they paired us up with Harry we were rushed threw our round he complained on every hole, was rude and had no course etiquette, he would putt while you were putting, we complained about it in the pro shop after our round and they said it would have been different if it wasnt Harry. That did not make our round any more pleasant we spent a lot of money to come to Plum Creek and expected a better out come. As far as course the layout was nice, fairways nice, traps fair, the greens were slow, I believe this may have been due to the excessive heat and they were purposely left long. Long story short we both did not enjoy our trip due to the pairing. last note, staff needs to be more attentive to out of town golfers, we had to find how to get a cart because thery were not out and we did not know pin position, we may have missed it. I dont think you will be let down by course conditions but ask not to be paired if possible.

We had our wedding at Plum Creek. The ceremony was outside at the gazebo and our reception was inside. It was absolutely perfect!! Everything was gorgeous and Maty did a fantastic job coordinating with vendors and assisting with whatever we needed. I couldn’t have asked for more. Book your wedding with them. You won’t regret it! Plum Creek Golf Club is home to a locally well-regarded open parkland layout. The course, which exudes many classic Pete Dye design features, is located in the northern outskirts of the city of Indianapolis. This eminently playable and relatively open layout features tall grasses, multiple water hazards, strategically placed bunkers, testing green complexes and plenty of challenge for golfers of all skill levels.

Beautiful Course in great shape. Only complaint is the greens need to be rolled more often as players don’t fix their ball marks very well. We still had a great time.

I enjoy playing at Plum Creek. The only complaint I have is that, for somebody like me who likes to walk, they charge the same rate. I dont think thats fair and wish they would have a separate rate for those that like to walk.

Its a nice course and its typically in really good shape. It isnt especially challenging, except from the tips, and has a number of risk/reward holes for the long hitters. Unless youre playing at a private course, expect any course to have pock-marked greens, particularly later in the season.My only gripes are that the green fees are overpriced, pace of play can be a grind on weekends, and they have a habit of over-watering the fairways. The course is under new management for 2018, so it should be interesting to see whether their stewardship has a positive or negative effect. I really liked the Hazletts and am very sorry to see them go.

Had a wonderful tlme at our 40th class reunion. The staff there were very polite and professional.

Played 9/11/17. From tee to green the course was in very nice shape. However, the greens were awful for a Pete Dye course. They were very slow and in bad need of being rolled or smoothed. No GPS on carts and for the price charged, this was not a good golfing experience. Some of the roughest greens I have ever been on. Spikes marks and un-repaired ball marks were present all over the greens. I do not recommend this course unless the greens have been substantially improved. In the condition they were in today, I would only want to pay maybe $25 to play this course.

Definitely well taken care of. Its a links style course so you dont expect trees or elevation but loses a star cause its kind of boring

Booked on Golf Now. Showed up, told I had to play front twice, back was closed. No where was this advertised in my prepaid reservation. Greens also atrocious, slow as molasses and with aeration holes everywhere. Wont be back.

One of my favorite tracks for our annual golf outing. Great practice facilities, nice people and a beautiful, well kept course.

This course has really declined. The pace of play has become terrible. Today, I played two and a half hours to cover 9 holes. There was an extremely slow foursome in front of us and they would not allow us to play through. When we made the turn with the chance to jump ahead, we found several additional foursomes had decided to start from the the 10th hole! This is the big problem. There is no on-course marshal and there are several frequent players who ignore all the rules. They drive carts all over the place tearing up the course, have no respect for other players, and no respect for the staff.In addition, the condition of the course continues to get worse. The greens are terrible landmines of ball marks.Management tries to maximize the number of players on the course and this does not help the pace or the conditions.
