Terrific shows in Carmel this evening- (Saturday June 8th 2019 - Second Saturday Art Walk) - DO make time to go see the gorgeous new work from Debbie Slack and Barb Gregory in their annual mother/daughter show. Color, form, light-- all deftly crafted by both in their own styles. Matthews work is terrific-- and the stories behind-- WOW-- he infuses his life experience and musical talent with paint and canvas... plus the Robert Berkshire estate paintings are a BONUS when you visit Evan Lurie Gallery. Indiana Artisans Gallery is such a well curated space-- Joyce Jensen is featured this month. The detail and color in all of her paintings are jaw dropping. The Indiana Artisan store is such a treat in and of itself. Juried and selected work from the BEST artisans in the state. Reminds us all how fortunate we are to have so many talented artists, designers, creators HERE in Indiana-- BUY LOCAL and help keep them here!
