First time experience here, watched Avengers with my bro. And The guy at the lobby, Nathan was super cool and professional. I had so many questions and he answered them enthusiastically.

Only thing is... Once you go Cinepolis you cant go back. This theater is true to their other luxury theaters.

They need to change the name of this theater because most people are getting confused with the other Carlsbad location. Please change the name! The staff is very frustrated because of this huge error. Customers will pay for their tickets in advance and go to the wrong theater and miss their show causing confusion for all. Should be a simple fix guys!

Had a great experience! It is beautiful. Comfortable seats, good food. The team was very helpful here.

Fun little spot, grab a cocktail and a movie. A big bowl of popcorn is also necessary. LoL. Just before the Birds of Prey movie.

Cinépolis is the best place to watch movies!

This is a really great new theater we love that the concessions are brought right to you at your seat... no more lines to stand in! You cant beat this theater with any other in north county.. BRAND NEW!

Dont take up the parking at Bank of America.Other then that, it should be a good theater.
