Awesome theater. I watch movies all over the country, in many different brand of theater, and I can honestly say, this is top 5. Reclinable seats, reserved so no fear of not finding a good vantage point. Good concession choices and friendly staff. I will be back to watch future films here. Great location, too.

My husband and I call it our cheap date of the week. I enjoy the reclining seats, very comfy. I need to take a throw because its always a little chilly in the theaters. I do wish that the restrooms had been updated. Im not sure why all of the new releases dont come to Carlisle and other movies hang around forever.

This theatre blocks off seats and tells you the front row is the only seating available. When you go in,you can quickly see NOT all seats were sold. This had happened to us twice. The bathrooms are run down and small. Carlisle needs a newer, friendlier theatre. One that doesnt charge seniors full ticket price

Pretty decent movie theater. Seats are very comfortable, love that they recline. Price for just the tickets is fair, but unfortunately the food is overpriced (as expected in a theater) and also tastes pretty poor. The nachos were just a bag of plain chips with American cheese sauce for $8!!Out of the couple of times Ive been there theres always been trash in the theater upon arrival. Sometimes old cups in the cupholders and popcorn in the seats. Pretty gross.

Rather nice new seating! Comfy reclining leather chairs with spacious rows. Theater was clean. The only issue I have is the size of the bathroom which had one toilet and two urinals. Trash was overflowing in the bathroom at opening of the theater which seems rather odd.

Pros: The recliner seating is nice, and I like that the arms now go up for snuggling during the movies. Typically not a packed theater. Lots of parking. Movies are good and high-quality. Cons: bathroom is gross, and the whole place doesnt feel clean. Theres always been food in the crack between recliners. The food is outrageously expensive (but thats to be expected at the movies)

Mostly everything is nice about this theatre except for the fact that I was told by an Employee that the vinyl seats are almost never cleaned or disinfected. After hearing that I found it hard to rest my head on the seats without a cover of some sorts, so I bring a large plastic garbage bag to cover the seats with when I go to the movies. The last thing in the World I need is to bring home an infection of ringworm or lice or worse. Also, they have some nerve charging $4.25 for a regular 16oz bottle of water. Even Madison Square Garden in Manhattan only charges $3.50. I refuse to be ripped off by Carlisle Commons by that much and would rather die of thirst first. $4.25 for a bottle of water is way out of line and qualifies as scalping in my opinion.

Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves when we took our 3 grandchildren to take in a movie while visiting our daughter and son-in-law. Comfortable, reclining chairs with quality sound and screen.

My wife and friends and I enjoy this theater, explicitly for the seats. Recliners should be in every theater! Advanced seating is great for a new release, though of course you need to book online, early enough.The theater could use a revamp on the main interior as well, and the bathrooms are just average. The real main attraction here are the seats - the screens and sound are good, but laying back is the best!

The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because of the nice recliners. It was cold and when its that cold, its not a good experience. I wont be back

We accidentally booked the wrong show time for a movie and they were very nice and accommodating. And we were able to see the movie we wanted at the time we wanted, just different seats. They also told us if we werent happy with it to let them know and they will get us set up at a different time and date. Very nice people. Thank you very much. My husband and I enjoyed our date night very much.

This is THE BEST theater around. They have the best seats (recliner) and nothing can beat the comfiness! Wish they have more foods to choose from though. Still 5/5

Such comfortable seating to enjoy the movie and the staff at the concession stand area are very helpful and polite. The only complaint I have is not with the place but the price. I guess it is the same cost pretty much across the board but you really feel as though you spent half a paycheck for 1 movie and a few snacks. I wish they would offer more discounted specials on good movies because the renovations are nice and I would like to go more often. I will be back, just not on a regular basis.

Great reclining chairs. Horrible food and snack selection. When ordering food In thought I was in a third world country. Popcorn popcorn popcorn , maybe a little bag of corn chips and a little cup of some kinda cheese. I think prisoners have a better selection of food and snacks in a prison food store. Get a grip. And the place was packed, that tells me lots of missed opportunities. HELLO

I enjoyed going here to watch movies. I liked the prices and I liked all the movies that were showing. One thing I did not like is that the seats were not very comfortable. They were made with a squishy me ory foam type material and the seats were not reclining like the Carlisle commons.

Comfortable seats. You can pick your seat ahead of time. We always try to see movies at this theater because it is out favorite movie theater in the area. The popcorn was delicious and very buttery. I ordered pretzel bites. They brought them in to the theater for me fresh and hot. This theater is out of the way, but it is worth the trip. On the negative, the garbage can outside was overflowing and the parking lot here is always chaotic.

The R.C. theaters in Hanover it’s $8.00 a ticket for three it’s a total of 25. Why is Carlisle R.C. Theaters for three tickets for a total of $30. I think it’s ridiculous for that price. The chairs reclined and it was nice I get there is a higher price change between the two. But I take Hanover any day than Carlisle. Not because of the price because it’s totally nicer inside than it is in Carlisle.

I love how big the screen is and i love the reclining chairs and its normally not full.Overall its a really good movie theater. If youre going to watch a movie i recommend this theater.

Their website for buying online tickets unfortunately doesnt work.. but the staff is kind and accommodating. I once had a horrible headache and was afraid of having to leave my movie early but they found me ibuprofen and brought a cup of water to my seat in the theater. The seats are very comfortable and reclining.. Im always at risk of falling asleep. They are that comfortable.. I do recommend buying tickets in advance as the seating is assigned and new movies are usually sold out.

This theater is awesome!! You can reserve seats online if you want to set a date with someone, plus it has reclining seats!! How cool!!! Popcorn refills are free too.

Reasonable prices and best seating. My kids love the current LEGO movie 2 display which is very creative. Two reasons I didn’t go to 5 stars. It is FREEZING. Almost unbearable for us tonight. Also, I feel like it’s always dirty. But then a lot of theatres are. Not sure why that is. I appreciate cleanliness. We drive from Mechaniscburg to Carlisle for the seats. The recliners are perfect!!

While the seats are comfy, there are 2 RC theaters around me. Getting tickets online has always been an issue, and currently there are no showtimes for either R/C theater for a movie coming out this week. Their website is atrocious and you cannot buy tickets on any other sites.

The seating was not as good as people have said. When you purchase the tickets online, it shows plenty of spacing, but when you get there, everything is pushed up against one another. Theyre comfy, except for watching super long movies.

Most uncomfortable movie seats ever. It made the whole movie going experience terrible. I wouldnt recommend anyone going there. They should rip out the seats and put lawn chairs in. They would of saved a bunch of money.

I enjoy this theater so much. The theaters arent the largest, but I prefer that. The seats are top notch, and the reserved seating lets you show up at movie time not before to stake your claim. If you havent been here since the renovations, I highly recommend it. Now they just need to put a few local beers on tap!

Ohh my, popcorn was the absolute worst that Ive ever eaten. Actually I couldnt eat it because it was so stale. Im used to eating day old popcorn mixed with fresh, but today there was no freshly popped corn at all.

Best movie theater in the local area. May look like trash on the outside but amazing in the theaters. Electric seats, a signed seats when you purchase the tickets, and great sound as expected.

I had a great time here with my 3 boys. We watched the new Star Wars movie and although the theater was busy, everything went smoothly. There was a modest group of people at concessions but the flow was perfect. The seating was comfortable and clean. Had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this establishment for a great movie going experience.

Overall nice theater, but its not my job to tell the ushers to turn the house lights off when the movie starts.

So I had a thought to buy some tickets for a Christmas gifts. The manager and staff helped me so much to get the best bang for the buck. My gifts went to make my friends smile by watching a movie of there choice.

I recently went to see Star Wars with my best friend. Im from Perry County and I gotta say, this is the best theater that Ive been to since I moved into this area. Very nice comfy seats, great screen quality and sound quality. We didnt eat any food or drink, but when we picked up our tickets from the concession stand, the staff was very friendly and prompt in helping us out. Ill go back again before I go anywhere else. Also, the ticket price is very reasonable for how comfortable this theater is.

Love the new renovations. Theaters equipped with comfy recliner seats, and buying tickets online allows you to select seats in advance (you can pick them at the window too, but for busier showings the best ones go quick). Only complaint is the bathrooms - they are often messy and dont have enough stalls.

Recliner seats are comfortable. I dont find the chart that is used to choose seats easy to work with, but managed to book decent seats in spite of it.

This is one of my favorite theaters. Its worth the drive for the comfortable seating!

Love the reclining chairs and that you can choose your seats so you dont need to arrive early if you ordered tickets online.Its also super friendly for shorter people, I never struggle with having taller people sit in front of me and me not being able to see the movie.My only suggestion is to bring a blanket because it does get cold in the theaters

Met some helpful employees and manager when seeing rocketman. Was greeted with smiles. My sisters and I like the new icee machine and it’s flavors. Kaleb was sincere and helpful. Riley (shift lead) definitely knew what he was doing. Manager named Eric reminded me of a laid back uncle. Or maybe a beardless Jared Leto. 10/10

I love this place! It’s clean and the reclining seats should be a must for any movie theater. The staff seem to all be younger folks and could use a little more training on proper etiquette in dealing with the general public. They were engage more with each other instead of their customers, but this place is amazing and well worth the experience.

I like the new set up for the cinema now. The seating now offers a reclining option and each seat is more spacious than the previous seating arrangement. If you are going on a busy night to a new release I definitely advise purchasing your tickets online since you have to pick your seats when you make the purchase both online and when you purchase tickets at the cinema.

If youve been hesitant to go see a movie because of trouble with sitting, you dont have to hesitate any longer. The recliner mechanism works by the touch of a power button and it is smooth and quiet. My neck was fully supported and back and legs felt so good I was sorry the movie ended! Ill definitely be returning :)

Great movie theatre. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They are getting new seats that are extremely comfortable. The staff did make an effort to make me feel welcomed and the girl I spoke with joked around with a few of what I believe might be regulars there or past employees which made me want to come back. Very easy going and nice. I would definitely recommend it.

We came today, which is a tuesday and all movie tickets were only 6.50 (unless you did 3D, then they were an extra 2.50) not bad for the price though!
