Fun to watch people run towards train when theyre late

I was not the passenger I was only the pickup person. I called the 800 number to check to see what time the train was due to come in to Carbondale, Il. The automated message told the time to expect its arrival. The train came on the dime! I was very happy and surprised for the accuracy of the info. Thanks Amtrak! It made a pleasant experience for me. Keep up the good work!

Great place for travel for a good price...I had my own kids travel by rail to carbondale and they say it was very smooth riding. Might have to try it one day myself

You know the people here are not very helpful. The guys on the train are awesome but when you are lost or need help figuring things out in the building its difficult to get someone to talk to you without treating you like an idiot. Even at the information kiosk the chic was rude as hell. Like I was interrupting her day. Hello its your job

I needed help concerning my trip. The lady at the ticket counter Carbondale Il. Station at 1 30 pm thurs. Oct 3rd was exceptional. Great service. Clean stationDeserves recognition for a job well done. Thank you.

Love to ride the train and the crew are very helpful and friendly.

Did not get a sleeper which was a big mistake . Got on train at 3 :30 am on sat arrived at Denver at about 7:15 am on Sunday. Could not sleep, was very uncomfortable the whole trip.

Amtrak; gives the most Excellent service in the Public Transportation Industry, including the capability to take on customers in powerchairs! This feature alone, separates them from this rest! Not to speak of their other highlightable features.

The train wasnt just on time, it was 15 minutes early. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I found my train.

Seating very comfortable, however, the upper seating was difficult getting up and down the narrow stairwell with or without baggage.

Cant walk far last trip had to walk to end of train for elevator lift. Almost missed train. Bought ticket in advance. Handicap should get advanced boarding.

Relaxed quiet station, soda and snack vending, restrooms, pub across the street.

Train late as always...over an hour of delays (from Carbondale to Chicago)
