Its just a ramp for boat access to the Mississippi River. Ample parking. One covered picnic area.

Cool place. Launch your boat, go fishing or just sit by the river. Walking trails near by. Restrooms.

Nice view of the river. Facilities have been repaired since the flooding. Trash and graffiti. Could be a little scary here after dark.

I loaded at a construction site close by, it looked very nice

It needs a dock to tie to. You cant launch alone here if you care about your boat.

This place is great I remember years ago. Was facilities are up-to-date only part thats really missing is the dock

Mostly this is a place to come to on the way to other places: to launch a boat on the Mississippi River or walk or ride a bike on the Cape Riverwalk. But the pit toilets are maintained, theres plenty of parking, and a shelter with picnic tables.

Not much to do here but put your boat in or pull your boat out of the river, or use the picnic table. Theres a new bridge that connects the downtown riverfront trail to red star (aka honkers). Nothing bad about it, except, despite the sign, there was people blocking the boat ramp from us trying to load out boats, with their car and they were not doing anything and didnt have a boat.
