Pros: In & out in a protected area is easier compared to CC Yacht Club which is right on the river. Bumpers are also in better shape. Cons: Super shallow & long channel to open water which seems to not be patrolled so many boaters throwing way too much wake in the canal. No bathrooms nearby.

Great boat ramp besties weekdays on Saturdays and Sundays you get there early but they have plenty of parking anyway

Clean facility, but the parking lot was not designed by knowledgeable boaters. If the front 2 spaces are taken then its impossible to make a U-turn with an average size trailer. You have to turn out in the field then back all the way down. Not a huge deal but just a bad design.

Toilet facilities were very dirty. If we are going to be charged for this facility it needs to be cleaned up. Cape Coral, you can do better.

You cant swing a dead cat without hitting a square head. Most of the square heads that frequent there arent there for the ramp. Must be a weekly Douchebags anonymous group outing
