Great gym! The staff is friendly and helpful for all ages!

I got scabies and athletes foot from this gym, the first level teacher was extremely rude and strict, of you weren’t in a straight line you had to do 50 push ups, I’m not exaggerating

Great place for Gymnast to grow

My daughter has been going here for years. The coaches are great, they teach safety first , top rate skill progression and they offer girls and boys gymnastics. My daughter literally wants to go to gymnastics here all day - every day :-)

Our 5 & 6 year old children love their weekly gymnastics classes. The coaches are patient and fun teaching them the foundation of gymnastics .The gym is safe and all equipment maintained. We have hosted Birthday parties there, and attending open gym. I recommend Southern Starz, as our experiences have been fantastic!

I love this gym. My daughter has been going there for 2 years now from 4 - 6 and we love it. She loves it and has learned so much!

I was referred to Southern Starz for my 3 year olds first gymnastic experience. This center may be great for older kids but not for young kids. First I called two times to find out the correct schedule for her age. The first person did not know and took forever to give me an answer. I called back to confirm and was given a different time by the next person. I arrived 10 minutes early only to find out that I was 40 minutes early because I was given the incorrect time. We waited and had to use the dirty restroom, overflowing with garbage. I asked for assistance and let them know it was my daughters first time there. The instructor showed up one minute before start time and came to get my very excited daughter. I tried to tell her it was my daughters first time here and she just shook me off and my daughter had to run after her. She led the group into a playground area and then ignored my daughter when she went directly to the playground. My daughter was actually left alone to cry and then run out screaming to me. It has been a month and my daughter still does not want to go to another gymnastics class because of the mean lady that didnt have manners. It really would have been appropriate to introduce a three year old to the class and procedures and not just rush in one minute before class and expect them to know what to do! VERY unprofessional and not recommended.

My daughter was hurt and the coach did not care. She had no empathy at all. She was mean. Never came back.

JSelse +i am sorry but i have something to say about that this gymnastixcs is a hard core gymnastix and i understand why as a parent you would be upset .But i must say this : This gymnastix does not full around if you want a true gymnast experince then go to southern stars if you want a little baby one with no true blue gymnast or faciltiy then go to tropical twisters but i still recomend southern stars and if you dont belive me then here are all of the coaches at least all of the coches i know Ms Alssa Ms Bree Mr. Carry Mr.shawn O and we cant forget MS.JEN yep thats right i said it MS.JEN O and the offoce lady is Ms. Christiy and the owner is Mr. shawn sorry but thats just my opinyion
