Established in 1997, by 465 Alumni, Inc., as the permanent meeting place for BSA Troop 465 of Hickory Flat, GA. The Scouting Center has become a place for other units within the District and Council to hold training sessions and other meetings, as well as special events. Pack 4652, also sponsored by 465 Alumni, Inc., also has dens that meet here on a regular basis.
