Smooth time with my son on a date night. Busy was nice and steady. Social distancing was wonderful with such a small crowd for this Wednesday we attended. Great time with delicious food and drinks as always keep up good work during this pandemic

It was like stepping into a teleporter to The Block at Orange location!As soon as you walk in you are greeted with Dave and busters classic vanilla scent. My wife and I hadnt been to one in over a year, and we were excited because it was our date night spot. We had our friend tag along too because he had never been to one.We ordered some snow cone drinks and some food. It was absolutely amazing! Some of the games were shut down due to social distancing. I think this was a great tactic to battle the Virus and still be able to have a fun night out! We will definitely be back!

Under the circumstances of covid-19 it made my very first visit less than great, not because of anything Dave and busters could help though. Alot of the machines were shut down for social distancing. When all the virus stuff is over I definitely plan to revisit and at that time I am not than confident i will be rating them a 5 star

The only reason I gave Dave & Busters 4 stars was because my family and I went when this stupid virus is still happening.Also to me 5 Stars is Perfect and nothing can be perfect there is always something preventing perfection.

Went today. Masks in place, place was clean and the patrons were all following the rules. I had a lettuce wrap and it was really good. I enjoyed my time there. I will let folks know the average menu item is around ten dollars but the food is good. And for those of us that looked up and up and up that long row of stairs apprehensively? There is an elevator in place just around the corner for us with bad knees. Id like to go back sometime.

We brought our friends and family to celebrate our daughters 25th birthday. Our meal was delicious! The handmaid cocktails were very yummy. our server and the manager were extremely helpful and polite. There are so many games her and fun everywhere. Bring your friends and play together.

We had a great time Sunday night was slow and not a lot of people there. Service was decent and it was enjoyable time out, I would definitely return!

The place is extremely clean. The service is excellent. The food was more than delicious. I only have 1 request, make the serving of potatoes with the steak larger. Those potatoes OMG. I couldnt get enough of.We had a great time as usual

The games were fun but the social distancing prevented us to play together on most games. We ordered the pasta and it trash! No seasoning at all and it said lobster but I swear I didnt find one single piece. We were seated and no one came to take our order for 10 min. We had to order at the bar. All and all I would prefer the one in Cleveland. It was just ok for a date night and the bad food and service cost way too much.

Had the build your own churros dessert and let me tell you it was worth EVERY penny! The display was appealing and the flavor was out of this world. Their food has been amazing also every visit! Highly recommend for a family night out!

The latest and greatest in arcade games and a great sports bar with good bar food. I would suggest using the app to purchase a power card ect for your first visit to take advantage of the discount. I spent 55 on a power card and 75 on food. That was enough for my family of four to play games for about 3 hours. We had 2 regular entrees two kids meals an appetizer and 4 adult beverages during happy hour for 75 bucks before the tip and the food was really good. They have revamped classic arcade, ticket games and the amazing new arcade machines. It was a great time.

We love Dave and Busters. It was our 1st time at this new Location. Smaller then the others but ite closer to home so the drive was worth it. Its on a Good Spot too.. Connected to the Mall

For starters the service was bad from the start second the food was poorly prepared for a very high price i ordered 4 burgers and chicken fingers and spent 100 dollars and they were such small plates definitely not worth it at all. The drinks the have are over priced. And lastly the way the gaming is set up is the most inconvenient way ever and they tried to tell me i had to pay a 20 dollar activation fee just to turn card on than have to pay for the tokens on the card just to play 4 games per 20 dollars overall a money scam.

Last night my boyfriend and I went to meet up with our friends. We arrived and were asked for our IDs just to enter the building, which I had left in the car, while our friends that arrived there first were not asked. We then waited over 10 minutes to get a drink at the bar. It was very understaffed. The games were fun but I would recommend going to a different location as the Columbus one has always been great.

This was my first visit to this location. I am very disappointed. The games are good, pretty much what youd expect. The food and the service I received was horrible. The waitress was very rude and didnt seem very knowledgeable of what the promotions were. The food was very generic. Not cooked well and the portions were so small. For the $50 it cost for my friend and I just for food, I was very upset. Way overpriced and just no quality. I dont think Ill be eating there again. Only rated 2 stars cause the games are good. Other then that, very bad.

One of the nicer Dave and Busters Ive been to. I was there 2 days Aug 4th and again Aug 5th. Staff was friendly and cleaning continuously. Didnt eat here so my review is just got the arcade and winners circle.

Always a fun time. Went on a Friday at 1pm. Not many people. Very clean. Some games not on due to Covid social distancing. Food was decent. Kids had a blast.

Bartender Joe was amazing and took care of us very well. Definitely coming back because of his great service.

If I had a word to describe the steak they sent me via DoorDash, all I can say is shameful. I ordered the steak and lobster Alfredo and it was...inedible. The steak was nothing but grissle and was not even thoroughly cooked. If I had been there i would’ve sent it back and ordered something else. Funny thing is, it came with a huge cut in it. Almost like the cook knew it was a garbage piece of meat. Sent it out to me anyways. Well. Live and learn. I did and will never order from there again. Should’ve known when I first glanced at it because the picture showed it pre sliced. Didn’t even throw the rest to my dog because I couldn’t cut it. At all.

We reserved the board room for a private party. Raeann J. was awesome during the whole booking process. She met me the day of the party. She introduced me to the manager Eugenia F. She checked with times for food and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Now Gypsy, our hostess. She went over and beyond for making sure my guest and I didnt run out of nothing. Our party was about 30 people including children. She tended to the birthday girls as well to the adults with drinks. Superb customer service skills! I feel management should up the minimum gratuity for a large party, its not enough for all the work they do! If youre looking to book a party, the staff here will get you together. This was the most relaxing party Ive ever thrown! Thanks Ladies!

This was the first time we were there and I understand that we are supposed to be social distancing but having half of the games unavailable is ridiculous. Example is the air hockey table; on a date we want to play games together and we cant. The air hockey table is 6 or 8 feet alone, then there was no other game around it. When you pay $56 for a game card that is unacceptable to only have half the games available.

It is so surprizing that this place has cooks that actually cook good. Proper plating, using proper spices to enhance the flavor, and having different good flow together so well. Most other places can barely make the main dish while the cooks as dave and busters make a entire meal so delicious Im seriously considering ordering the same meal again. Seriously id pick their food over any steakhouse any day.

I booked a party here. I must admit that I was not impressed for the price I paid. Although the food was good my experience was not at all as I expected. Although the food was sitting there and ready nobody told me what to do. I asked 3 people before I was directed to the hostess section. Then when I got there the first one told me she was off in 4 minutes, then when I told her my party was already sitting but I didn’t know what to do she then walked me over and found a manager. Waiter was friendly, he mostly had his own tables plus my party. He only had 4 drinks to fill for the kids and the others were there own tabs. We asked for any refills wanted they weren’t just brought. Fast forward to time to leave, it took 20 minutes to get my bill then an issue that I decided to pay in cash, then an issue I didn’t give the “suggested “ gratuity “. My party of boys personally was waited on very few times

Love D&B so glad they put one closer to Akron. Very crowded on a Saturday night. Wait for food was 2hrs. We decided to play and eat somewhere else. Bathrooms were clean. Entrance area was a little confusing. You dont need to stand in line at the desk to the left when you walk in just head upstairs. There are kiosk to buy cards and refill cards. The Family thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

I attended a caterer party here for a business so I cant comment on the prices. Service was pretty good and the food wasnt bad either. Comfort/pub type stuff. We had a lot of fun at the games, though we havent been at an arcade for a while. The games were mostly challenging, though some ended so fast it felt more like a slot machine than a game. I guess Chuck E Cheese for teens/adults would be accurate, though younger kids might enjoy it too.

Overall I give it 7 , a little bit on the expensive side. It has all the flash of a casino but with chucky cheese game or a carnival atmosphere.

My kids enjoyed playing the games here, but overall I was not impressed for a number of reasons. First, it was so crowded that people were running into us left and right, and each game had a line. Second, it was too expensive. The card was expensive, and even the games were expensive. We burned through the card very quickly. They even charge you to hang your coat up. Next, we waited in a line that said eat at D&B for probably 15 minutes with others. Employees kept walking past us but never told us we were in the wrong line until we flagged someone down. We waited again in another line only to find out that the wait time was over 2 hours. We ended up going to another restaurant to eat.

My favorite game was closed due to social distancing. And there was nobody there! Was trying to get tickets on Wednesday since its half off. All the dave and busters closed the candy crush.

It’s Chuck E. Cheese’s 2.0, they just serve liquor.They don’t have a lot space in here. The games are what you would expect, a lot of gambling lite games. They have a couple interesting ones, like a giant PAC-Man, but ever all it’s pretty bland. The whole fascination here is having games and then going to eat at a restaurant, but that’s it. You’re stuck on your feet until you get a table. If it’s full, they just keep cramming people into their compressed space. The only place to sit in here is in the restaurant. There’s a large amount of rowdy families with kids here. The process where you actually get tickets or a table needs a rework. The lines block the entrances to the building.

Love this place !! Fun for kids and adults. Watch the game and play some really fun arcade games.

A great time! We had food and game time. Food was delicious! We were there from about 5 to 730 on a Friday and it wasnt crazy busy until after 7. All around a good night!

This place is awesome and there was a lot of people. Very welcoming and there was always someone around to help needed. If I could I would give 4.75 stars but I had to take a .25 of a star away because when I got my food my fries were cold and the rest was hot but it was good though. Just wish that my fries was hot and not cold like they had been sitting in the pan for a little while before sent out on my plate. Great atmosphere and great service overall.

Took a party of 19 to the Canton location this evening for a 21st Birthday. Joey was our waiter. I cannot say enough about the wonderful service he provided us with. Even with all his other tables, he checked on us regularly and the food was delicious. Thank you Joey for having a professional, positive attitude and a great smile on your face all evening.

Glad to see this come to Canton. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The games are for both young and older patrons. It was fun to walk around and play the large assortment of games. Almost like a casino atmosphere. The food provided was good. Recommend trying it out.

This location was cool (the canton, ohio one) but i prefer the one in lake wood ,OH because the staff at this one wasnt that helpful or knowledgeable. They have good food and fun games but all there drinks are expensive. They over charged us because they gave us the wrong thing because the waiter wasnt knowledgeable on happy hour prices. They kind of just expect you to know how to do everything yourself like (recharging cards & credits) we set our drinks down for a few seconds and they kept throwing them away. Overall it was an okay experience but i wouldnt go back to this one probably.

I attended the VIP party on Oct. 31. It was the 1st time I have been to a Dave & Busters and I was definitely impressed. We had a great time playing games and really enjoyed the food. I had a really fun time at Dave & Busters. Staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Lots of fun games for all age ranges. Motorcycle game is my favorite. Food is delicious with good portions. I ordered the tasty chicken and waffles. Im really glad Dave & Busters came to bring some fun the canton community. Ill be back again soon.

I attended the VIP evening on Thursday. We had a great time. There were lots of games to choose from and the food was delicious. The service was fast and everyone was so friendly. I felt like a kid again at the arcade. I will defiantly be going back and I cannot wait till we have our company Christmas party there in December!!

The food was good, but the service was lacking. Our server got the drink order mixed up, and our bill was outrageous. They didnt explain that each card you purchase costs 3 dollars to activate. They Also dont put drink prices on the menu so we were ordering blind. The games were fun. Overall the experience was decent but definitely expensive!

Was excited to spend a night with family and friends was very disappointed when it came to the service that we experienced tonight. We waited over two hours even to get a table. Our service was awful all of our food for our table did not come out together the other part of our group waited at least 20 mins if not more to get their food. While most people were almost done eating by the time their food arrived. We had to flag people down the whole entire time even to get refills and to get our check. One person ordered a salad with steak and the steak was absolutely cold. We explained to management as to what happened and we were not even owed an apology. For the prices that Dave and busters charge people should be treated better and should have way better service. It will definitely be a while before we think of returning

We got to attend the VIP event on Oct. 31st. First off I want to say it was a blast! I always have fun at Dave and Busters. The place was packed, yet it wasnt too crowded. We didnt have to wait for games at all. The service was excellent even with all the people at the event. Also the food was all delicious with too many options to choose from. I cant wait to go back!!!!

Very unorganized. No one at the front desk directing people who have never been here before. So after wandering around find a desk with actual employees. The line had two entrances and no signage saying enter or exit so looked to where people were exiting and went to the other side. Stood there for a few minutes before an employee came up and said oh the line starts over there-where I was to begin with. Wait my turn and tell her Ive never been here we want to eat then play. She directs me over to the hostess for where you eat. After waiting a minute while three employees talked to each other at the hostess podium I was told by the hostess we have nothing and it will be a 45-1 hour wait. It would have been nice to know this from the door before I wandered around and waited in two different lines.

D&B missed the mark with this location. Midway definitely needs to be a bit bigger. I also suggest that your entire staff retrain. Especially the food service staff. I personally felt that their work flow from kitchen to table was way off. Food was expensive but still good. Overall it was a fun time and we will return but Id love to see them kick service up a few notches, especially when Im spending over 100.00 between food, drinks and games. 3 STARS for now. Step your AGame up and Ill add the last 2 stars.

I was able to attend the VIP event on October 31... It was a great event to show off the D&Bs in Canton. Its was a lot of fun and nicely laid out. It is going to be a very exciting addition to Belden Village that will bring in a lot of people. Great Job!

Such a welcoming atmosphere and the entire staff was so upbeat! The food and games were amazing as well. Thank you for a great evening, and I will definitely be back. Food was good and we had fun on the games but the service was not good.

The food is decent but they wont substitute the chili chicken for the buffalo chicken on the nachos! Who puts buffalo on nachos? Thats not cantina style! I even offered to pay more and the waitress said they are pre portioned meals and it cant be done. The first time i came to this location i had the tacos and they were excellent. Smaller than most Dave and Busters but still a good time.

The VIP party was fun and the food was really good. I was a little disappointed in the lack of direction as we came in. Wasnt sure where to go for things, had to wander aimlessly for a bit to figure out where food was, drinks were, etc. Especially since I had never been to their other locations. It would have been nice if the greeters had asked if I had been to another location and then provided more info based on my answer. But even people that had been to other locations seemed lost for a bit. Other than that, was very nice. Had fun. Will be back.

Awesome place and wings are amazing!

My friend and I visited the Belden Village location on yesterday evening 11/16. The customer service and gaming experience was great! It was my first time visiting a Dave and Busters and I really enjoyed myself. Our food/bar experience on the other hand was not the best. The drinks were tasty, but there was a piece of hair gracing the top of mine. They kindly remade it no issue. My friend ordered buffalo wings. When they were brought to her the plate was hot, but when she bit the chicken it was cold. They brought her a fresh order of wings and they were exactly the same. Our server was sweet and his manager even came out and said the wings would be on the house. I personally would not recommend their bar/food (unless you dont mind it a little hairy or undercooked) but the gaming experience was phenomenal..I felt like a kid at Chuck E. Cheeses again!

The arcade side is really good. Lots of the newest games mixed in with updated classics. Lots of staff around to assist. Dining/bar is pretty decent as well.

Worst dining experience ever. Took forever after ordering drinks, finally got drinks and ordered food, took forever again, appetizer came with the meal, food was alright, but honestly fast food is just as good, asked for more drinks and napkins when the food arrived, but didnt get either until we were done eating, all 3 bills were very wrong, even after the 3rd time we got them. Manager came over to look at the bills and was extremely rude. We tried to tell him about all the other issues and he said just tell me whats wrong with the bills! Games were cool, I guess, but the experience was ruined.

Went to this location for the first time. Service and staff was awesome. We did $19.99 all you can eat wings and unlimited video game play. Wings were hit and miss. Some were very fatty and chewy some were crisp and delicious.

Our server Debra was the best. Extremely friendly and helpful!

I attended the VIP party on Oct. 31. The food was terrific and we had a great time playing the games. The facility has an appealing vibe with a nice set up that allows you to have a conversation at the bar or booth areas without feeling overwhelmed by game noise. I will definitely be back!

Really fun environment for me and my daughters

I attended the VIP opening with two friends. First of all, all three of us had issues with our stomachs throughout the night interrupting our sleep. Being middle aged we were confused on how to use our cards and understanding the games. It is definitely geared for a younger crowd. The place was beautiful and will probably do well. I hope that most of the people did not have the same stomach issues we had.

Great family outing and nice place to spend some time. Foods a little expensive but thats what you get for something to taste good. All around fun place :3

We got to attend the VIP event before the opening. There were a ton of people, yet it wasnt crowded. We didnt have to wait for games at all. The staff was unbelievable fast and incredibly friendly. They just made our entire night. The food was very impressive! The selection and flavor. I booked a room for an event next week and cant wait to go back!

Over crowded and not as nice as its sister in West Lake. Staff was of course friendly, helpful and quick. However the atmosphere and attitude within was mediocre at best. Some games were not working or they were malfunctioning, which for a new place thats kind of upsetting. It was ok but not as grand as expected.

Very good food! Point system is a bit confusing with decimal points (1.7 & 1.2) and staff was still learning. Staff was very helpful and after getting 3 of them the system was explained but mobile app use was a bit confusing for staff too. Place was still fun and entertaining.

Great food but prices are a little high

The first thing I thought when I entered the gaming area was THIS IS LOUD. I was there for an hour or less. That night when I went to bed, I heard a loud beeping sound and thought it was my air cleaner making noise. Turned it off. Noise kept on. I realized it was TINNITUS! Sounded like alternating beeps in my right ear. Ive never had tinnitus before this. (No, I did not serve in the military.) I now have this sound all the time. I am giving 3 stars because this is a nice place, and I was excited to see it coming up in N. Canton. Unfortunately I will not be going back due to what has happened to me. Edit: It took months but I havent had tinnitus for a while. I may go back but will use earplugs next time!

This was only my second Dave & Busters experience, but I definitely want to make them a repeat spot. It was very nice to see staff diligently cleaning touched surfaces throughout the day. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with information on how to reload our cards. The staff at the prize area were very polite even though we decided not to take anything home (this time). When we had a problem with one of the games, staff fixed it quickly, and kindly. Everyone was very pleasant. The floor, seats, and game areas were clean. Restrooms were easy to find and accessible. This place does have an elevator to the second floor that is easy to get to, which is very nice for my nonable bodied friends. Theres a wide variety of games/features. Fun for most everyone IMHO. I cant wait to go back.
