We are all going through tough times during this pandemic especially our kids. I was happy that Chucke Cheese Opened their dining and games. I was so impressed with the precautions they are taking to keep us safe. Plus they did some changes like winning tickets are digital now and got rid of some games for safety. My daughter had a great time and we really enjoyed our evening as of corona never existed. I would like to thank Sydney for her caring and excellent customer service.

My children and I really enjoyed ourselves this past weekend. They had a wide variety of games and rides.. and it was almost like we had the place to ourselves. Canton location is the best Location. Customer service was great!

The manager here is the best around. Im surprised shes not corporate. She keeps her teams motivated, remambers customers and runs a fun place. Shes got all the devices working. Food is fresh and tasty at the salad bar. Pizza - tangy, hot and good. The children love it ours and their friends insist on going to this site!

Lets see the pizza had almost no sauce and flavor. One of your employees threw my wings away when I took my three year old to the bathroom and then I left without exchanging my kids tickets because I couldnt get anyone to help me.

Superb to say the least.Three aspects for an evening family crowd in one platter....Play area for children...that to Complimentary with points to redeem for gifts........A good toy shop.... and to add a good restaurant area , good tasty food is available at moderate prices.The Birthday parties provision is an excellent option CHUCK E CHEESE offers.I loved this location...spent approximately One hour..Great place to visit.

My kids wanted a Chuck E. Cheese birthday this year, but unfortunately due to COVID they couldn’t. So we settled on carry out from Chuck E. Cheese instead. Upon letting Brittany know that we were originally planning to have their party at Chuck E. Cheese she totally went above and beyond and added in some birthday goodies to our order. The team here at the canton location let us bring a touch of Chuck E. Cheese home and it made my kids’ day that much better. Thank you!

Games were working the picture ones were not . Which my kids trying for better pics. Pizza was bad didnt look or taste great was like a frozen store bought ones thin crust looks like it was still on cardboard

Great for small children. Keeps them amused.. happy they started salad bar back up again earlier. Thats why we came early for salad bar. And when they didnt have it early we left to get something to eat because we were craving a salad. Great job!

Very good place, got together for granddaughters party. The place could use a bit more play activities for the younger kids, one of the amusement rides was broken. The pizza was better than I thought it would be. This is a good place. Location is good as well.

Pizza was actually not bad - I mean it wasnt great, but it exceeded expectations. What I dont like so much about the place is the dated robot band (that I hear is being phased out) and the heavy emphasis on ticket-providing games that makes the whole thing feel like a casino training facility rather than a games emporium.

My son and i have memories here that will last a lifetime. Hell tell his kids about his many birthdays at Chuck E. Cheese.

I took my grandson and he had a ball, the staff is friendly and food came out fast. The things I would like to see them work on are most of the games did have tickets in them so you had to wait for an attendant. Also the pizza is extremely greasy and was not very hot, my 4 year old grandson was the first to notice that. Overall, a fun family night out!!

4 Stars for the polite staff and amount of good games, theres something to do for all ages. Food needs improvement on the bacon stuffed cheese crust, was nasty and seemed like it was not real bacon. The traditional pizza was over cooked and lacked that yummy that we choose to sometimes come just for.

This location is cleaner than other ones that Ive been to. I like that the arcade games have been updated. My three boys really liked it there, and I enjoyed playing along with them

I dont know how all Chucky cheeses are because I dont go anymore. but this place doesnt look like anyone wipes down any of the equipment. there were two rides that were broke. my child had only been out the house to Chuck-E-Cheeses. and she ended up catching RSV pretty bad and had to be admitted.

It was great! I love the fact that you no longer need coins! Or maybe I just havent been in a while!

Had my daughters 7th birthday here it was pretty nice! We ordered extra pizzas and drinks. I hate that we had to purchase more drinks for the parents considering we bought the most expensive party package so the kids had unlimited play. Our hostess was Kenzie and she was absolutely amazing!! So very nice! She explained to us in detail how the party works and helped us order the right amount of pizza for the adults. She even cut and handed out the cake for us. My only real complaint would be the lady at the ticket counter that helped us wasnt very nice at all.

Its actually a good indoor play area for children, but the staffs and the service made the experience worse. Obviously during weekend, this place is going to be crowded especially during winters. In such situations,they have to equip with enough staffs. One person was ahead us and after check-in him, the staff on service went away and no one came to check-in for our queue. We waited for 30 minutes (after which we left). If her duty time was over, someone else have to come in her place.

Clean, well staffed. I will say my 2 year old son didnt like how loud the games were when they started up. He chose to stick to the basic slide and a wack a mole style game in the toddler area.My 3 year old daughter loved it got a bunch of tickets had a great experience.

Every time I go I can never get any help. My daughter has lost countless points in machines or havent gotten her tickets and everytime I call for help they never come. Last couple times I went I ordered pizza and it tasted like soap. Their attitudes are terrible and they look at you weird for asking for help. I use to frequent this location, but Id rather dive further for better service.

Very nice place for kids indoor fun. i take my kids there once in a while. this location is clean, nice staff, and close by. be ready to spend some money, i recommend to look for some coupons online. it helps

Everyone knows the food is garbage. Everything else was great! Staff was friendly and all the games were in good working order. Kids had a blast as always.

Definitely go during the week for a more relaxed environment. The kids had a ball. There are lots of options for play time and for parties. I decided on 4 stars instead of 5 for a couple of reasons. First, its expensive for parties. Second, they allowed my kids to pass through ahead of me, without ever checking to see if I had the same security number.

This location is very clean!!! Alot of games for toddlers to play!!! They even have a mini playground for the babies to play! Alot of options for toddler and the big kids! Food was amazing! Pizza was FRESH, nice and hot

I went there on new years day with my kids and almost every game the kids tried to play was messed up or would mess up whole playing and they have minute cards. Trying to find a worker to fix it was half of the time and when i said something to the 2 workers up front they said yeah we know...

I once thought that l Chuck E. Cheese locations were created equally until I came here! This location is huge, and most importantly, a clean environment for you and your children to play together.. I spent hours here and never witnessed any problems between kids. This is the only reason why I drive almost an hour to this exact location. Five stars it is.

Definitely the place to be a kid! Great games for kids of varied ages to enjoy, plenty of employees on staff, delicious pizza (seriously, I LOVE Chuck E. Cheese pizza! ), and tons of fun for everyone. The show is captivating for young children (or terrifying ), and entertaining. The system they use for entering and exiting the building with children is awesome and adds a little security and freedom to the experience for kids.

Pizza was good, the kids loved the games! The only problem was the coupon counter was only counting on two sides and then the bag needed to be emptied.

Did a birthday party there. The host of the party could have been a little more enthusiastic. The ticket counter kept malfunctioning. Other than that it was what you expect out of a Chuck E. Cheese.

This was a very disappointing visit. We were there for a bday party during the week. The place was not that busy but the person running the counter just couldnt/shouldnt have been there. The door person was not staying by the door to check hand stamps. Someone asked to speak to a manager and the message to her was NO. Would not come out of the back. Numerous broken games and nobody to fix or even ask to fix. It was definitely a bad visit for adult standards. Kids of course had fun

We had my daughters birthday party here last night! (1/24/20)Keegan was our party host and she was AMAZING! I couldnt say anything but the best things about her and how she did! I have NEVER been so impressed! I worked in service for many years and I know how challenging it can be and I just think she deserves all the credit in the world.Keegan is who anyone who is doing a birthday should request.She is one of those people who gives her all at whatever she is doing and it shows.I hope this store knows how lucky they are to have her working with them.Thank you for everything Keegan, Carrie has been talking about her party and how great you were all morning!

I like the place but i can say the pizza took lil long for my wait. I think the prices they have are resonable and i would definatly come back.

I was here on friday November 8, 2019 Me and my family came here ordered a cheese/jalepeno pizza came quick decided to order another one 2 hours later the order still didnt come we kept asking for it they said its getting prepped for the oven cause they had a bday party another hour or so and still nothing another hour passes and still nothing!!!!!we ordered at 7:40pm and didnt get our pizza until 9:07pm sister in law goes to ask they say they already handed it out !!! We said well not to us!!!! So a worker comes to see our cheese pizza left for the kids I specifically told her this is from our previous order ! She said ok then took the pizza platter and seen there was a jalapeno left from our PREVIOUS ORDER and decides to say theres a jalapeno right here . I told her thats from our PREVIOUS ORDER! We spoke to the manager all he said is that its getting made right now ! We are insulted,and offended that a worker would do that when we have the recept from the previous order and showed it to them! I am very disappointed if i can give 0 stars i would of! Never coming back again!

Place for kids and their parents to have fun together

They were amazing. My daughters birthday party was a smash hit! She had so much fun as did all the kids, the food was excellent, and our party coordinator was top notch. Plan on going back again

A lot of games not working. Food terrible in comparison to other locations. Large pizza with bacon.... all the bacon is in a 4 diameter circle in the center of the pizza... topping person, you had one job. Kid still had fun though. So 3 stars.

The worst pizza ever. I haven’t been to Chuck E. Cheese in 10 years and in that amount of time the pizza is still horrible. I got 2 large pizzas with cheese and pepperoni and 4 drinks cost me 43 dollars. For that price the pizza should have been a heck of a lot better. Their is no customer service at the door. The guy was rude to me and said not a thing to me. Waited in line for over 10 minutes just to place a order. The manager I believe was talking to some people and holding up the line. When he finally looked up and got some help. But help took a extra 5 minutes to even help. I won’t ever return. Money wasted as usual.

Best place as it gets cold in winter so the good option for children to play and use their energy!

My daughter had seen ads for Chuckie Cheese on television and begged to go. My wife and I had last been well over a decade ago, but we relented. Ill state that I was pleasantly surprised repeatedly. The games were almost all in working order. They separate out the games meant for younger kids from the slightly older games. This location appeared clean and well maintained. We ordered pizza, and it was a good deal better than the Chuckie Cheese of my youth. Also, the games run the usual gamut in terms of ticket return. My one gripe is that the games that still rely on tokens are awkward in these days of cards containing credits. They are made doubly difficult to operate in retrieving a token each time you wish to play. These are a minority of games at this location however. And parents can choose to chip in a bit of cash to finish off getting that prize your child can almost afford. All-in-all a pleasant experience.

Its loud, its kind of overpriced, and kids love it. It was very clean, bright, and overall a very happy, lively atmosphere. Please note that this has changed, like many similar places, to a card system instead of tokens, which I am not the biggest fan of, but the children didnt seem to mind at all, so perhaps that criticism is simply me being old.

My kids like this place. I like the swipe cards they issue for the kids to play games, it seems like a good value. The food is basic and my kids did not seem to care about it. They were too busy playing. One of my kids lost their card 5 minutes in and the young lady at that counter gave her another. That was very nice. Id recommend this place to other parents.

My two kids, 5yrs old and 21months, LOVE this place! I like that they have a lot of games including ones that are easy for my youngest to play. My kids love when Chuck E does his show and they can dance and give him high 5s! We always have a great time.

BThis location was lots of fun for both kids and adults. We went later in the day and it was very enjoyable, not too busy. We will definitely go back.

All games were working, and clean. Tickets that ran out were changed quickly. Have a great section for the littles here along with a huge section for the bigs! We love it here.

We went here to try their lunch buffet....we ended up just playing a few games and leaving because the lunch buffet looked pretty anemic....I thought their salad bar would have some options but its literally a bowl of lettuce and dressing....there were 3 pizzas out but the pizza Ive had there in the past wasnt the greatest....the lady working the prize counter was very friendly and patient with us when we were picking things out for our daughters....so she was a positive but other than her and the cheaper games I probably wouldnt go back here again....if youre in the area and just need to let your kids get some energy out then its perfect for that....I just wouldnt recommend eating there....

Chuck E. Cheese’s is the best place to take you kids. It’s a lot of fun, a lot of fun games for all ages, great food, safe place to take your kids, and my kids just can’t get enough of it.

Its okay. Not horrible but not great. I had my daughters birthday party here. The children enjoyed themselves (this is what matters) but no clear instructions from anyone. They literally served pizza without anyone at the table and song happy birthday without anyone knowing what was happening. I had to hurry to grab my phone to record it mid way through once I knew what was going on. The stage takes up so much space that it caused someone that walked by to mistakenly side swipe my daughters cake. Less tables or no stage is my suggestion. Chunk E Cheese and hosts didnt have much space to dance. The rest room is small with only two toilets with hardly any room to wait to use the toilet. It was 3 out 5 clean. We most likely will book other parties else where. We did have a friendly host but unenthusiastic.

Its pretty fun. The whole ticket thing is a scam, obviously as it is everywhere. The pizza is good and theyre are plenty of games and rides. They massively scaled down the toddler playscape to just a slide and a couple games/rides in the corner. Theyre are other games/rides for toddlers to use, but the specific corner thats fenced in just for them is pretty small now.

I wish an employee would have explained the minutes on the play card need to be paused when we stopped to eat! Chuck E. Cheese made my sons birthday!

Best place for 3+ kids to have fun n host a birthday party

No play place! Drove an hour only to find a play place didnt exist there.

I love this place. I take my kids a lot because its cheap and they send me coupons. Ive never taken advantage of the wine and beer but I will one day. I love shooting hoops while the kids run off. They took down the play scape but a few new games and swipe cards make up for it.

We had a blast my girls had so much fun. They loved the pizza and l enjoyed a sub and wings. We will be back !

My child overcame the biggest fear over Chucky. Chucky gave him a big hug I was surprised. I was very happy.

The games and everything are fine but I kind of wish they didnt still use tangible tickets that you have to shove into a redeeming machine.

Havent been since I was a kid. The exact same games with only updated token cards instead of actual tokens which the games will provide to play the only timely skill games. No ball pit. Excellent child safety with matching UV light tattoos for parent and kid.

Worst experience we’ve had at a Chuck-e-cheese. EVERY employee looked miserable nobody smiles nobody was friendly. 2 years in a row chuckie brought out my sons birthday cake that I bought from them with a candle (at a different location) so I asked the unfriendly girl if they do that and she said she will ask them to, NOPE someone just dropped it off at the table without even bringing plates or silverware.COOLit happens so I went to ask for some and the lady was so rude she gave me 14 FORKS AND 20 PLATES so dramatic! and shoved them at me. THANKS then when it was time to put our tickets in the machine ONLY 3 WORKED IN THE WHOLE PLACE ON A WEEKEND. I asked if someone can fix the other 6 machines and she said WE ONLY HAVE SO MANY EMPLOYEES MA’AM!!!!!!! So we had to wait 30 MINUTES to get our ticket . There were also so many games out of order. FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES GO A LONG WAYDefinitely used to a better run friendly atmosphere at the other locations will never be back here!!!

I celebrated my birthday here in 2013 and from the view of a kid, everything was great and I had a fun time. I didnt see anything wrong at all, and I have nothingb but a positive opinion on Chuck E. Cheeses.

Its a chuck e. cheese. They keep it clean. Go when they open and its not too crowded. It can get nuts on weekend afternoons.

All the games are kept up, and its a nice place to take kids.. Id say 3+yrs old

What sets this one apart is that it has a small toddler play place. Its has more games then other locations as well. The only negative to me, but positive to others, is that it has a full stage of animatronic characters that is scary to my toddler until she figures out theyre robots.They also have small toys for a low amount of tickets so my kid isnt walking out with a big bag of candy everytime.

Well, I am not a big fan of the restaurant. I go there just for my grandkids sake . I would like to know when did they improve the pizza. In the past, the food reminded me of something you get out of a microwave. Now, it is flavorful and comes with cheese stuffed crust. Keep up the good work, Mr Rat!

I really have not had a bad time a Chucky E .Cheese. I did notice that the pizza went up in price and the toppings ..fewer and the pizzas went to all thin crust . Well besides that the games are still one credit same as 1 token.

The staff was helpful. The food was mediocre at best. The games were rigged to the point if you got 5 tickets u were lucky. Then they charge 80 tickets for a 1/2 inch plastic spider. 4 machine were not working. Again the staff was very good.
