It has a big and beautiful park and some time u can see a crane in this area

Quiet place to take my dogs and Zen out. Really enjoyed the nature trail as well as all of the squirrels. My pups are sure curious about them as well as all the water foul. The river was a bit high this time of year, so not much of a beach to speak of. Will be returning with a trout pole to do a bit of fishing soon.

I love living here! It is a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. A wonderful sense of country living and privacy all within minutes of town. I love the wildlife and park-like setting in our backyards that many of us have the luxury of enjoying.

Before writing such statements its important to know the details. Mr. Dodak is a registered sex offender but he is in no way a threat to children. He acquired this status three months after turning 18, after spending the weekend with a girl he met at a mall. She had lied about her age, saying she was 18 when she was in truth 16 and had stayed away from home all weekend, her parents were understandably upset and demanded he be prosecuted. Though Mr. Dodak made poor choices that weekend, he was not the only one. He is not registered as a predatory sex offender, he has never had any other sexually related crimes, and has never been a threat to children in any way shape or form. To label someone without knowing the facts is irresponsible and ignorant. Its interesting to note that while they were comfortable in vilifying someone they didnt know, they werent willing to put their own name on the review.

Went there to hangout with buddy and found this is a nice looking neighborhood to live in!

Its a poorly managed manufactured home park. The land should be sold to the homeowners or they should be given the option to take their house and leave without paying an arm and a leg. The rent is atrocious and overpriced for not having any facilities. There is no playground for children or a club house that was promised well before the park was sold to a new owner. There is access to a park but your kids will be playing on old rusty equipment due to the fact the City of Canby is lazy.
