Its an average place with average tenants. The pool is cold & you have to keep a good supply of drinking water on hand. The childrens school bus stop is within view of the office. The childrens play area is within view of the BBQ and picnic area. Very Average.

Good place to live for moderate cost. Needs work on water issues. Needs management who enforces rules better. Not bad place to raise kids

Very rude lady answered the phone.I simple asked when would be the soonest time a spot we would openIn a very rude tone she says we dont have any for rent!I hung up instantly, dont even bother here

That whole place needs a face lift. Trash, broke down cars everywhere except a few homes in there that acctually took pride in their property
