Very nice place!! This is a personal favorite spot for fishing! Great place also for barbecues and parties.For anglers, theres tons of fish in the lake including Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Trout, and Bluegill.

Very pretty place that is easy to visit! There is a flat dirt trail that loops around the lake, making it easily accessible for all visitors. Its always fun to visit in the spring, because you can see all of the geese and their babies. But, with geese comes goose poop so be careful where you walk. Because of this, I recommend having a picnic at one of their many tables rather than on a blanket in the grass. The tables provide great views. There is also a disc golf course nearby that is popular.

1 mile around lake with dirt trails but stroller friendly, tennis courts, large gazebo, and playground. Generally well maintained. Entrance could be odd if youre unfamiliar with where the park is.

This place is a Gem! Great place for all ages. The pond has turtles all year round. Fun for the kids to explore nature and walk around the 1 mile loop.

Love this lake. Especially during the spring time because of all the nesting birds. You also get to see the bird families grow up. The lake is 1 mile. Perfect for families events. They have little grills and picnic tables. There is also a watering hole to swim in starting around memorial day. For the kiddos there is a playground. The park also has tennis courts.Have to pay for parking a car.Negatives:Lots of poop due to all the geeseHave to pay to walk around the lake during late spring/summer

Lake needs to be dredged again and the goose poop is everywhere and building cleaning could be done more often. Lake area cleanliness has really gone down. Not the same lake area from when I was a kid or teen when I worked at the lake.

Beautiful park! Can swim, fish, area for kids to play, BBQ & paddle board. Theres a path that goes around the whole lake. Its a mile. Beautiful & highly recommended. Cost $3 for residents, $5 for non residents.

Beautiful park setting next to the lake, well shadded with picnic tables, benches, outdoor BBQs, playground for small children. Day use fees apply, but well worth it. Of note, theres a island peninsula folks can walk out to, I didnt experience it personally so I cant attest to whether or not theres picnic tables or BBQs there.

This is a great family park with LOTS to Do! We took our two toddler sons (2 & 3) here for the first time and they had a blast. We had a nice picnic lunch while we watched the birds in the lake. Unfortunately, you CANNOT feed the birds. There is also a lot of bird poo on the trails so its difficult to maneuver on the walking trail with wandering little children. CPL has a great playground for little kids. It even features a rock climbing wall which was a big hit. There are also some very nice tennis courts at the park. Oh and dont forget fishing...you can actual fish at the park!There were so many beautiful different types of birds at this lake. I really enjoyed seeing them, especially the large white and black swans that swam around the lake together.FYI: There were signs that stated you had to pay $3.00 per person for residents and $5.00 per person for non residents. We did not pay because no one was working the booth and we didnt see another place to pay at.Highly recommend checking this park out...it is unique and fun for the entire family.

Great Disc Golf Course!

I loved walking on the trail it was very very nice.

I checked this place out as a possible rest stop to refill my water bottles and use a restroom while cycling. But then I saw a sign that said no dogs OR bicycles! What kind of weird, creepy, elitist, bubble place doesn’t allow dogs or bikes? Message received. Cameron Park is making clear they want to keep certain people out. Sad thing is, it wasn’t all that nice. This place better not be getting ANY public funds.

Very nice park.. From what I seen. Havent fished there yet, but read on fishing news, good place to fish. I will go back to fish. Overall, I believe its a nice place to take your family there, friends and enjoy your day at the park.

Good place for morning and evening walks around the lake if youre close by. Not recommended for picnics or outdoor parties due to lots of geese droppings everywhere. Fishing is difficult with algae growth & artificial baits only.

I swam in that lake back in the late 19 80s now you cant from time to time dou to swims ihc .geas and ducks pervide that water born Ill ess they since drand and removed much of the bottom groth.and even before that put in the water filters system to their swimming area. Plus life gard.

Park has a fee to park in it... $5 for us out of towners... so its literally what I see as court fees to play disc golf...

We love this park. It was A-day after a wedding in the whole family was there for a cookout. We walked around, theres water, a playground, families everywhere. There were walking trails pick, ample parking, as well as a clean atmosphere. This is a great family friendly place and there were ducks and they were friendly.

Beautiful, and used to be filled with amazing pokemon, but now its finally a nice to go and relax.

I love all the birds and turtles here. There are many nesting now. Walk here all the time since I live very close.

This park is wonderful. We went fishing and caught 3 bass within 1.5 hrs. Fun fun fun.

Great spot with a good amount of shade. The walking path is about a mile around the lake which is nice for running or walking. The swimming area has some pretty strict rules but still a good place to hang out with a lifeguard on duty.

The lake is awesome! I love all of the baby ducks and geese in spring, though they poop a lot! There is a great 1 mile loop around the lake, perfect for a few running laps or a walk.

Great family place. Playground for the kids, tennis courts, swim lake with beach entry. Great place to go to take a walk around the 1 mile trail around the lake. Lots of benches around the lake to sit and watch the ducks, geese and swans. Or to have a long talk with a friend. Kind of pricey in season when they start charging admission though.

Great lagoon swimming for young kids. Bathrooms are clean. Outdoor Shower for rinsing off and lifeguards keep the kids from being rowdy. Nice afternoon all around.

Goose poop everywhere! I went to a kids birthday party at the big gazebo thats nice and there is a nice playground.

Its more like a pond, but still beautiful and fun. The 1 mile trail around the lake is a must with loved ones

Small lake with lots of 1 and 2 pound bass. nothing big. Also theres tennis and BBQs and a new disc golf course that doesnt suck.

Great place to take your kids to cool off and burn off some energy. Its inexpensive and all around good fun.

I grew up going to this lake. It is an absolute treasure in this town. I dont care if they charge during the summer. Its a small price to pay for such an incredible feature in our small town.

I love walking around the lake and bird watching. The lake is about 1.25 miles around so it makes for a nice walk.

Great place to take the kids. Only issue is the goose poop. It is everywhere.

Love the peacefulness here just wish they wouldnt have dried out the lake park they dont charge anymore so its really only for fishing and picnics but u can tell they are keeping it up

This place is awesome to spend time with the family. Swim, fish, BBQ, take a easy hike around the lake, rent a paddle boat or kayak, play Frisbee. You get the picture

Great time. Just wish people would pick up after themselves & their kids. Also when we tell you there are black widows in the bathroom it shouldnt be ignored.

Nice little swimming area and event area. The trail around the lake is well maintained and nice. The firework show held over the lake every year is definitely work checking out.

This is a great place for a morning walk. You can always see beautiful birds there. During the winter there is no charge to get in. I love this spot.

A lot of lovely s , close to the hills, beautiful community, homes, and landscapes. The people were so nice. Beautiful scenery, very quiet. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the and sunset.

We had an 8th grade graduation party at the flagpole spot and it was super fun. There was 20 teenagers and they all had a blast. Playing on the grass, fishing, and swimming. Great price for the whole day.Thank you and we will be back!!
