Our Church Renaissance Church Ministries had an event there on July 27, 2019. Vance Johnson Former NFL player of the Denver Broncos was the guest speaker. IT WAS AMAZING!! The center and staff were very accommodating. We would love to have more events there in the future!!

An absolute jewel of a facility. Clean, well maintained, top range fitness equipment, fantastic staff experience. This place is so much more than a rec. facility. It offers big club professionalism with next door neighbor friendliness, and unbeatable pricing. Swimming lessons, American Red Cross Lifeguard courses, Aqua Exercise, Spin, Yoga, Pickleball, Basketball, Summer Camps. Pretty much everything is offered here.

Beautiful place with amazing pool and water park. A terrific gym as well and great classes! A true community gem.

This is my home away from home. Everyone here always greets you with love and respect. Love to participate in all the workout classes like aerobics, yoga, spin and more. The Olympic swimming pool is so relaxing. I love to spend my days off working out here.

The Kroc Center is such a wonderful asset for the community of Camden New Jersey. If you are trying to stay healthy and body or elevate yourself spiritually and mentally this is the island of hope in the Sea of Camden. It is a beautiful facility that is expertly maintained and staffed by dedicated and intelligent employees. It is a wonderful place to spend a day knowing you will leave refreshed and reinvigorated.

This facility is amazingIt has something for the entire family. The class mustructors are top notch.The pools are beautiful. 8 lane lap.pool a 10 person hot tub , a lazy river walking pool, two areas for children, and area for aquatic exercise instruction. The gym and exercise rooms are very well equipped .Many other classes are offered from dancing to finance.All facilities are well.maintained. They have many insurance based. Programs for seniors. Also they offer Silver Sneakers and the Silver SPLASH programs. Check out membership prices ; very very reasonable. All of this is thanks to the SALVATION ARMY who manage a beautiful facility with a Christian based outlook and involvement in the community.There is also ample parking spaces at no charge. Come and take a tour.

They have holiday program assistance. They also have camp through Bringing Hope Home a one day camp for Children with Cancer stricken Parents and or guardians. Very Thoughtful, Children Loved it and Really Felt the Love

Great place to workout

Pros:-Facilities are clean and well taken care of.-The pool is the best feature - large pool with a lot of open lanes.-A lot of family activities and plenty of stuff for kids.Cons-Its a bit slow getting through the registration process - computer system seems outdated.-Weight room is small but nice

When it first opened, it was pretty awesome. Then the people that moved in were suspicious. Just a lot of measures put into place that made the experience less genuine.

It does not have that much to do but it definitely has a good pool

Nice place to workout and stay active. Basket ball courts, pool, and gym. I wasnt able to use the rock climbing wall but hopefully they will open that soon

The Kroc center its a great place were great things. Come and be a part of it theres something for everyone.

The Kroc Center seems to be what the YMCA wanted to be at its inception. The Kroc Center is beautiful and clean. It stands out in this part of Camden. I enjoyed the splash pool area, lazy river, water basketball and water slide. They also offer mens groups, community events, Bible studies, job fairs and more. We were glad that we found this gem in Camden - and that it is so affordable!

I had a good experience until the free Anniversary celebration. Youre a member who couldnt get into the pool due to capacity. Day passes were brought. No one was leaving. Fire alarm got pulled, got sent outside 100+ degree weather. After the fireman said we could go back in, people must have been by the door after being instructed to go across the street the pool was once again filled to capacity. In line again after being there for 1 1/2 hours so that I can practice before my next swimming lesson.

Over a Year worth of Automatic Payments, w/o my attendance then have the nerve to Charge me to cancel along with more paperwork. Just the type of fine line trickery always in effect when you live in CAMDEN.

Always kept in excellent condition, friendly staff, great equipment, beautiful pool , excellent group classes.

Says Salvation Army but every time I call for any type of information for help it is always no answering and voicemail with no returned calls ...

Today was our first time there, my son and myself, and its absolutely wonderful! Being a native of the city I was astonished at the beauty of the facility. The staff was very helpful and the aqua center is breath taking. We will be coming back to explore other benefits this place has to offer!

Its family oriented. Has a workout area, aquatics, spinning, variety of classes, a ministry room, arts & crafts, child care free for 2 hours, a theater, Sunday services, basketball, and so much more.

Its ok. I think some staff there should be a little MORE respectful of others; but, theres MUCH going on at the Kroc that are enjoyable for families and Ill keep children off the streets. Check it out. Youll be amazed at all the availability for your personal needs.

It is a very beautiful place clean the staff is very helpful theres a mini cheese to use and my daughter just loves it and I couldnt think nothing better to do with your children thank God for the Salvation Army for building the place and not giving it to a charter school make the Boys & Girls Club was where do the kids have no access to the pools that were built there for them

I enjoy playing pickleball weekly and will miss training after the Monday evening sessions end this season. While I plan to continue on Mondays with swimming and perhaps weight room trainings on Monday evenings.

Attended the Tuesday 10 a.m. bible study. Found it to be a group devoted to the Word and the Lord Jesus Christ. I felt welcomed and comfortable enough to partake in discussion of Scripture. Good fellowship too. Definitely coming back.

Great place to enjoy your day or evening working out or swimming, stretching.it has a lot of different activities that you or your love ones can enjoy.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would have. Why do you have to scan your card twice to go workout at the gym? I wanted the gym part a little after 4pm on 3/7/19 and the guy at the front desk said I had to scan my card when I entered the gym. I don’t like the way he takes to me. He talked to me like I was a child and this was my first time entering the gym or ever being at the Kroc center and that is how I’m treated? They only treat people like this at the ghetto and not anywhere else PERIOD! First of all the gym is trash with very little equipment and the pool closes at 7:45. I signed up with silver sneakers but I will never in a million years go to this location ever again! Go to the Y, LA Fitness or Giant Fitness instead!

If I can rate this lower then 1 star I would, this place has the most rudest people I ever encountered, me and my husband and brothers came here to swim and the lifeguards would stare so viciously like they had a problem with Hispanics and us minding our business we just came there to have fun and all put in money to relax and have family time but them lifeguards made us feel extremely uncomfortable I rather pay 40 dollars to go too Clementon park and feel welcomed then to ever step one foot back into the Kroc center. Hire some people that wants to do there job and gets along with all race and have good customer service instead of hiring these no good racist bigots. Yall lost 5 faithful customers will NEVER go back ever again.

My kids love it here! Ive had my membership for about a year now and will continue to have my membership. Staff could use a little training in making everyone feel welcomed but the pool is great.

Beautiful place

Nice facility with many activities for all ages. We have been members for a few years now and overall staff are great. My reason for 3 stars is the amount of theif that occurs at this facility. My sons friend had his phone stolen, they broke into my sons locker stole his hoody, ear phones, charger and brush.. yes hair brush how petty and disgusting people can be and today as he is practicing at the basketball gym he uses the restroom his basketball is stolen!! Reports are written with security but unless you stay on it they never follow up and just give it an “ohh well”. Just beware if you visit or are here for sports never leave any belongings behind. No respect for others I’m considering canceling my membership if you can’t attend events/activities and feel safe or feel your belongings are not safe it’s not worth it.

Great place in the community that have a lot going on

Recreation Fellowship Culture is what I would reply if I had to describe what you would experience at the kroc center in three words. Although So much fun might make it out first.

Beautiful place with friendly staff. Lots of lifeguards on duty at the pool/slide area. My son attended a birthday party here and had lots of fun. Easy to find off street parking. Well maintained.

Very nice..large facility that offers alot..well maintained..sometimes schedule or availability is a problem even when u call ahead pool or classes not available or cancelled.

This place is awesome! We went for a birthday party in the water park, and I think we will probably get a membership. The facility is brand-new and spotlessly clean. The water park has a big water slide, a lazy river, and a shallow sprayground area. They have life jackets you can use, as well.

Tai Chia and Yoga at the Kroc Center in Camden New jersey is great come join us every day and night.

Rude Service, so typical. If you hate your job so much then just quit, no point on making everyine else miserable with you. Staff needs training on customer service skills.

Its a very nice Community Center. The reason I didnt rate it higher, is the parking is not that friendly. They have so parking spaces in front of the building, very few Handicap space. Entrance into parking area, is One Way driving.

Beautiful facility, great staff, low membership prices. I dont know why more people arent members. The only thing that I can complain about are the pool hours, but the cost is less than half of my old gym with a pool.
