Really awesome venue for a variety of events. The people that work here always tend to be in a positive mood. I honestly would recommend coming here if it is a show that interest you. The seats I feel arent that great but other than that it is fine. Parking can be hard to find some time.
Very nostalgic! Loved watching the Nutcracker here. We day both upstairs and downstairs. Seats are more comfortable downstairs.
Beautifully restored, intimate theater- probably holds about 500 people. Saw One Night in Memphis. All 4 impersonators were great, with the Jerry Lee Lewis role the most entertaining. Nice, polite and friendly crowd. Made for a very enjoyable evening.
Wonderful memories. We make a point to attend the Nutcracker here and it is great
The Nutcracker was great! My daughter and I both enjoyed it.
Small but nice antique auditorium with multiple levels. It was designed for live shows although I have also seen movies here. It is a popular venue located in downtown Camden. Seats are comfy.
Very nice! Bob Marley was awesome as well but this place is so nice for such a small place.
The venue is Beautifully maintained and they have wonderful shows.
Attended a live performance. Good sound and sight lines.
The Camden Opera House is an amazing venue and is one of my favorites. I have both performed here as well as watched shows here and the Opera House worked well.Nicely restored and the staff are nice as well.
This Opera House has so much history! It recently got new management and theyre really working on revamping the Theater here! More events that will have more diversity so they can appeal to a larger audience. The venue is also rented out often, so the really can have a large range of shows! They recently got a local bar, 40 Paper, to do their concessions so that makes the shows all the much better! And soon the Blue Cafe will be opening on the 3rd floor, offering more intimate shows that will be free to enjoy. This Opera House is a great find, its also included as a stop on the weekly walking tour offered by the Camden Library if you want to learn more of the history of it.
A jewel box in the heart of Camden.
Beautifully restored, elegant. Productions here benefit from an excellent management team including stage manager, lighting and sound.Downside is the balcony seating which is straight out of United Airlines economy section but without the padding. Leave your knees at home if you are over five foot six.
Nostalgic building. We watched the story of Andre the seal. It was worth seeing.
Very friendly staff and a historic and beautifully maintained structure.
Great venue with the best administration. Go see something here!
To hot inside
One of the Greatest venues in town.
Ok not much leg room
Went to see the Down East Singers and the opera house was very lovely!
Great little local theater. Seeing Jack Hanna & his animals live, on stage, right in front of us, was a dream come true!
Great events, location, architecture.
A beautiful restored facility with excellent acoustics.

One of the most well kept buildings in all of Camden
Camden is fortunate to still have their old opera house. There are a number of performances in the theater throughout the year.
