Separate pools for family swim, laps and diving board. Warm pool but freezing showers. Family changing room is pretty small.

Great place to get a membership for a gym membership to a gym and or pool and its affordable as well. The only downside would be that the pool hours have a schedule, so make sure you have time to go during those certain hours. Sometimes the pool can get really crowded so you may have to share with 2 or 3 other people. They also have some training gear available if you just ask the pool staff.

Clean, modern facility known for its pools and as a venue for kid-friendly birthday parties. Doubles as a gym / pool for the next-door public high school. Located in the heart of Cambridge with limited on-street parking, but just a 5-minute walk from Harvard Square. Atrocious customer service. It is well known among Cambridge families that you need to go there in person and hope it is open to actually get an answer to your questions as the website is a joke and it is hard to get someone on the phone. The catalog is riddled with typos. In the past, its messages to the public on maintaining the cleanliness of the facility were very rudely communicated. This has mellowed, somewhat, but remains the case. How can anyone possibly think this is okay? (Oh, right, I forgot, the typos are testimony to the fact that no one actually edits the catalog.) It is staffed by entitled, incompetent individuals who probably secured their positions through the cronyism which is rampant in Cambridge. Some of the staff at the front desk actually watch television while they are working. (The lifeguards are good.)

I can only say about the basketball courts. Well lit, with a good number of hoops so lots of people can play at once. I felt like it was slightly soft all around though.

Wow! Amazing facility, I havent been here in awhile.

I take zumba classes here 2x a week, even though I have never been a Cambridge resident. Not too far from the Harvard Sq T, and classes top out at around $12 a class for excellent instruction. Facilities are clean and well maintained.
