Apple Cinemas is great for a movie night! The reclining seats always make the experience a comfortable one, and to make it even better the theatre isn’t too crowded on most nights, which makes it perfect for large groups! The ticket pricing is affordable, especially for the included reclining plush seats! The food and popcorn is pricey but no different than any other cinemas around.

Only place to watch Indian movies mostly.It has all Indian movies playing there most of the time. Not the greatest of cinematic experience, go to AMC, Regal for English movies. Few screens are very small, with seating of about 30-40. Check the screen size before you book your tickets. Overall a decent and well maintained theatre.Restrooms could be better.

The theater space is very long because they have reclining chairs. So being up front isnt terrible. The popcorn is good although sometimes they leave it sitting on the counter without a heat lamp- the popcorn has never been stale, so Im assuming they do this when theyre busy. I really like this theater and would go there again.

Best Bollywood movies. American, Hollywood, Hindi and South Indian films watched here. I love this theater. All the BEST NEW HINDI films. Most popular and contemporary actors films are always found here. Nice people. Good place. Great seats.

Best Movie Place!

Been coming to this location for years. Since the renovations and added discount Tues. Its not bad, very tight common areas but seats are spacious and comfortable in the theatre. Always call and reserve them seats or prepare to catch the next showing.

This is the best cinema that I ever went, all the time I go there there is really good popcorn that you can refill and good seats that can move and you can be laying down, it the best cinema I recommend you to go there.

Good place to watch Bollywood movies. The place needs maintenance with respect to cleanliness. Popcorn and drinks are relatively cheap here.

Their matinee prices are $9...you can reserve seats and they have lots of leg room/reclining chairs. Especially if you are okay with a no frills movie experience then this is the place for you at a great price point.

There are a lot of screens here but all of them are really small. Each one has a capacity of about a 50 people barring a couple. The floors are always sticky. Seems like theres always soda dropped on the floors. The only reason I visit this place is because its one of the theaters that screens foreign language films (Bollywood) and the fact that theres discount Tuesdays.

Our absolute favorite cinema! It’s affordable, cute and very cozy. We always go on Tuesdays, as a ticket is just 4,75$!!

SAD TO SAY I am unhappy with my service at this theater. I come with my kids all the time and we love this place. Usually the staff is great, but some days are so bad!! I cant seem to find an employee anywhere and wind up standing at the consession stand forever waiting! Whats  bad is, I can hear the workers blaring their music in the backroom. Ive had to literally yell to get any attention over it.  Not to mention the music they are playing is full of cuss words and NOT SUITABLE for children!! This is supposed to be a family friendly establishment. 4.75 Tuesdays may be a great deal,  but its not worth dealing with kids whoa re too high to do their JOB!

Tickets are very cheap. They have bundles where you can get food/drinks with tickets that are also well worth it. The seats in the theater are the highest quality I’ve seen in any theater, but the theater is small... so give and take. The sound is fine; screen, like I said, is small. Make sure to come early-ish to get the best seats.

The film was supposed to start in 12:00, we came 10 min before, and they opened the place just 12:15.There were people inside that saw us freezing outside (including kids and babies) and they didnt care.I never felt so terrible in public place!!!!

Theatre was decent. Sound System was also average. Movie was good so enjoyed the show otherwise it would have been tough.

Fun story when the first star wars movie came out in 1977 my father went to go see it at this theatre. In 2015 i went to go see it at this exact same movie theatre. The seats are comfortable and enhance the viewing experience to make it one the single best movie theaters in the direct cambridge area

It maybe small and not up to date. But they people that work there are nice an its always. Clean have been there 5 times in the pass three weeks. Enjoyed each time.plus the prices are great. To see a first run movie. So go have fun people.

Its a decent theater with great seats and leg room. Its my go to theater for watching Indian movies. However, there are a few shortcomings:1. The screen size is small.2. The surround sound system is not good. I have watched a lot of Indian movies here, and almost everytime the sound is somewhat low which sometimes results in inaudible dialogues.I would not recommend going to this if you are going for an action packed or a musical movie. Otherwise, its a decent cinema hall with reasonable prices.

With the addition of some really top-notch competition in the area, this theater captilizes on affordable tickets. Seats are comfortable, sound and screen quality is average. Staff is friendly and prices are right.

Comfortable seating that even reclines, this might be a bit out of the way its worth the trip.

We redeemed a Groupon voucher which was a very easy and stress free process. The seats are extremely comfortable being a recliner style. My concern was the state of the ladies restrooms which was quite unclean. The overall look of the foyer was also messy with spilt popcorn, straw wrappers and other litter laying in the floor not being cleaned up.

There is a self service kiosk and reclining chairs which are remarkably comfortable. And just $8 for a regular ticket. Really nice find.

Waited outside in the rain on thanksgiving for a movie at noon. No one was there. Prepaid tickets. Someone should be responsible for being there before show time.

I love this place. Its just the right kind of run down. I mean I dont know if Ive ever been to a movie theater that didnt have sticky floors and overflowing trash cans, but theres just something about Apple cinemas that makes it special. and I love anything to do with fresh ponds. Id love to live in one of those towering apartment buildings looming over the little strip mall there. Maybe someday.

A bit scary and dirty, but good movie experience none the less. Just bring your sanitizer with you and spray everyone and everything in sight.

Horrible theatre. Quality of Screen, Sound is terrible, Wall would be better than this screen. Pricey for this Quality. A/C is also terrible.Very disappointing. I would recommend all fans who come exciting too watch will only leave with disappointment.

Staff dont seem to care and the lobby is basically covered in popcorn. But the seats were nice and the screens were good in our theatre at least. And thats what youre there for after all. Also really cheap compared to how expensive other theatres are in the area. Ill take a messy lobby if I dont have to pay 30$ for a movie and some popcorn

I go here out of no choice- to watch Bollywood films. Almost everytime, my husband and I felt that the sound in the auditorium was a bit off. The screens are small too. However, the recliners are comfortable.

It is pathetic too watch a movie here. Sound quality Screen quality is terrible. Theatre smells bad. Screen is very small. I am only giving one star because I cannot give less than that.

Havent been there in a while and the theater is totally top notch right now, great seats and good audio.

The place is convenient, but not the best of the theater layouts to me.

This movie theater is cheap, but the theaters are not very good. There really tiny, so its kind of claustrophobic, and the floors/seats are messy. The seats are comfortable, and they can recline. The whole theater is okay overall, and if you cant go to an expensive theater, go here.

This place is in a convenience spot, and has many things around it. Also, inside Therese are a couple of movie theaters, with automated reclining chairs. The small amount of people per theater makes the viewing experience even better, and extremely comfortable. I really enjoy coming to this place.

Horrible theatre, people who have 4 stars for this screen must have not seen any screen in their life .I would not recommend anybody this theatre for quality of sound and screen they have.Seats are recliner but when you recline completely, you can’t see the screen.

Great seats, clear picture, reasonable prices for tickets and snacks. Screens are on the slightly smaller side. Bathrooms are a little dirty. Otherwise nice local theater.

Seemed like one man was running the whole show. Stopped in to see Captain Marvel with the family. The theatre is clean and we did enjoy ourselves. The one man running it all was very friendly.

The food was a little old prepared awhile before start times and left in a heater. The theater was small and a little cramped for a movie theater the sound and screen quality was mediocre. Plus its the only theater with good titles thats not 15 miles away.

Tickets are half off onTuesdays! The seats are so comfy, too. They are like big recliners for each person. Ordering tickets online is really easy, and the lines dont get too long at the box office.

The new and improved apple cinemas is really impressive. The seats are great, reclining and the overall quality is great. The theater also has Indian movies which are mostly unavailable in other Massachusetts locations (Marathi movies). Overall a very reasonable and comfy place to visit.

This place is a gem. I love taking the kids here. Nice comfy seats and it isnt a giant multiplex--very personal. Good popcorn too!

The seating is amazing for the prices. Some of the rows (I think first 2 rows A, B) are recliners at the same price of the normal ticket. Also it is the closest theater screening Indian cinemas, so I pretty much go ta least twice a month!

Went there a few times before the renovation, and wasnt too impressed. Went there again recently and was pleasantly surprised by how well it was renovated. Now you have online reservations and reclining seats for a very cheap price when compared to the big chains. Its also one of the few places that shows Indian language movies. I used to be disappointed if this was the only theater showing a specific movie, but now I will definitely be looking at Apple first for when Im looking to watch a new movie.

Only closest theatre in the city of Boston where you get to watch Regional language movies from India. Tuesday’s they offer 5$ tickets! Book via online just to get good seats and is usually crowded on that particular day of the week! All seats recline! Reserved seating! And captions available for all other language movies!

This place was gross, I have never written a review for a movie theater in my life cause I have never felt this strongly about one. Rats, cockroaches the whole deal. The staff even told me not to get water from the soda dispenser because it was likely toxic. Please if you go here bring wet wipes, wear covering clothing and take a acid bath once you go home. And if you happen to ingest any of the food from this establishment expect a hospital visits immediately prior. Thanks

This place was awesome even before they renovated - now its our go-to place for movies!! And tonight the manager Kris recognized us from previous visits and took care of us indeed. Amazing service and wonderful experiences!!

Usually isnt overcrowded which is nice. Theaters are clean and seats are comfortable. Some days they have deals for the tickets which is awesome. Its a movie theater so the food is pretty over priced, but the food here is a lot cheaper compared to a lot of other movie theaters which is nice. Overall I had a pretty good experience here, not many cons. Staff is nice. Very good theater really. Ive been to 6 movies here over the past 5 years, and NOBODY has been loud and annoying while the movie was being played so its pretty good. One problem I had was that they ran out of some food, which isnt very big. Overall this was a great place to be at!

Smaller Screens but still Good theater

Old-time feeling theatre with big red leather recliners and excellent surround sound in every room. Rarely busy, yet always have the newest movies. Comfy, but understated. This place is a hidden gem.

So i went to see gully boyz movie here on one of Tuesday..apparently they forgot to play movie and i with other viewers had to remind them to start the movie...apart from this place is nice

The price was right as the tickets for Hans Solo were very reasonable considering the price I pay at other theaters in the area. The movie projection and sound was fine. The seats were comfortable and the temperature was as well. The theater was clean. The drinks and the pop corn were fine and also more reasonably priced than other theaters in the area. The main negative was that the common areas were rundown and much in need of an upgrade.
