Good food clean environment friendly service

I have lived here for almost 17 years now and I actually love it here!! There are about 48 homes, a centrally located office and locked mailboxes across from the office along with 2 parcel boxes. The lots are various sizes and each tenant is required to care for their own lot. Space rent is the same for everyone, and everyone is required to own their home. The rent here is among the lowest in the Valley. Its a quiet neighborhood even though it sits right along the interstate. Purple Sage Mobile Manor is only about 2 to 2.5 miles from the freeway which makes it easy for those with commutes to work. Just like any other small community of homes, there are occasional issues that do arise, but they are generally dealt with immediately. What I love most about living here is the country charm and feel yet being a few minutes from town. Overall, Purple Sage Mobile Manor is a great place to live!!

Great out of the way place, thats only about 5 minutes to the high way.
