Its a ok trailer park but there are too many 4 wheelers driving around and kicking dirt in the air

It is great if youre to find somewhere to live for a short amount of time. It is not the prettiest but it is ok. The front office always wants you to fix something they dont like and they wont help you it has to come out of your pocket. There has been problems with the kids that live here. For example they have broken others windows and played with fire.

Dont live here unless your trying to put up with the office bs!! we have been getting cards from the office complaining about the most littlest things and its always has to be this lady called Mrs.crystina. She stalks your house and parks a few feet away from your home and just stalks it to see what to find to file a complain about. I wouldnt suggest living here cause they dont have nothing to do besides harassing us fellow citizens who do nothing wrong.Ps:

Careful when u drive through here, property has the worst speed bumps ever and they are a few feet from each other. Its ridiculous.

They complain about everything.*Cut your grass after its been cut.*Pick up your kids bike and put them away. *Your lawn chairs cant be seen out in the open.*That firewood needs to be inside a shed.*That fence needs to be taken down and you need to put up a new one or paint it.*You have to many cars.*paint your trailer*your grass is too dry*we cut the gras for you you owe us 45$When really i cut it 3 days ago.THE OFFICE IS HERASMENT EVERY WEEK PEAPLE, AND YEAR ROUND!I DO NOT RECAMEMD TO LIVE HERE.dont belive me ask more than one who live there.

The office staff goes around at mid night taking pictures outside mobilehomes to send complains about the weirdest things wired staff ..

Great place. Clean family friendly with I cream trucks and parks.

Its a great place for people to live.

They complain about everything toys being in the yard your grass not being cut when it is youre siding being too ugly and needs to be changed they tell you to trim your trees or bushes and tell you to put away your lawn chairs when theyre on the lawn and they knock down your fence if they think its too ugly and tell you you have to pay for another one anybody that lives or used to live in that trailer park will tell you the same. no joke!

It is a really good mobile park. There speed bumps make it safer for children to play.

Lowers my property value.

The Management are the most rudest people I have probably ever encountered.
