Very expensive. Not a normal hotel. More a rentable condo. Very nice inside though and beautiful view.

Nice little beach, pool across the street, fairly clean and nice location.

Our unit offered 3 full sized bedrooms, with lots of space 8 maybe more can fit, and a full kitchen. Beautifully decorated with a Michigan theme. There is an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and conference room in the clubhouse across the small street. The condos offer beach access and a private marina. You can rent bikes and I think kayaks. Close to a lot to do in Cadillac like the park fishing, DNR, dance clubs. I highly recommend the Sandbar. Its situated less than an hour drive to Traverse City, and Old Mission point if you want to do a winery visit or nine, and just over an hour 15 away from sleeping Bear Dunes, or you can just relax on the private dock, or beach and tell stories st the bonfire at night with the kids.

Love the pool && hot tub! Most relaxing local pool && cheaper than the Y without screaming children. Lol

This place is private and well maintained. For the money we are getting a great experience every time we go. I prefer this over the YMCA if your looking for a membership to a fitness/pool option. You also can also pay monthly and cancel anytime.

Our whole family is always excited to come here whether it is to play outdoors or just relax. Right at the edge of Lake Cadillac, this resort even offers kayaks for rent to glide around the lake. Bicycles are also for rent if you want to venture on one of the many miles of trails in this area. We enjoy it in the winter too when it is quiet and the snow is glistening on the icy lake.The entire staff goes out of their way to make our stay as wonderful as possible. LOVE LOVE LOVE staying at Sunset Shores Resort!

We were visiting family that has a condo there and have been there multiple other times for different things. The condos themselves are very nice. The meeting room and pool/exercise area are also very well kept.

Very clean, quiet, & pretty view. Pool & workout center was across the street.

Paying $8 per person over 4yrs... The steam room was out of order today.... Should of been a discount. Always a very clean vecinity, though.

As a owner, i have decided that the purchase is definitely worth it. You get an awesome 2 room apartment on a lake that you can rent out for money or stay at it. Overall great experience

Nice 2 bedroom condo on Lake Cadillac. Peaceful setting, close to snowmobile and bicycle trails. Downtown Cadillac isnt bad but doesnt have a ton of touristy stores like Frankenmuth or Traverse City. Lots going on in the area though and Sunset Shores has a great location to take it all in. Staff was very friendly and knew us by name

Overall the experience was great. Hot water lasting thru multiple showers was the only issue. Otherwise we really enjoyed the resort.

The room itself is very nice. But in the winter there isnt too much to do around here and also as a student I need internet for homework and the Wifi here is not good.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Kitchen well equipped. Staff very helpful and courteous. Nearby accessible skiing at Caberfae Peaks. Will definitely consider returning.

Quiet but convenient location. Clean, comfortable, and spacious units. Elevator would be an appropriate improvement to the upper levels.

They provide dishwasher soap, firewood, everything you can think of for the condo, to make it feel like home. Plus there is a nice beach and launch with chairs, private space, pool, sauna, you name it. The only awful part is the large front desk lady whos been here for the last few years, is nasty crabby and always difficult and unacomidating.
