This park is a disaster! There is garbage all over the place. Mobile homes are not taken care of. Obviously the park owner has no intent in providing his tenants with a safe and comfortable living conditions. A far cry from what it use to be.

Its just not all that, mobile homes are not taken care of. Yet they demand high rent.
