I like it because I work there i mow the lawns there its a nice community the manager is really nice and the trailers arent exspensive.

Keep raising lot rent its getting ridiculous you can own a house for the prices

Love our Beautiful home hope to buy it this year. Staff is awesome they do a good job couldnt of found any place better than creek wood. Friendly neighbors and safe community I would recommend this place to anyone.

I am retracting my original 5 star review. My boyfriend and I were touring the park back in late June/early July. We had interest in a home. Erica told me that my unemployment would be VIABLE INCOME IF I HAD A LETTER FROM MY JOB STATING A RETURN TO WORK DATE. During this time period, my furlough was extended (due to COVID-19) and my job couldn’t give me a date. I was in the process of trying to get something on paper when the home we were interested in sold. It was between the dates of July 25th-31st (saw it on MH Village website). A family member I brought to the park (they were interested in moving there too) called me in early August and said that the Erica was trying to get in touch with me however I never received a follow up call. She was the only one working and was busy all the time. It had been maybe 2 weeks since contact because my paperwork was being reviewed, so I thought nothing of it. Fine. I call after I find out the house we wanted was sold (this is now early August) and say “the house we’re interested in sold and I want my application thrown out”. I was told my application can be kept on file and transferred between different Sun Home parks. I said “no” and that was that. So tell me how now, OCTOBER 2ND, I get a letter from Sun Homes dated for SEPTEMBER 23RD, stating that I had “insufficient income” WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT MY UNEMPLOYMENT WOULD BE FINE WITH A LETTER FROM MY JOB. And my FICO was low...? Yeah, right. Academy-West Point denied me for the same reason. My FICO is NOT that low. AND Academy-West Point sent me the letter a week or two after I applied, not 3 WHOLE MONTHS. Pandemic or not, 3 MONTHS?! BayShore Home Sales accepted my unemployment, letter from work, EVERYTHING. College Park Estates got us in and now we’re going with Metro Commons. So thank you to Leah, Amanda, and Dirk from those 2 parks who WONT LIE OR GIVE ME BS. This company is a joke and there’s numerous complaints about it. Erica is a WONDERFUL person and sales rep and this is in now way her fault, but don’t TELL HER THAT UNEMPLOYMENT IS OK AND THEN IM DENIED. And don’t send letters 3 months after the fact.

Decent place to live kinda pricey but a clean

This is such a trash community with the worse kind of lazy management. We expected much more from Sun Community, but this place is a complete joke. They never do the work they say they will do, they never return calls, the maintenance is literally incompetent. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Highly recommended park. The streets are kinda wonky but the Manager is amazing and deserves a raise!

I just dont like how they did not check on nor visit the family of a renter and leave condolences of any sort. (A renter who rented from them seven years and died of an Illness). Something seems wrong with that as you were walking distance. She rented faithfully for over seven years. All you did was send out an eviction notice to her son? The only time you said you were sorry for the loss was when her daughter dropped in to say they were cleaning it out. You got to be kidding me? Where is the compassion in that? Wow.

Recently had the faucet in our shower break and they had someone to our house with a new handles and everything in only about half an hour!

I would not recommend this community. They overcharge in the rent. They don’t follow through on what they say are going to do. My steps rose in the winter and I was barely able to get in & out front door because it was aligned incorrectly on the frame. Maintenance was suppose to remove the door....never did. I had a REALLY REALLY BAD bug problem because they failed to fix the skirting before moving me in then told me it was my responsibility to fix the pest problem. My toilet broke & the office hired an outside company to come do the job and never informed me I found out by calling them to follow up on the broken toilet 3 days later then had to call the company to get them to come out & was told they tried calling me but got no answer. I didn’t no to be expecting a call from them because no one told me anything. The company showed up & one of the employees reeked of alcohol and on top of that the job wasn’t done correctly & they ended having to come back out 2 more times before it was done right. I would not recommend this community to anyone.

Creekwood,Was great until new management came along and changed started to happen. Don’t believe anything that Sarah says because she will tell you one thing then go back on her word. They will harass you if you choose not to buy your house and the rent doesn’t just move up $5 to $10 dollars.. it goes up like $20 - $40, all the way to $50 if not more. They say they will work with you if needed , not true. If you get a letter sent to your house Sarah will tell you not to worry about it or they will just take care of it don’t believe her. When she tells you not to go to court don’t believe her. Just go. I’ve got lawyers on this place for a illegal eviction and I have corporate on my side. This place has done this to not just me. Sarah is such a flake she is dizzy and i honestly don’t know how she has a job. I can’t be the only one that feels this way. Good luck if you move in here it’s a joke and I lived there since 2011 with no problems. My problems started happening about a year ago.

Great place to live, nice community and nice staff

My son had not been to a dentist for almost 10 years due to dental phobia. After reading about Dr. Q we made an appointment. Over the last year Dr. Q and his kind and considerate staff have provided him excellent care. He is now onto maintenance. Thank you Dr. Q.

If I could give it a one star I would, they lied about things they said wouldnt matter for the application, so we filled it out and got turned down for the very same thing they said wouldnt make a difference. They called us back all the time before the application process but after that they wouldnt even return our calls. Bad business, plus my credit went down by 20 points because of the application. When I talked to others that live in there community they all said they reel you in with low rent and then jack up the price where you cant afford to stay.

Kids running around in the middle of the road. They dont follow thru with work that need to be done on there homes.

Charge too much and dont fix the problems. Aftwr telling them about issues we finally did the fixes ourselves and then they charged us for fixing it.

I lived here for 2yrs now and this is the last time. I will not be renewing my lease. All they care about is taking your money. When you call to have them come look at something wrong they either tell you nothing is wrong or they take the cheapest route to fix what was wrong, so then its broke 2 weeks later and you have to call them back out. They take days to get back to you. They wont give you the number to corporate so you can talk to corporate to express your concerns. Just dont with this place dont ever move here. Look elsewhere to live. Not worth it.

DO not move here. The crime there is terrible. Stabbings, theft of vehicles, residents getting assaulted by other residents simple theft of lawn mowers etc. Office manager Sarah is very unprofessional and doesnt do job she needs to do. Homes they sell rather then rent out are being sold due to conditions they are in and they do not want to fix. Thia actually should be a 0 star. Be careful if considering this place for your home

Nice homes, great staff, and secure location. Only issue is After your year lease is over they jack up the rent on you if you choose to stay.

DO NOT move here, they have knife fights in the street. They will not work with you if you’re running short or late, I know that they must get their money but they have the right to lock you out went out they locked her out and wouldn’t let them get anything out of your own house. And believe me they know it and use it. While my granddaughter they have 4 kids!
