This is an amazing place. The sanctuary is clean and colourful. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The conservation work they do is 2nd to non. Always a fun day had here. Totally recommend to everyone of all ages.

Harvester Park is one of our favorites in this area. Plenty of fun activities for kids of all ages, from toddlers to teens. My kids are currently 1 and 3 and they love both sections of the playground. Theres a zip line, musical barn, and even a splash pad area open during the summer. Lots of outdoor seating, including two overhead picnic areas. Theres also a small pond area and outdoor exercise area, which also includes handicap exercise equipment. The baseball fields are always maintained well. And one of my requirements for a park is plenty of trees for shade and this park has that too! Highly recommend!

Great park! Facilities arent open so there is no where to go to the bathroom. Should put some portable bathrooms until they open the indoor ones.

One of the better kids parks in the area. Has a nice pond w/fishing and great scenic view. Has wetland plants around and very well kept. One star off because some of the walking trail isnt yet fully paved and theres not a bigger walking path around the entire area that can bring you back full circle that we noticed. Trails tend to cut off and then you have to walk back. Maybe Im missing something? In any case, fantastic place to visit and take the kids, they will LOVE the playground area with a Zipline , Sand area, and a Ranch/Farm theme outdoor house.

The Harvester park in Burr Ridge IL has a very good walking trail, outdoors park and good car parking. The village summer activities are held there and kids get to go there for archery. The large area is well suited for practice. The park is well tended and kept clean.

Harvester Park was fantastic before, and with the new playground equipment they just added its even better! We always love visiting here as there are so many fun options and the playground is divided into multiple sections. When we get bored woth one we just rotate to another! Hours of fun available, including swings, a zip line, slides and climbing areas.

Great park for sand play, music fun, zip-lining, and a good time on the splash pad. Be prepared to get super sandy and messy. Unfortunately, there isnt a rinse off area but its got everything else your child could possibly want.Theres a mini-childrens museum area complete with instruments and historical plaquards and sound effects to match.Bring: your own sand toys, trucks, scoops, etcA change of clothesA towelSwimsuitWater shoes6 picnic tables are located under a covered area near a restroom. Lots of benches located throughout the park. The garbage cans have a nice top to them, which makes a world of difference when it comes to flys and bees.The terrain is very uneven andsome places are not wheelchair accessible. The rubberized terrain is crawling child friendly.

One of the best parks for kids in the Western suburbs. Large area and tons of activities to occupy kids.

Love!!! This park is good for a little picnic and it has 6 parts of the park playing , sand box, water splashing, a mini walk path to a pond lake a huge soccer field, excersice plastic machines. And more is just cool

This park has everything for all ages of children and even an exercise center for adults outside... And a nature center... And multiple bathrooms indoors and out... And a great hiking path... And tennis.. and baseball fields... It doesnt end!

Great park. Wish Google would have included that it has a splash park in it to better prepare. Lota of space for the kids to play and huge sand area to play in. Restrooms are clean and park is clean as well. Lots of parking available. Free of charge.

Another location for a good baseball game! I can umpire a baseball game here and have the kids play at the very large and newly renovated park!

Excellent park! There is so much to do for all age levels. There is a sand and water area, so be sure to bring your childs bathing suit in the summer. The zipline and merry go round in the back are favorites. They also just updated a section of the playground and added a playset more appropriate for little ones and an awesome western themed music area.The way the park is laid out makes it hard to watch more than one child, especially if they want to do different things. So, its best to go here with 2 adults if you have multiple children and a child that likes to wander.

Great park but has elevated cancer risk due to firm sterigenics pumping out chemicals less then a mile away.. Google them. Local officials wont do anything as our children are exposed. Best to stay away. Had to pull my kid out of preschool here and many others ready to do same.

Awesome park. There are multiple areas for playing. One area had sand and water, one was toddler oriented. There were hills and bridges, places to climb. There is a zip line, swings, lots of slides, a big wheel thing. Good for all ages. This is probably the best park in a ten mile radius.

The park is beautiful!!! So much to do! Sand area, water area, and a zip line and the district building is really cool. Programs for kids are really good and the staff is helpful. The grounds are well manicured and clean.

Harvwster park is an expansive park that contains about three playgrounds for children, a soccer field, and baseball field, and a guided trail with a couple of places to take pictures at. Came here during a cross-country meet and honestly is one of the best cources Ive raced in. Really glad this years conference was hosted here and not in any other park.

A great outdoor area. Between the sandbox park zipline area to the outdoor workout area, basketball volleyball and tennis courts oh and the baseball fields.if you come here and cant find anything to do have problems. Best park this area has bathrooms!

Great park. Nice areas for sand volleyball and tennis. Has some good space for a outdoor event like a company wide picnic as well. I believe the park is named after the tractor company used to be known as International Harvester and now known as Cnh industrial. The company is less than a mile out.

Very hands on.lots of activities for the kids. Even has a zip line and walking trail.

I always enjoy going to their car show in August.

This is a fantastic park, probably one of the best in the area. The water and sand area is a huge hit for us in the summer, but the zip line and the tire swing are fun all the time. The kids never want to leave this place!

Very nice play area. Lost a star because the entry to the boys bathroom faces away from the play area, onto the parking lot. Should be visible from the play area like the girls.

Be careful parking your vehicle in their lot...We had our car window shattered and my wifes purse stolen.

Theres upscale playground equipment here. From the zipline for kids to the tree fort, this park is really cool. My daughter loves playing here and exploring all the different parts of the playground, going up and down the mini climbing wall, across the bridges and more.
