The cleaning efforts are well done. We love spending time playing and being kids again.

Thats the most mean reason i was taken my kiddos to coming and play is they have if you get any food item and then you will get the 30mins to unlimited play time that pretty cool

The person at the check out was really unprofessional, my granddaughter got a ball which was needing air. He insisted it was fine.. Well you can tell that to my 3year old!!! Nope i ask to speak to a manager well she was rude as hell didnt even let speak .. Really bad experience not coming here again.!! Spend almost $100. not worth it!!

I got the pizza during COVID-19 and it was surprisingly not bad. It reminded me of the school lunch cafeteria pizza I had in grade school. This isnt a bad thing in my book. Plus, they have me free cotton candy so Im happy. At least try it for the novelty.

This was the closest Chuck E. Cheese to where I live. Haven’t been here since I was a kid. I have really great memories coming here for birthdays or for pleasure. Now that I’m grown up, I probably won’t ever come back again. Oh well, thanks for the memories!

Had my daughters birthday party here for her 6th birthday and it was an awesome experience. My child had the time of her life, our hostess was wonderful and attentive. Everything for the party was set and in place before we arrived. The manager on duty also checked in and was attentive be to our parties needs. Overall an A+ experience for good food, fun for the kids and excellent customer service. Thanks for making my daughters birthday a great memory for her!

The remodel is almost done. It looks really good. Had a birthday party and the staff was super accommodating. Prices are good; maybe a bit pricey, but the service and resulting happy faces were well worth it. Its not the Showbiz Pizza or Chuck E. Cheese from our youth, but it is growing and evolving. It honestly looks like a place you mind going to more than on special occasions.

Its all been redone it was fantastic now it was clean bright all the machines worked they got rid of the dirty grimy playground you can see almost across the entire facility to locate your kids now The machines were very fun for our kids to play and the machines were generous with tickets so you actually felt like you were winning it was a blast we are looking forward to going back.

Wow, considering I just gave Disney World a 1-star review after a nightmare experience this past weekend, I figured I needed to share the positive experience I had at Chuck E Cheeses the weekend before. Pizza was delicious (and there was absolutely no indication it was reassembled) and fresh, kids had a great time, not too crowded and no lines, and now they have a deal where you can play unlimited games for 90 minutes for $25 - all around super reasonable treat for the kids -- not at all like getting eye-gouged at Disney World in order to stand in two-hour lines for 60 year old attractions while having obese cast members boss you around and hit you with little light wands so they can satisfy their desperate need to dominate other people....

Today (8/27/2020) was the last day for tickets... Tomorrow the virtual tickets go on your play card.

It was really busy but the staff did their best to be expedient and help everyone. Im disappointed in the point system. The one token for every game was better. Some of these games at 15-20 points, then malfunctioned with a 10 second play (literally on the dino shooting game), or didnt give out tickets (right side of the water duck game) was really disappointing.The changing table in the bathroom was poorly designed. It opens into the walkway to the stalls so no one can get by and theres no room to stand at the foot of your baby to change (and Im really tiny.)The patrons at this particular one were especially rude and unruly! I realize this is where kids can be kids, but parents still need to be parents. There were babies (under 2) running around unsupervised in smelly diapers. Kids trying to push their way past me to push my kids off of rides. It really is what overall ruined our experience. I used to love Chuck e Cheese ever since I was a kid myself. The quality has gone down.

I think managements thinking was, well kids like pizza, regardless, so lets cut cost on that LOL!In fairness its not known for its quality pizza, its for kids fun, and the kids had a blast!

My son and I had the #4 classic sausage pizza. It was delicious! Lots of beverage options. We played games for 45 minutes and it was only $15 we won over 500 tickets and had a blast. I really like the check in and check out system they use too! Well be back again!

Okay here is the real Lowdown on Chuck-E-Cheese. This location is usually quiet and less busy than other locations when I have gone. There are no more tokens, you buy a card and put time on it. You still need to get your hand stamped and you can order pizza at the service counter. The card machine is quick and convenient. And its much cheaper than going to Dave & Busters and you can still get a beer here if you like.

Great place for kids, super fun and you can pay for unlimited games for a specified amount of time. Clean and comfortable place.Pizza was surprisingly good. I remember when I was a kid the pizza here was not very good but its a solid buy now. The cheese stuffed crust is really good too.

Was there for my daughters 3rd birthday party with family and friends and I had a great time there. Food was meh but everything else was great. Chuck E was really nice to my daughter.

My daughters always love going to Chuck Es. They have tons of games and decent prizes for the kids, and so so pizza. Its mostly for the kids and they LOVE it every time!

Not sure why I gave a 3. Most likely because my littlest kid enjoyed it. These places do the best they can but I feel like they are always dirty and under staffed. Just do better at presenting a better product and maybe youll entice repeat customers.

The place has changed over the years and swapped out some of the old favorites and replaced them with the same type of game that spins and gives out tickets. Which my kids love. I liked it better when they had more arcade style games like Star Wars. You can have unlimited games for a set timeframe so if you have 30 minutes to spare you can spend $10 and the kids can play as much as they can until times up. It works really well. Also, the pizza seems a little better than I remember.

The place is what it is supposed to be. Kids always have a good time.

Smaller location. This place legit smells. The bathrooms are horrendous. Staff was nice enough and theres hand sani everywhere, so thats a plus. Dropping off my son for a birthday party was fine, but literally picking him up was the absolute worst. I was suppose to be in and out less than 5 minutes. My son had tickets to turn in so I went to the counter for him to get something. The lady said I had to use the ticket counter, which are all full. So I said forget it and gave the 20 tickets to the birthday girl and told my son I would buy him dip n dots. Same person has to help me takes the order then has to go the back to get a cup of spoons which of course takes her 5 minute to get a small cup of spoons. I got helped by a girl that was hardly helpful, never smiled; while their were other employees around. This is why we have birthday parties grand slam! Better customer service, better everything.

We were there yesterday for my daughters birthday. A few of the machines were shut down and another malfunctioned on me, but the gal working was quick to refund me my credits. She did a great job of helping us. The place seemed clean and we would come again if it wasnt so expensive. It was great for a special treat for my 5 year old though. She had fun and thats what matters to me!

I picked a 1 hour unlimited card... there were machines that weren’t working... sometimes the card didn’t work... the place could have been managed... Go to this place if you don’t have other options...

I was at Chucky Cheese the most the busiest day they only have one register open I was in the line more than 10 minutes I see some people back to home because they cant stand on the line they should open more than one register on the time

Long line to buy passes. One girl ringing and one watching. When someone complained then magically 2 more employees showed up. They should always be sure the customer is being helped. That is how they keep their job!!!

Very not happy paid alot for my daughters bday party for it to be ruiened by the exspwrience we had a 1 year old was having his party and they combined the partys pretty much i have pics of my 8 year old upset i never have her party with anyone else not would i and this was forced we paid alot for a ruiened birthday party

My son and I went here yesterday with one of his friends and the service there was wonderful! Our food was delicious and was brought to our table in a very timely matter. The place looks very well kept and we all had a blast! Melvin did a awesome job helping us out!

One of the cleaner and more well run Chuck E Cheese’s we have been to with the kids. We were there for a birthday and it was well run, organized, and timed out pretty well for the kids to do what they wanted to do!

Awful. Small selection of games. Half the ski ball tables didnt work and took my unknowing childrens$$. And I love ski ball and didnt get to play so big no no to me. It was over $60 to play hardly any games. Pizza was alright tho.

They dont use coins anymore. :( They use cards. Coins are part of the fun. Pizza is below average, but salad bar is not bad. This place is a casino for children. Go do something else for your kids birthday.....something with real value.

Took my 3 children here for a special treat and Id have to say its strictly for playing games! We got there around 430pm and there really wasnt that many people there. We ordered the best value combo wick was almost $70 and we got 2 large pizzas and about $10 worth of games! IN MY OPINION......The pizza was horrible!!!!!! Not a good place to eat. Id have to admit it was fun watching my kids play but I doubt Ill go back. MUCH RATHER GO TO THE WOW ZONE IN MANKATO!! 60 Minutes south of Chuck E Cheese!! I give Chuck E Cheese 3/5 stars. WOW ZONE 5/5 stars!! Trust me I wouldnt steer you wrong.

The place is really dumpy. It looks like its had the same decor since 1992. Its needs a completed remodel and update.

Better than at least one other weve been to. Staff friendly and helpful. Be ready for noise, but not unpleasant or overly booming or loud. Kids were 6.5 and 4 yo and love it.
