Fun place to go no matter what age! There’s always something fun to do. I love the mini-golf course and hitting in the batting cages. Watch out for the kid groups (on busy days). I haven’t been here in a while, but I’ll return eventually...

The building space is way too small for all the different activities they have available. All the spaces for each activity is very small and crowded. The bathroom was a constant mess/dirty. I didnt like how the party room worked. You get wire shelfings on each end of the room to put your supplies (table top decors, presents, and cake) but you cant get a table until the food is ready for your group. Theres no locking system in place so anyone can just grab your stuff off the shelves and run away with it. Pizza was decent; glad its not thin crust. I wouldnt host a party here if it was me.

Fun place for kids of all ages! My wife and I also really enjoyed our time here. Honestly, we would have had pretty much the same amount of fun if were didnt have our son. They have an arcade, bummer cars, mini golf, batting cages, trampoline pit, indoor playground, and a party room. The bummer cars and trampoline pit were our favorite parts. Even got a pretty good workout running and jumping in the trampoline pit.I do recommend going on a week day when it is less busy. Thats what we did and there werent many people there. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Especially those that were working at the desk to help you decide what package to buy. Ultimately, I really recommend going with your family for a day of fun!

An amazing place for all ages that mixes child arcade funhouse with adult arcade.

Visiting from Cleveland, we found grand slam on groupon. Its hard to find safe things to do during the rona and this place is on top of it. We saw every employee wearing masks and wiping everything down constantly. Super pleasant and fun environment. I will definately go back when we visit again. Thank you to the team at grand slam for an awesome time!

Literally everything in the golf course was shattered or ripped apart, just took a lot of the fun out of golfing

Great spot to bring little ones 4-13 years old. Logically priced for a timed ticket! Lazer tag and batting cages are easily key features. As simple as it may seem from an adult perspective, there are unfortunately too few of places like this anymore.

Took my daughter for her birthday! It was super fun. But when it came to billing. We were not informed that pricing was for each kid and not by party was a little frustrating. But after we got there we had nothing but fun!

My 5yo boys had a blast at their birthday party in the play place, trampolines, bumper cars, laser tag, and mini golf! My 2yo has just as much fun joining in! Great family fun.

Fast pitch machines work fine. Slow pitch machines dont really work at all. It only actually throws the ball about half the time. If they just made the hole in the net for the machine arm bigger it wouldnt be an issue. It often send the softball into the net instead of out towards the plate. I dont know why this hasnt been fixed. Its been an issue for a long time.

It’s a fun place if you arrive during busy times! Especially for the “krashing kars” where it’s not only you playing. The more people the more activity there is for you. I brought a child with a disability and the staff were very caring in terms of ticket pricing & snack options. Thank you!

Fun place to take the kids. I just wish they would put some security measures in place like Chuck E Cheese to keep kids safe. Its ALWAYS so busy there and they should do the hand stamp thing.

Trampoline, Arcade Games, play zone, baseball hitting area, party zone and mini golf. The only downfall is you have to purchase tickets for every activity or else buy a multi-activity ticket. Snack area and ample parking.

Over priced and crowded. The staff werent rude bit they definitely didnt make any extra efforts to be helpful. My daughter had lost some money but it was returned to the front desk after we left. We were told it was put to the side with our name on it. When we called to confirm it was there and to pick it up, they said they knew nothing about it. Not saying I wont go there again but our first experience did not impress.

This place is awesome, whether your 2 ft tall or 7 ft tall. Highly recommended. And justin bieber has been there and even signed the wall, if that is someone you like. Seriously tho the people rock there and are so nice. Go get you some tickets and check it out.

Fun place. Over priced for what you get because its pretty busy, and you spend a lot of time waiting. The staff was not friendly (except for a few exceptions), and most seemed like they didnt want to be there, and had no clue how to do their job. Please spend more time training and following up on that training. There is some potential there.

I come here all of the time to get some swings during the off season. Can be very busy on Saturdays with birthday parties, but usually the cages are open. Very clean for having a bunch of children inside the facility at all times.

I came here with my cousins for fun. When we came in to pay for a wristband, it took about 5 minutes just for two employees to come over to us when all they were doing was talking to each other. It’s very overpriced with no free refills, the tables and floor was also very dirty. I had no ice in my drink, the pizza was small for 13 dollars. There was a couple cuddling and being very intimate when there was kids everywhere, no employees went up to them to stop them. It was overall bad.

We had a party for our son and everyone had a blast. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the kids had so much fun and the pizza was great! I love that the place isn’t just fun for kids, us adults enjoyed it all. We will definitely be back.

Its a good place to let your children run around and be crazy for a while. A winter retreat for children suffering from the winter blues. I would recommend going there on the weekdays, to encounter less crowd. While its fun for children (ages 6-13), its really a small place, given the number of visitors at any given time in weekend. If you think you can read a book whole you let the children run, you are mistaken, there are not enough benches around to allow you to do that, not are the narrow hallways any help in keeping the crowd at a distance.

Definitely geared towards kids (which is fine). Went with about 10 other 20-somethings and had a fun time. We got the $22 package that included everything but the batting cages and did all the activities once in about 2h. Mini golf course was okay, definitely dated. Bumper cars were surprisingly fun, especially with a lot of people. Trampolines were fun but lost their charm quickly as we all got pretty winded after about 20mOverall it was a good experience and Id probably go again, even if the facilities are a bit dated

If you want a place over run by unsupervised children this is the spot. No parents in sight, kids running around mini golf and splashing water at you. Yeah wonderful location for a night out.

Great customer service from Jim and his staff. Brought my two girls there for a birthday celebration and they had a blast! Prices were great for 3 hours of fun and the birthday girl got a party Squad t-shirt :-) they enjoyed all of the activities. Not only was the customer service great but they were very informative and helpful with the ongoings.

Grand Slam is the only place that I always loved. No lies I honestly love that place. Especially, if you have a kids go there and I’m sure your kids will love it too. Not even that, people who work there all of them are nice people.

You and your kid will get your moneys worth here. We usually do a VIP package and add-on The Play Place. My kid loves the laser tag, jumping on the trampolines. Theres also mini golf and a batting cage. I will say though the food here is terrible. Other than that this is a great place to come after you have eaten a decent meal!

Nice place..just didnt like how the birthday party group room is set up with little privacy. Worth the money. Would suggest scheduling the party during an earlier time. Peak times are after 2pm and it gets really busy.

I thought this was a really fun place to bring the kids for a birthday party. The prices are reasonable and the staff was friendly enough. My son was a little young to fully grasp laser tag, but he enjoyed it anyway. He absolutely loved the playground area though! He was very upset when we had to leave. The pizza was pretty good, better than expected and it came out fairly quickly. All in all, I would recommend Grand Slam!

Staff there is awesome showed us around before we got packages and made our 5 year old feel extremely welcome well be back.

Great alternative for the kiddo to burn up all that energy when they have been cooped up! We also love that we can play mini golf as a family.

My friends and I couldnt stop laughing, the games were fun and the Lazer tag was great. The nice man at the bumper cars let us stay in until closer because no one was in line. We had so much fun!

A little expensive but great place for kids to burn some energy in the winter. We just brought our 3 & 5 year olds to the play zone for a while, it was $7 a piece. Not as big as edinborough but also not as crowded.

It was crowded and hard to find a parking space but once we got inside the kids had so much fun. Laser tag, bumper cars, arcade games and jumping on the trampoline. They were exhausted by the time we left. We paid $23.00 per kid for the unlimited wristband. It was worth it.

Went here for a birthday party with my brother, this place was by far one of the best places Ive been to for a while now! Plentiful amount of things to do here such as laser tag, bumper cars, trampolines, playground, and even indoor mini golf. I had an absolute blast here.

We visited Grand Slam for a birthday party. The time given for the party hall was 6:30 pm. As we waited and waited, we got a call that the hall was ready by 7:40 pm. I would say too much of waiting and kids were pretty hungry. One table with 8 chairs for any number of group is not very comfortable. While these are the cons, I would say kids had so much of fun enjoying different types of games! Food was okay and service is good.

It was fun. Its geared for K-9th grade kids. Arcade uses prepaid cards. Each game earns digital tickets that are redeemed for prizes. Just like that famous pizza arcade. :-) Snack bar was affordable and surprising good for the money. Putt putt golf course was fun to play also.

For a kid its fun but as a Senior citizen I found the set up too noisy and there needs to be private individual rooms for Birthday partys for the amount of money involved.

I have a lot of fun here with my girlfriend and the kids. I personally enjoy our time at laser tags and bumper cars. Those are my favorite things to do here. I recommend you should go here on fridays because that when it most popular so you could have more people to fight against on the laser tag battle field.

Great place. We had our sons 10th birthday party there with 7 of his friends. It was so much fun all the kids and adults had a blast. There is so much to do there you could be there all day and not get bored.plus the staff was great.

This review is just about the arcade area, I did not visit any of the other areas or attractions. We came here to play in the arcade, and quickly left disappointed without spending a dime. The photos are clearly outdated, the only coin pusher is the SpongeBob pusher which we had no desire to play. The other attractions like batting cages and mini golf are probably fine, but the arcade didnt have a great variety of redemption games.

I do enjoy the place, its fun and like nice, some of the arcade needs some touch ups just to make the games less squeaky but overall I do like being there, the minigolf is fun too, the only thing I didnt really like there was the pricing at the counter for tickets, either Im just bad at the games (which is likely the case) or theyre overpriced for the goodies at the counter, I still recommend coming though

Today we went for the first time with our toddler. We purposely went during the week so it wouldnt be too busy and it was great. Plus I give a double thumbs up to the wonderful staff, especially Jim (I hope I got his name right!) who took extra time to explain which areas our little guy was most likely to be able to play without being overwhelmed. He went an extra mile to help out and it was much appreciated. We will be going back....my little guy had a blast and was permanently smiling!

Took my son for a round of mini golf for his birthday. he zipped through 18 holes fast but had a ton of fun. they even let him go through the holes again for free. good business.

The employees were very hit or miss. The guy working laser tag was very fun and energetic while the lady working the ticket counter was quite lethargic. The mini golf is fun for all ages and lengthy. Bumper cars are comfortable and are insanely entertaining. On the other side, the place was not very clean. Great overall experience.

Ive visited this place over a span of many years, as a child and now as a young adult. If your kid is kinda squirly then this probably isnt the place for them. It really isnt an environment where your kid can let loose. The mini golf, arcade, bumper cars, and laser tag are quite tame. Im sure other people love this place but Ive never been much of a fan. Employees always seem a little grumpy and the arcade area is always messy because no one keeps to it regularly through out the day. I suppose if youre looking for something easy to occupy your family for an evening then you would enjoy your experience here.
