I lived in this park for over 10 years, this is best trailer park Ive ever been to, great neighbors, awesome management, I like how they had alot of rules which made it a nice place to live. If I move back to Minnesota this would be the first place I would check out for a rentel.

This Mobile home Park is nice. Its got a pool which is great in the summer. They take good care of the roads during the winter, and there are activities for the holidays. The only thing thats kind of a downer is that theyre very expensive. But the management seems really nice and understanding. The residents who live there are quiet and peaceful and mainly keep to themselves.

Trailer park. Looks nice. Office building modern. Did not enter. Secluded place at the bottom of a hill.

Nice family oriented area ur kids can play in the streets and really the neighbors watch out...

I grew up here. its probably the best trailer park home Ive been in. our neighbors were friendly and everyone kept to themselves. theres not much crime. this place will always feel like home if I went back.

Never paid for our car damage from when manager was plowing and hit our car and left, neighbor saw it and notified us.!!!

My brother and his fiancee have a nice cozy home in there. Its a real sweet setup, and its next to the park so my children, their nephews, can run free without much worry or hassle.

Step kids live there, kids roam the streets with no supervision, Their moms car was stolen by kids in the park. Some people seem very nice, but not a place for families. I am scared for those kids.

Nice and quiet trailer park very clean and organized.

The management is very bad. Never move in here.

Very nice lady works there shes very kind and she toured us a house while she was extremely busy I recommend rambush

Best ways to have partys at your house or the party room

This place is ok. They have constant sweeps by the police . So be prepaired for a monthly visit from the fuzz

Horrible place too rent from was moved in to a home that wasnt safely secured to the site and was put in backwards, in our first winter in a.brand new rental the pipes froze because they didnt properly level the trailer and ran the pipes twice the distance by putting the trailer in backwards. Management blamed my kids claiming they flushed something. Never found anything and they didnt apologize for their accusations. Moved out after the power box in the front yard melted its insides out halfway into my second lease leaving me and my young kids and wife no power or heat in November. Park ultimately filed eviction after I vacated the unsafe residence. They topped it off by falsly charging me more than i owed and also double charging me and another tenant for march, illegal!!! The electrical was also blamed on us before they changed the electrical box outside that was an outdated 50 amp box supplying power to 120 amp rated trailer. And broke confidentiality by discussing said owed balance with family members not on the lease and instead of billing me sent it too collections with no notice. Wouldnt send my worst enemy to live there

Its trashy some of the people are nice but you wouldnt want your kids raised there.

They have pool available for residents!
