This place need more parking space for visitor by areas

I loved this place. It was our first home when we got married, back when it was Camelot Acres.Beware, back in the 80s ,they kept the Storm shelter locked so when a tornado came one day I could not get in

When me and my family first moved here we had to go down to the office to get our mailbox key, but the office lady was to busy gossiping about her friends wedding for 30 minutes straight and when she finally opened her door, she lied and said she was talking to her boss like we couldnt hear her yelling about how the groom was being disrespectful to her cousin. and to top that off she gave us horrible attitude when all we wanted was our mailbox key.

It’s like prison living here and the rules change A LOT without them notifying anyone who lives here. Management is also randomly or almost never present.

I know too much about the management. At least a manager that was there at that time. I believe rules are selectively enforced such as parking .

Very nice olace

Ive lived here for 11 years and Ive had nothing but problems with the management. Weve been through 4 or 5 managers from 3 different management companies and its just gotten worse over time. For the current ones, theyre never in the office, and when they are they close several hours before their posted closing time.Rules are never enforced, and the plow service is terrible. Its 2:00PM and the road I live on still has 8 inches of snow that goes out about 6 feet into the road. I have a 4-wheel-drive truck but we also have 2 people living here over 70 and a disabled woman, and they drive smaller vehicles. What if their car gets stuck? Across the street is an elderly man who just got out of surgery, and next to him is another elderly man with a heart condition. Are they just trapped in their houses? What about the kids who have to walk to the bus stop in the morning? What about the parents that have to drive their kids to school? What about everyone who just leaves for work at 7:00AM and doesnt drive a half-ton truck?Oh, and the manager just never came in today, and the voicemail box is full. I tried calling the parent company and THEIR voicemail box is full, so I called THEIR management company and their voicemail box HASNT EVEN BEEN SET UP! This is insanity!The majority of the houses are fairly nice, and most of the people here are quiet and friendly, but if youre expecting literally anything from the management, youll be disappointed. Personally, Id stay away.

The office is staffed by a woman who is an absolute Racist! I do not live here but as a delivery driver I stopped at the office to find help in locating a home and was met by the most rude, disrespectful, disgusting, racist woman I have ever encountered. I feel bad for anyone who lives here and has to deal with her. I will never deliver here again and will be sharing this encounter on all my social media. I wish I had video it would have gone viral.

Its a good place to live in!

Needs more lights to visit friends

Corporate policies make these homes the worst place to live in. Would not recommend anyone to live here even if the home was free.
