Saw Loving Vincent. Amazing film. First time Ive been back to the Capitol since I was 9 yrs old. It looks amazing. Staff was great. Snacks were limited, but also appreciated the alcohol options. Well done Burlington.

Amazing establishment. Wonderful set up. We had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place for any event.

Seats are small and no cup holders. Yet this is a great classic theater. It has a real stage and sound system with lighting tracks.The restrooms were clean and well stocked if not close to the theater.Refreshments included beer and wine as well as the usual fare.

Great theatre, great people running it, would recommend.

Every year my teenage daughter attends camp & performs different improv plays on stage. Sometimes good will donations , sometimes $5 admission. Staff is great. Snacks n beverages really priced to stay there, other than that, an awesome experience just take your own food n drink.

Bob Zaney was hilarious! Tickets were cheap and snacks and wine was reasonable priced.

Nice, large, comfortable theater that hosts great events like the Snake Alley Festival of Film. Screen and sound system are both quite nice, especially for a theater in a relatively small town.

The Capitol is a great example of the glory days of theatres. You know back when going to a movie was an event not just an excuse to blow 10+ quid. The building is beautiful. The sound system is up there with Cineplex type places. The seating is superb. There staff is helpful and cheerful. Wonderful place to see film or live music!

Nice historical town. Came here for the Snake Alley Film Festival. I didnt know there were that many film makers in Iowa.

Nice seating for any event ive attended there.I enjoy watching dance recitals, and the summer plays the kids put on. Nice theater.

This historical theater is beautiful. The staff and volunteers are so friendly and they keep the theater very clean. The variety of entertainment between live performances and movies is great.

Our granddaughter had her graduation party here!! It was sooo beautiful!!

Theatre has been restored wonderfully. Needs some sound tweaking but glad Burlington has a great event place.

Beautiful theater was really nice, went to see play INTO THE WOODS directed by nolan quade, ,tonight is 2nd showing go if you can,,,you wont be disappointed

Gorgeous unique place. Cant miss it, with its marquee covered in glowing neon and blinking lights! Love the variety of ongoing film series, and really appreciate the low ticket and concessions prices.

I performed with the Mt. Pleasant Chorale here. It is nice inside with lots of different small rooms, a spacious bathroom, a huge stage and adaquate seating.

Was there to watch my granddaughter perform in dance, it was amazing! First time I have been in there since i was younger.
