Picked a dinner-time slot to avoid the populations, and the site staff did very well in keeping safety measures. The only AMC theater that provides drinks and snacks probably because its dine-in location? But even the drink was handled by individual staff with minimum contact.Great movie as well, The Last Vermeer, an art history lecture with stunning resources of the pursing of truth & social justice system.

I love this theater because it’s not remotely as packed as the Framingham AMC location(I live in between both this and the Framingham location), the building and atmosphere are fantastic, the service is good, it has a lot better/comfortable seating compared to local theaters, and the food quality is great. The only downside is the food and drinks costs a lot but that is expected for movie theaters so people shouldn’t complain about that.

Probably my least favorite cinema in the area.Pluses : the food options are very different for a theater - they seem to think people want to eat dinner or lunch at the movies. They offer traditional items as well. They also offer butter dispensers so you can layer the grease on your popcorn. It’s rather small so the single food counter is centrally located and not far from the screen.Minuses: food is expensive! $9 for the smallest popcorn, $5 for most candy. Seats are narrow - I was seated next to a woman and her hips were pushing the armrest right into my side. The sound in the Thester wasn’t great either.

I think this theater is great and I love the staff and the fact they are diverse in who they hire. I also love to 2 twins who work the snack bar and how every time we go in they have different color hair and beards- my kids think its hilarious.Its recently updated and has huge comfortable seats + a bar. Now that we are Stubs members and pay no additional fees we can not go wrong! If you want big screens, comfy seats and some serious sound head to AMC!

Book tickets online, enjoy movie in a comfortable reclining sofa, great picture quality, clean toilet. If you wanna snacks its there but its expensive.. Everything that you would expect in a theater is there.

Comfortable seats and a good sound system

This is an older AMC, probably the least appealing in the area compared Methuen, Liberty Tree or Assembly Row. It is older, but does offer stadium seating with coupled seats.The last time I went, one of the two Coke Freestyle machines had nothing in it. The bathroom smelled like a horror movie. Half of the staff was professional, the other half, not so much. Best of all, they FORGOT to start the movie. I got there 5 minutes late, walked into the theater, and...it was idle and empty. Weirdest thing ever.Im raising them to a 3 because after complaining to three people over 10 minutes about not having a movie (at this point, 10 minutes late), they agreed with my request to skip the previews. I like previews, but would rather finish up on time, so that was good. And we got to be the only people in our theater, which was a much better way to experience a movie.

The actual movies are always good, but $16.08 for a large popcorn and large drink... what the *#@^! People come to watch movies, not get unbelievably overcharged. How do these people sleep at night?

General movie experience was fine. Nice reclining seats. I like buying tickets ahead so you know you have a seat. But it’s always dirty. They don’t seem to have to have staff to clean up throughout day so it becomes a mess by evening shows. Bathroom is a mess. Lobby is a mess. Frustrating!

Everything you would expect in a theater. Clean facility including the restroom, solid sound, excellent picture and futuristic seating with assigned seats. Typical food selection and price points. I would join the AMC club for the concierge service and discounts if you plan on being a frequent flyer. I would also like to commend the business for their workforce diversity.

Best to buy your tickets online ahead of time, otherwise your movie may be sold out. Their reclining seats are comfy. You can skip the regular food line with their VIP card so you dont miss the start of your movie.

Facility is a bit worn, but otherwise have had positive viewing experiences here. Theaters are small and intimat which is nice. The only related negative there can be getting seats for more in-demand films.

Great theater with friendly staff, excellent amenities (bar and concessions) and comfortable seating. Also, as an Electric Vehicle driver I choose to visit this theater because of the recently added EV chargers in the front lot that are free for 3hr use by patrons - thank you AMC for this!

This is the Closet AMC to me. We go there often because we have the AMC A-list which is a great deal overall. I have gone to a lot of different AMC in the Boston area and I will say that this is the bottom of my list. (yes that includes Braintree). There is low cleanliness in the theaters and the conciseness stands take a long time add in an extra 10-13 min to your arrival time. Almost all the seats are torn in someway. One time there was Melted Ice Cream in one of the cup holders and the entire seat was swarming with ANTS! They gave us free tickets which is cool but not much help because we have the A-list pass. Its nice that there is never a wait at the entrance, we get in very quickly. All in all a slightly sub-par movie theater.

Chairs comfortable. Good selection of overpriced snacks. However, the theater was quite cool and the bathroom was frigid and strewn with toilet paper. The toilet in the stall I used was so low to the ground and the paper holder even lower, it required some effort to rise when finished. Meh.

Pretty okay cinema. You should buy your tickets at the online booth. Wish the chairs went further back

Great theatre!! I love that the seats recline so it makes taking the little kids so much more enjoyable. The staff is so so nice our 1 year old didnt make it through the 3 hr avengers movie... obviously.. but we wanted to try for our other kids. The manager came and gave us all reimbursement tickets to come back and see what we wanted. Wow! What great customer service. I love coming here !

Seats are comfortable but bring cleaning wipes with you. The seats are dirty. Once wiped down and were relaxed the movie experience was pleasant. Not too loud.

Theater is dirty and there never seems to be any staff around cleaning. Had to leave during a weeknight showing as there were multiple mice running up and down the walls behind me (I sat in the back row). Disgusting! This place has a serious cleanliness problem....wont be coming back anytime soon

Ive been loving Ghibli fest this year at AMC theatres. This AMC is particularly nice with its fancy reclining seating.

I love this theater. The seats are awesome, and the accessibility options are second to none. If youre Deaf or Hard of Hearing, this is the place to go.

We always go during the matinee or discount night, but if check out their website and sign up for the Stubbs discount its a good thing. The chairs are exceptionally comfortable....the patrons could be more respectful of the staff. Staff is very friendly

Big hallway and automatic seat with big , Wide screen ...real 3D , you can enjoy your movie like you are the one part of the movie .

The AMC Burlington MA left a big chunk of office staple leather recliner to my 6yo son sat on. The staple was sticking out and gave my 6yo son with a 4 inch bloody cut in the dark. When we reached out to the manager, he tried to lie about finding no object in his inspection. But the house was filled with next show’s audience, he would not be able to check the seat. We insisted to look at the chair to make sure no one stank the seat with needle or infected object. The manager found the sharp outward pointing staples on the leather cover. He explained why it was there as if we should just accept to be cut. Their GM finally reached out 2 days later, stating she will file an incident report. As of now, the Theater offered no apology for their negligence nor did they offer any recovery such as a simple refund. They just told me to wait for their insurance company to contact me. Who knows how many of those staples are lying around. Wasted 6 hours to inspect the chair and in the doctor office. The movie was brilliant but the experience was horrifying. I will never return again.

First, let me say thank you to the management for making the Cinema as handicap accessible as possible, including Closed Captions.The only downside is the wonderfully comfortable lounge chairs make *making out* impossible because of the high armrests between the chairs.

First time here and I Love this movie theater!

Lousy place ! Walking in, the automated ticket machine didnt work correctly, you imediately notice the place is filthy, try to find your movie and none of the signs outside each theater are on to tell you whats playing where. Finding your seat you notice how beat up the chairs are. The kids foot rest didnt raise much, but the guys chair next to me didnt work at all. I wont go back.

Love this theater. Comfortable theater with extensive parking. They have comfy recliner seats and excellent sound system. Online Ticketing system is accurate which has seat map options and allows seat selection. From last couple of years, I along with family and friends have seen movies here several times and its always great! However, snacks are Expensive like all other theaters.

Love to recline with a drink and my wife and watch the big screen.

Cinematic experience includes reserved seating, and reclining automatic chairs. Typical cinema food. Despite how recently the chairs were put in, a few have cracked or damaged covering. A great place to see a movie on the big screen.

To be honest...Im not sure whats going on with this theatre. The counter where we ordered food was a hot mess. Dry stains and old receipts everywhere and nothing seemed organized. Both women bathrooms were gross, but one was worse than the other. One smelled like cat pee. Like I said it used to be better maintained and not sure if there is a new mgmt or something but they need to take better care of this place.

Place theater with comfy seats and fairly clean bathrooms. The snack section is just like any other with very high priced items but they also have a couple of healthy options.

Wasn’t able to buy food. Apparently the rule is to take everyone from the A-list line before taking someone from the regular line—not to alternate like at the airport. Oh well....save about $40.

Its a good enough place. The seats are recliner based but the screens are little small. The restrooms can be more clean. I like the location a lot. Its right beside the Burlington mall and there are many great restaurants nearby. This makes dinner and movie easier.

I had a great time watching Godzilla (although the movie itself left a lot to be desired - like acting lol). I ordered my ticket online with a concession order to be delivered to my assigned seat just after the movie started. I arrived a little early and set up my super comfort seat to recline, and right on time my food appeared in a convenient bag. I purchased the sliders, some chocolate covered raisins, and a bottle of water. The sliders were a little dry, but the rest of it was as advertised. I especially enjoyed the ample elbow room despite people sitting around me. Overall this was a good experience and I kind of want to go watch more movies now.

Great seating arrangements, but sometimes, it can be quite dirty. So up to you if you want to take a risk. I used to be a great advocate for it, but not after my last movie. :/

Love the seats. So comfy! And you can pick them ahead so that leaves more time before the movie for whoever youre going with to make you a little late and then still end up on time! Always clean and there are restrooms on both sides so when theres a line- just pop over to the other side! Perfect.Four stars because snack and drink prices are just absurd.

Had a great time here. The seats are very comfortable, the have recliners for each person. I sat in a love seat with my hubby and we both reclined and cuddled together.

This theater has not changed much in the past 20 years that Ive been occasionally visiting it. The seats are new, the tired carpeting has been replaced, they got rid of the could arcade machines, and theres now a bar, but it feels the same: kind of sad, but serviceable. The seating is not stadium style, which is a bummer. The seats recline a little and theyre pretty comfy. The screens are mostly quite small. The worst part is that the sound really sucks.

Not my favorite AMC theater by a long shot but not bad at all for an older facility. Last time in they had some sort of issue preventing service of their full hot food menu but the popcorn I got as an alternative tasted fresh so that was good. Hopefully the issue isnt a common one as it was rather disappointing.

Had vanilla coke in its coke machine - thats all it takes for 5 stars from me!

Theater has been around for a long time, I used to go here in the 90s. The theater has since updated and installed the reclining seats, added a bar in the lobby, and enhanced the snack options. While the facility didnt grow in size the experience has improved and the theater is a good location to take in flick. The screens arent as big as some theaters and the parking can be a hassle on busy nights, but not bad.

Seats were out of this world. Almost fell asleep, lol.

Reserved seats forced by choice. More seats available in theatre. Great screen. Very comfy. Very clean. Sound still too loud (blanks out other theatres?) and non-surround except for brief moments. Constant noise of eating and chatting. Theatre should rent wireless noise-cancelling earphones or watch at home.

Nice recliners, a little hard to figure out lol. My boyfriend and i liked that we could snuggle together.

Amazing seats, nice food selection and great sound. But the bar is a bit run down, taps werent working, and the plastic glasses are a far cry f dry on the glassware they show you during the previews. Parking is a challenge on a Friday night. But for watching a movie its decent.

Went here with my wife. She was in line getting tickets in the lobby, I decided to get our snacks while she got our tickets. WRONG MOVE!!!!! the person at the snack counter treated me like i was trying to sneak into the movies and told me to get back in line. Keep in mind i am a grown man. After we got our tickets we were treated to another attitude from the ticket guy because we did not thank him for selling us tickets. I cant remember the last time I was treated with such disrespect as an adult. There was only two other people in the lobby so there was no way for me to sneak into a movie. The other couple was visabially appalled by the way I was treated. I will be sure to spread the word of how I was treated here.

Very clean movie theater. Spacious and comfy chairs. Good popcorn. The only thing I didnt like was the Closed Caption; its kind of complicated to have it connected to the room and kinda flimsy device.

Not the best AMC in the area (for newer, better accomodations check the AMC at Assembly Row) but a standard AMC nonetheless. They have a number of standard theaters, no IMAX or Dolby. They usually have no issues with screenings in terms of picture and basic sound quality.But the soda machines are typically out of whatever youre looking for and the bathrooms are hell on Earth.Also, I know its a movie theater, theres bound to be popcorn spilled all over, and its dark and were in New England and it gets cold outside, but this is the only theater in the area where Ive actively seen mice running around inside. So either the others hide it better, or this location is just dealing with some issues.

This place is dirty and INVESTED with mice and bugs. never had a good experience here. Sticky seats and cup holders, rude workers especially Joshua the service manager. so blown away by my experience tonight. thankfully got a refund, they will NEVER get my business again!!

I like this place. Ive seen several movies here, in different theatres, and Ive had great experiences everytime. If you have the AMC Stubs membership, you can get quite a few perks, plus you can reserve your seat, share it with your friends, order snacks and have them delivered to your seat! How awesome is that!!! Enjoy!

Best seat (4 way adjustable power recliners) of any theater. Front of the place is a little cramped. Theaters are smaller so there are no bad seats. Even all the way in the back.

This is a good place to see a film with multiple theaters and very comfortable seats. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are about what you would expect to go watch a first rate film. Parking is not a problem and there is a frequent movie watcher club which offers discounts as compensation for watching many films at this theater as well as a deal to pay a monthly fee to watch films rather than pay per film which might be beneficial to those who enjoy watching lots of movies

Dirty disgusting seats. The recliners we sat on where broken. Saw a couple of nice running under our feet. Rude employees. Definitely better theaters 15 miles away.
