DO NOT Order From Here.... unless it doesnt matter what is delivered !!I ordered the Sunny and Cheerful Garden for my future daughter in law on the day that was supposed to be her wedding shower which was cancelled (as well as her wedding ceremony) due to Covid 19. I wanted this basket because it was more special then a vase of flowers. When she sent me a pic, it was a vase of flowers.... NOTHING AT ALL like I ordered. I called 4 times and wrote 2 emails asking them if they sent the wrong thing, maybe there was a reason why, if they could resend what I ordered or give me some type of compensation ($140 order) and NEVER got a response! I reached out to my cc company and it is being disputed but they replied with a contract that says they are not liable for anything, the florist is just part of their group. I am not hopeful of any compensation. Sad that I had to write a terrible review when so many businesses are struggling right now. Which I told them I didnt want to do and would just like a Response! Apparently they dont care At All ! When you own a business I think common courtesy would be to respond to your customers.

I ordered flowers and a gift basket from Bloomin Dragonfly through 1800 flowers..They were delivered a day late, after the recipients birthday. Everything about my interaction with Bloomin Dragonfly Florist was 5-stars. They were quick, communicative and professional. And the flowers were gorgeous.

Ordered flowers two weeks before mothers day for my mom who works at the hospital and has been working non stop during covid. Saturday morning the order was denied for being less than $90. Unfortunately this was my only way to say thank you due to me living in Maine with quarantine restrictions. Very unfortunate they dont support Healthcare.

After reading reviews, this was my first choice for a florist to arrange for flowers to be sent to a family member at UVM Medical Center. I called four times this morning, only to get an answering machine. I understand this may be a one-person operation, but I have a friend who owns a florist shop, also a one-person operation, and the phone never goes unanswered. She wears a Bluetooth in the shop, and even if she steps out or is running late in the morning, that phone is answered by someone who can take an order. It may be this shop has all the business it needs, so missing orders really doesn’t matter to them. I called another shop, where the owner answered the phone immediately, we had a lovely conversation, and I got my order taken care of easily. Don’t ask customers to leave a number to call you back - very unprofessional.

Ordered once and flowers were great, however client communication was not great.Decided to order again for Valentines day, and it has been a guessing game since, as the recipient had gotten no delivery. Of course you cant ever get ahold of the owner, so messages have been left, emails, etc.Was hoping to support local talent and business by being a repeat customer but this has been the opposite experience.

This shop always excels. I would highly recommend.

The flowers arrived and were well presented however the communication from the vendor was lacking. The phone number is also useless as no one answered over a 4 hour period. I would suggest a more systematic approach to enquirers from customers as well as regular checking of emails for this to be a 5 star review.

The designer/owner is very dedicated to her work and it shows in her absolutely gorgeous creations.I was more than satisfied with my purchase and her attention to the details that I asked for. If I could vote 0 stars, I would. I ordered flowers on 7/17/19. I asked for it to be delivered at 3pm or before. at 2pm, they sent me a email saying it was cancelled because a florist wasnt available. They also said my card wasnt charged. Well, it was. Every time I try to call, no answer. I have called during all hours of the day, emailed them twice, and called probably 5 or 6 times and left 3 voicemails. no one has responded and I can not believe they are still in business if they jut take money and never respond back. This place is a disgrace and whoever the manager is, they should tell their staff to learn how to answer a phone call or at least give a call back. It is now 7/18/19 and still no answer. And yes, I am a real customer, but not anymore.

I have ordered from this shop several times and the quality and service are always excellent. The owners are nice and the flowers are affordable. They also offer deliveries for free within the Burlington area...I wouldnt go with anyone else!

I came in after having some difficulty getting to another florist and the florist here was exceptionally helpful in finding a beautiful and cost effective bouquet for my partner who had been having a very rough week. I got a beautiful vase to match the flowers and it tied together wonderfully and when my partner saw the bouquet she was floored. So all around it was an exceptional experience and I would definitely go back again!

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my anniversary as I am away for the Military. I was pretty disappointed to find out that they were never delivered. I called during business hours and never got an answer or a call back. Hopefully they remedy this with a refund.

This place is amazing. Usually I find flowshops to be owners by snobby people with few poeple skills. Dragonfly is the exact opposite.Great people. And super fresh flowers, great variety too.

I was recently visiting Burlington and had no idea where to order flowers. After reading the reviews I decided to go with Bloomin Dragonly and Im very glad I did! The arrangement was beautiful and the owners couldnt have been nicer. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend ordered their flower online for me on vday, but I never received it. I tried to call them for a week but nobody ever answered me. I sent an email to them to explain what happened. They accused me that because I don’t want to pay for my flower so I lied to them. But I never know when and where the flower was delivered. I guess asian customers don’t matter to them. Oh, check out their reply, they said I’m a spam :)

A date, who is long distance, sent me one of their bouquets and it was full of ants!!! It was beyond disappointing &gave me head to toe creepy crawlies and had to be thown out. I felt badly & did not tell the sender what happened, as he was hoping to brighten my day- which is really awkward & he did briefly brighten it- The 1st day, before I noticed- It was like they were waking up or hatching out somehow- Salvador Dali death imagery galore. *gag* I tried salavaging them. Shaking them out outside, changing the water... but nope, everytime they sat in their vase...They were alive w creepy crawlies. Those bouquets are expensive to throw in trash! I tried reaching out to the company and they did not bother to respond, not to replace the flowers or even just apologize and promise to be more careful... So, I am leaving a review. There are less pricey, also nice flowers/florists in town.... Or go for edible arrangements... Those have been sent to me several times and were always wonderful. If local, grab some Trader Joes flowers and make your own. I am always happy with Trader Joes flowers, to be honest. Dont risk sending your love interest a bouquet of bugs. I promise- it feels symbolic.

Not so sure what the deal is with the last few reviews but they seem a little suspicious to me. This shop is great and does amazing work.

In the past 6 months I have called from Michigan to have flowers delivered to our daughter. Krista has been absolutely wonderful to work with, and the flowers are top rate lasting an incredibly long time. She puts together beautiful arrangements that our daughter is thrilled to get at a very fair price. No chain cookie cutter arrangements, they are made up with creativity and flair for the recipient. My wife just stopped by the shop for the first time as she is visiting our daughter and was very pleased and impressed. Krista has lots of beautiful flowers and you can purchase a stem or a full arrangement. If in Burlington, this is the place to go! Shop Local, get quality.

Ordered flowers for Valentines Day (Wednesday, placed order a week in advance) and they werent delivered until two days after the intended date. No communication whatsoever regarding the delay. I emailed them the day after, no response. I would have been forgiving about the late delivery if theyd made the slightest effort to let me know what was going on. If you attempted to deliver them to her at work and she wasnt there, thats fine IF you tell me! Will be going with a different service next time.

Their customer service and delivery process are horrible. They don’t want to help you with your problems but only to insult you.

Amazing place! Im so glad we finally have a flower shop in the downtown area and what a shop! I already bought flowers twice from there and they last like 2 weeks...the owners are very nice and go out of their way to help, Burlington finally has a decent flower shop! love it!

I tried coming here twice during posted hours and they were closed. The second time, the person inside ignored me for five minutes while I knocked and waved before I finally gave up. Dont waste your time or the money on parking.

They were very professional over the phone (when you could get a hold of them) and said they were going to be out of town for the week and could not make a delivery for me the following day. But instead of keeping the line of communication open for business, they said thanks for inquiring and they look forward to helping me in the future. I was a little put off by this.

I called for the first time to order flowers delivered to my girlfriends work. They were very polite, curtieous, and were more then willing to work within my budget. Not to mention the bouquet they put together was gorgeous! I will defilently be returning there in the future!
