Super chill spot. Lots of local products and CBD products. The shop is very cool, there are two glass blowing set ups where u can see how the art gets made. I always feel respected and well taken care of, it feels like the staff are genuinely happy to see you when you come thru the shop door.

Brought my bong in to get a new bowl and they blew me a custom one while I waited. Top notch customer service! 100% recommend this place.

Never a bad experience. Been a customer for years. Bought a functional made by Jeff..two years later it cracked. He told me to bring it down and he’s fix it for free!! Not even 48 hours I get the message saying he’s fixed it and it’s ready to go. Wonderful knowledgeable staff. Tito and Jeff and all other artists I’ve had the chance to meet make this the top notch spot it is.

I recently had a pipe repaired here and I am beyond impressed. It only took a few days, didn’t cost much, and my pipe looks as though it had never been broken. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a repair or when in the market for a new piece.

This is truely a gallery of some of the best glass blowing artists on the east coast. They guys inside truely know theirs stuff, and are pretty damn impressive glass blowers themselves.

Perhaps the finest pipe shop Ive found anywhere in the country. From scientific glass that would be more at home in low Earth orbit, to pieces so heady they must hail from Gods own Phish concert.The staff is kind and knowledge, the prices are right, and theyve even started to accumulate a damn fine collection of CBD goodies.If you need a pipe, or you want to learn to make one, this is the spot.

I make my pilgrimage here once a year for Pipe Classic. Bern holds a special place in my heart. Pipeclassic is an event like no other, the atmosphere it creates is inclusive and fun. From meeting and talking to your favorite glass blowers who are competing, to other established collectors, or meeting other glass artists who show up because they know how special this event is. The community is alive and thriving at this event and for that Bern will forever be 5 star memory to me.

Amazing place. The guy there gave us a mini tour of all their crazy glass. They have a small glass blowing studio you can watch people making more pieces. Id definitely suggest checking it out, even if you dont need the products.

Every time Ive been into the Burn Gallery, the staff are pleasant, prompt, and helpful. They help you feel at home at the store and are very willing, if not eager, to explain what something is in the event that you need it explained.

In my opinion they have the best selection of pieces around town. Their prices are fair & the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Bern gallery recently had one of their glass artists repair my glass that I broke a while back. It looks as if it was brand new and the customer service was on point! Definitely a go to for repair work and some heady local glass art from awesome local artists.

The experience i had at the bern gallery was not only wonderful, warm, and welcoming, but also very memorable. unique pieces, very helpful staff, and stellar vibe. 10/10 will visit again & recomend to a friend.

So disappointed my vape I bought there was burning way too hot, so I went in with the box and receipt. At first I was told to come back in a week, and they would have a new one for me.. great right? Well I live an hour away. Went back, they forgot. So she said she would call, nothing.. so I wrote an email, no response. So now I have an 80$ vape I can’t use. I wrote to APX, they said to bring it back to where I bought it, and it would be replaced. Too bad the place I bought it cares nothing abt my business after the fact.. I’ve heard this from many ppl, and defended them at first.. business is about repeat business. If ppl only come once, are are over promised and under delivered, they won’t have happy customers.. most ppl go bc they have to. But as it is legalized next month, you bet more places will pop up with way better customer service... I will not return

Decided to give these guys a chance and ended up buying a repaired Sherlock sold as new. Found out when it broke in the same spot. Went back bought another pipe that broke 3 days later. Cheap quality my opinion. I still to full tank now and never had a problem again.
