Jeri did an amazing job with our Brownie Girl Scouts. Introducing them to different medium and techniques. Educating them on the color wheel, styles of art, famous artists, local artists in the centersgallery, and making our first experience there as a group fun and inviting. The Art Center of Burlington sits at the heart of Downtown Burlington on Jefferson Street and only a half block from the historic Capital Theater. On Thursday & Friday evenings they host the Gallery Lounge which includes a fine selection of wines, beers, & charcuterie boards, with indoor seating for visiting with friends while admiring art, and in warm weather they have outdoor seating which is an excellent way to experience the Farmers Market. The have regular art classes for all ages. There are two galleries. The main gallery has exhibits that are rotated monthly. The mezzanine gallery located on the second floor shows of the Art Centers own collection of artworks. The Artists Market shows the variety of talents of local artists. Each year on Fathers day the Art Center hosts the Snake Alley Art Fair at the top of Snake Alley on 6th Street from Columbia Street to High Street in The Heritage Hill District. Also on the second floor they have an art library housed in the board room. Their greatest feature by far is their wonderful staff.

The kid classes are great. They always have alot of fun. Make new friends and learn about Art as well. Teachers are fantastic!!

The Art Center of Burlington is a non-profit organization working hard to support local artists, art, culture, and community. They have a variety of children and adult art classes. They organize family events like Miracle on Jefferson Street and Snake Alley Art Fair. They strive to build a strong downtown community by partnering with local businesses, schools, and the city. The Art Center of Burlington offers the public a variety of services, including art therapy at behavior health, painting classes at assisted living homes, and much, much more. I highly recommend The Art Center of Burlington for your next event.

We had a party here for my daughters 6th birthday and it was great! The instructor was wonderful with the kids and the whole process of booking the party was effortless. They also have an ever changing gallery and lots of events.

James Parker Henrys symbolism art made me a fan of this art studio and plus they have receptions for the artists that are perfectly hosted.

Not your average, clandestine art gallery in a sleepy suburban/rural city - this art gallery offers a great selection of wines, beers, and appetizers while showcasing artistic characteristics of the Burlington-area. On the right nights they offer live music while on others, they offer artistic escapes for parents and kids. Take a moment and enjoy this gem.

Art center of Burlington is located in Jefferson Street, downtown. Lot of paintings are there. Local artists will come n paint over there. Must visit the place. There is no entry fee. Its free.
