Really bad service during the Trump-virus. Constantly picking up the phone while servicing someone in the shop. Completely rude. He attempts to do 3 things at a time to save time, but end up spending 10 times the amount of time if he were just doing each thing sequentially. Something that takes 5 minutes end up taking 4 hours. Overcharges all guns and ammunition by average of 55%. Finally lies about your merchandise is available and being shipped despite no shipments were made. Thereby taking your hard-earned money, collecting interest, and making you wait for months.Too bad Google doesnt give 0 stars or negative stars. Thats what this shop deserves.

Brian and his outfit are an A-1 class act. Was looking for a new FFL to work with after my long time shop shut down, and he managed to take me in as a new customer despite the crazy influx of freshly minted ‘gun enthusiasts’ due to COVID. This shop is truly committed to helping California residents realize their 2nd amendment rights. Would enthusiastically recommend. Thanks for providing a critical public service!

I was out of touch with buying firearms for a few years after I had my collection that I wanted. Wanted to buy another 1914 rifle and went to them was the best experience ever. I will never go to another gun store or dealer again. I will just stick here until the day he says I cannot sell you anymore.

Brian was always willing to help me figure out what to do after these disconcerting situations. Been meaning to review this shop. Its a great shop. I had a great experience buying my rifle. I didnt know much about the rifle I wanted and these guys were more then happy to teach me about it. They pulled Ar after Ar off the wall to show me the difference between a $800 AR and a $2800AR. After finding my price point , they suck to it . His employee Juquine learned the type of person I might be, and had good ideas on what I would be interested in. 3weeks later I walk in to finally buy the gun I thought I wanted, and I walk in and Juquine hands me a different rifle, check this out it just arived and he thought. Haha, now were talking, this is the one I want, sold!!!! I gone to many other shops in the area and did not receive nearly close to the service that this shop gave. They have a loyal customer now.
