I loved Sigma! They worked with me regarding schedules and locations. The instructors are absolute gems and very patient with new swimmers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone at any age!

Sigma Swim is the best swim team from the swimmer perspective and the parent. Coach Wendy, is so encouraging and nurturing yet also demands age appropriate athletic performance from the swimmer. Parent responsibilities are NOT like other teams. If you are looking for a swim team, look no further than Sigma!

Coach Ryan is very good at coaching the kids, very kind and patient and clear instructions.

My 8th grade daughter has been swimming in Sigma for 4+ years now.She has always had great coaches.has been making progress, and making great friends.Shes already decided to swim for high school and hopes that swimming in Sigma will help her do well.

My son had never swam before competitively, but he wanted to try out for his high school swim team. He was referred to Sigma, and in about 2 1/2 months they got him to where he needed to be to try out and make the high school swim team. He would not have been able to make the team without Sigma!

Sigma pushed me to get better than I ever thought I would be. The people and coaches are like a family and are extremely close knitted.

My four kids have been swimming with Sigma for over 10 years. All four have them have learned to swim in the program starting at two years old and all four have eventually ended up on the swim team. We LOVE the program and LOVE the coaches! Their homeschool swim team program is a perfect way for them to get their excercise in a fun, competitive atmosphere. This is a top notch swimming program!! The coaches are FANTASTIC! They are super knowledgeable, skilled, patient, and committed to their swimmers. Weve been with them for a few years now and my daughter has learned so much! THIS is the swim program you want for your kids!

6 months ago, Ava and I agreed that her goal for 2018 was to learn to swim. Ava has been extremely scared of swimming pools and it was very stressful having the only child that wouldn’t enjoy being in the water, or near it for that matter. Every Summer it was like pulling teeth to get her to even get into the shallow end, where she would hold on to the edge for dear life. Towards the end of Summer she would relax a little but no way would she dare try anything new, jump in, or go under water.I knew going into this that Ava would be a HUGE challenge for Sigma and the instructors. I apologized in advance because I knew what they would be dealing with, a very terrified girl. After 6 months of dedication and taking her twice a week, not giving up, Ava has finally learned to swim! She can float on her back for 28 seconds, go under water like a fish. But swimming unassisted is huge! I’m so proud of her. She still has more work to go, but this is a huge step forward! Once again, thank you Sigma Swimming for taking this challenge on with Ava and helping her overcome her fear! Maybe she will be the next Katie Ledecky!
