This venue was a dream come true! Everything was perfect. The staff was professional. The bridal and grooms Suite was phenomenal! I would totally recommend anyone to come and have your event here at this location and better yet stay as long as you can this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Recently my crew and I had the honor of providing our Wedding Dj Services to the new Mr. & Mrs. Pina at this venue. First off let me start by saying that this venue is beautiful. You could not ask for a prettier setting for your wedding to take place.Now then with that being said, lets talk about the venues facilitator, Jessica. Jessica and her crew were absolutely amazing They worked very hard to make sure everyone was safe all while adhering to CDC guidelines. Jessica was everywhere taking care of every little detail for the Bride and Groom. We worked very close together throughout the night to make this bride and grooms dreams come true.I would love to be able to give 5 stars to the venue and 5 stars to just Jessica for all of her hard work and wonderful attitude. I highly recommend this venue.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... Their 5 star reviews are FAKE and are done by their employees. Look at the last review by Jessica Pratt who supposedly had an amazing wedding there is a lie she is a worker there who is really rude and a liar unprofessional and stole my money. Proof is in the images I attached which shows the review she posted pretending to be a customer and the other image shows her email address confirms she’s an employee. They have so many negative reviews so they have to fake good reviews.Their website shows their price package to be between $1790- $6979 which is a lie you will end up having to pay a minimum of around $15,000 which includes a 19% bogus service fee for renting there venue (doesn’t make any sense) $1050 for bartender for 150 guest. They lied about what’s included and what was discussed which is different than what their fine print says on the contract. Beware don’t fall for their lies read all the negative reviews they are all consistent in the same issues.

Great place! To much gravel though

The owners only care about making a buck off of brides. They don’t keep their guests safe. Brides that want alcohol served at their wedding are risking their guests lives. This venue is too close to other residences and precautions have not been taken to ensure safety. I live next door and my neighbors and myself have had multiple drunks WALK INSIDE our homes even with “security” monitoring the events. We’ve asked for fences that cannot be crossed so we can feel safe in our home and unsuspecting brides don’t have a loved one shot by a homeowner trying to protect themselves. Also, who would want to have a classy wedding at a “resort” venue with a dusty/muddy gravel parking lot? They refuse to spend money to do things that are in the best interest for the bride.

This venue is stunning! It was everything I had ever dreamed of for my wedding day. I definitely recommend doing the All Inclusive package that they offer. My wedding went so smooth and I didnt have to stress at all!!

Elegant and classy facility. Impressive views and welcoming ambiance. Everthing was just as lovely and beautiful once it got dark. Gorgeous back drop for any special occasion.

Attended a friends daughters wedding and I was helping him with many things including food serving. This is one of the worst place I have ever been to for an event with respect to service, attitude and organization. Folks be aware, they will not deliver what they promise and will charge exurban amount for extra services which they themselves offer during and at the end of event. Its a long story of sheer disappointment.

Nice wedding venue!

The venue is beautiful and a really nice set up for a large wedding. The acreage is lovely with large trees and a pond that is nicely managed.The florist did a beautiful job on the main floral arrangements and the bridal party table was gorgeous.The DJ could have been accommodating to the guests requests (as long as they were appropriate).The area for the bride/bridesmaids and groom/groomsmen could have been setup more comfortably in the main sitting area. People who were in the procession, other than the bridal party, didnt have any place to sit, other than a few folding chairs.The wait staff should have been more attentive to filling water glasses and circulating appetizers.Overall, I would recommend to others.

Beautiful venue although I had guest complain about gravel parking lot.My experience with some vendors prior to event was very poor. Things would be wrong, I would correct, I have to reach out to them not the other way around. 2 wks prior to wedding I found out I was not assigned a DJ although I had a meeting with one months in advance!(thats how they had it in system). Lack of coordination on wedding day barely spoke to coordinator during the entire 4hr event. I was basically coordinating myself with photographer/DJ. Bouque was wrong, I was sent out to walk aisle w/out bouque which was later given after I had just been standing there. My kids were supposed to walk down w/me and that did not happen(I was told by a family member they were sent to sit out w/guests. It was in timeline that is what I requested since my dad was not walking me). So much money spent for so many things to go wrong throughout the entire planning/event day. Manager over Villagio knew about all incidents and was able to assist with some matters. Overall I did not feel like a valued customer whatsoever. I feel as though you need to be spending more that 20k for things to go smoothly with this group. Complaints were sent to coordinator, with no response........

Beautiful and Elegant perfect Wedding/Party location

We recently used Villagio for our annual National Charity League Mother- Daughter Tea. The service was amazing and the venue is very well run. Jessica Pratt went above and beyond for our group! We would highly recommend this venue! The staff is superb!

This is a beautiful place. Well kept

Pretty place, but not very functional. The parking lot is NOT paved, but covered in rocks!! My moms Louboutins were ruined and my suede heels were covered in mud and wet grass. I nearly twisted my ankle walking on those rocks!! I heard a wild animal roaming in the area behind the parking lot. Kids were separate from the reception, and could only be in the chapel. It had no tables for them to eat on, no outlets to plug their devices in, no bathroom in the building, and we froze for a while before we found the thermostat. The golf cart drivers were nice. I wish I knew they would be there; I wouldve brought cash to tip them.

Went to view it for our wedding venue and loved it instantly. We booked the next day. Staff seem nice and cooperative. We are looking forward to planning the wedding out.

Attended a weding here recently.. Beautiful estate, kinda and helpful staff. The ceremony went off without a hitch and the reception was allot of fun.. Though they did seem to shut us down earlier than we expected

I went to a wedding reception here. This place is a little hidden overall very nice, clean great service. This place has everything from valets to clean bathrooms and more. I could only give 3 stars because it was hot in there. They obviously waited until the last minute to turn on the a/c and it could never catch up. People, its 110° here in Texas make sure you have good equipment and if you dont make sure you turn it on and cool the place down! That was a huge mistake! It was hot everyone was sweating people didnt want to dance because it was too hot the girls makeup was melting everyone had sweat stains on the clothes and dresses. All the floral arrangements wilted! This could have easily been 5 stars but not with a hot venue in Texas...

Recently attended a wedding here. The place is beautiful & away from city lights. I just love how private the ambiance was.its Very lovely, especially for weddings.

I had my wedding here back in April and it was wonderful. Everything was perfect and looked great. My planner had everything planned down to the last detail and made everything look fantastic. I couldnt have asked for a better day.

Nickel and dime and prey off the emotion of brides. The rate quoted is to get you to walk in even after you ask about doing your own catering. Once there $600 is tacked on. Additional $250 per bartender that IS NOT required by Texas law. TABC is onlynfor places that SELL alcohol. Not provide it free. Another money grab. Thrn add on the fact they have a service fee that is 19% of the bill. For what? Admin fees. Its a joke. Its a shame the population is dumb and keep allowing places like this to scam. Minimum is 10k. They quote 5k. In a nutshell, if you like being taken advantage of, this would be the nice place to do it.

Nice Venue; 3 or 4 various buildings on site with ample seating for 75-150 people for ceremonies. The grounds are pretty with nice views of a pond on site and small cattle farm next door. Valet service was friendly and helpful.

This place is amazing for weddings!!!! The house, the reception hall and the lake is all beautiful. The sunsets are stunning too.

Very nice place, has a lot to offer a certain type of engaged couple. Nice things dont come cheap though. Only thing my finance and I dont like is that you have to use their chef or catering services. But the amenities are fantastic.

This venue is worth EVERYTHING you choose to spend. I could not have pictured our wedding day going any smoother than it did. 4 months have passed and we are still getting compliments about this venue, our wedding, and how people just had a great time.

So this place is amazing. The wedding was amazing. The pastor I think chris something. Was off the chain. Funny well spoken amazing. The horse and carriage ride was beautiful. The venue is beautiful. We had a few issues and concerns about how josh spoke to people. He is a little aggressive when speaking to people in the wedding party to shut up but i am sure he has had problems so it works best. We did feel like it was hard to get a hold of them some but otherwise no complaints awesome wedding

If you need a wedding planner Jessica is your to go girl she was so nice and helping and she made my experience of wanting to do my wedding really fun to plan. I reccomend this place to anyone

Big Clean and Peaceful

The place is beautiful but the people they provided as part of the package, like the wedding planner and servers were horrible! Planner was late and rude, servers didnt do their job. The swimming pool was green and dirty. Planted flowers were dead. Never again!

Went here for a friend wedding, great view of the pond and horses. It is out in the country and it has a nice big swimming pool.

This place made my big day horrible. I went into this place hoping it was going to be wonderful and at first impression it seemed like the ideal venue. But only if I knew what was going to happen. They pulled the food from the buffet while our guests were getting food. They messed up our book keeping by over 1,000 dollars, until we brought it to their attention. They refused to take and use their utensils. They were rude, not only to us but our guests as well. I do not recommend having your event here unless you are ready for the worst experience of your life. Never again in my life.

It was a very bad experience. They didnt give our food vender anything, they took the food and let people without food. The party planner was rude. They didnt tell us anything went on their schedule when I was paying. Most of all he messed up with money and almost charged an extra $2,000. They didnt serve any drinks when I paid for it and when someone went to go get it for guests the bartender yelled at a child. It was very bad. I do not recommend it

Staff is rude and not very accommodating. Hire people who are enthusiastic about doing their job, you shouldnt have to ask, pardon me do you work here when a guest, customer walks into the establishment.
