Was the most decent of any RV campsites Ive looked at in this area. The pine-shaded site I was on was delightful and my beagle thoroughly enjoyed it.Not heavily-booked on Oct 21/22 though. In a busy season where it was booked with families and children, I imagine my thoughts would somewhat different at that time. The park is situated very closely to a busy noisy Highway, so if you are part closer to that, that may be a future some people may not like. I did not participate in any of the amenities on site during this one overnight booking.

It was a little pricey but I understand that there is a lot of money being put into the upkeep of the facility. They did not enforce wearing masks unless you went into certain buildings which I did not like. We were approached by a staff member that was not wearing a mask at check in. In order to rent a golf cart they have to have your insurance policy # on file (which is fine) however I had to walk back to my car to get the info and the man let another woman drive away in her cart as long as she promised to bring the info back (he could have let me do the same if he wasnt going to follow the rules). The cabins were clean. My kids enjoyed the activities. The food was overly priced of course but decent.

The cabins are AMAZING (but watch those steps to the loft... they are STEEP and SLICK and you might take a tumble like one of the kids did - everyone is fine though). There are SO many activities that the kids never got bored. We probably needed another two days before the kids felt like they had enough. They played basketball, foosball, table tennis, gaga ball, archery tag, laser tag, candy bingo... they went on a hike... went to the petting zoo (twice)... theres paintball target practice and arts and crafts... and the HEY HEY HEY Ride (which I recommend right away because it gives you a good idea of where everything in the park is). Theres also a fire truck ride... karaoke... a dance party and so much more! We had SO much fun! Well be going back in the summer so the kids can also enjoy the water park! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

We LOVE Jellystone Park! We go every year, sometimes twice a year. We have always had a wonderful time. The staff is great the cabins are well kept and the activities are fun. They do a great job of offering something for everyone and all ages. We did wish the animal farm was open all day or at least a longer period of time and you are not allowed to feed the animals, which was a bummer. I will also say this past weekend, we stayed in one of the newest cabins and we could tell it was built in quite a hurry and not fully structurally sound. The floor was slanted and had several weak spots where it could easily fall through. There are no towel racks in the bathroom and there were wasps inside. All that to say we will definitely be back again and stay in one of our go-to cabins that we love so much!

Update: They are refusing to return my property and the woman I was in contact with, Magda, hung up on me while we were trying to resolve this issue. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I would not recommend this park to anyone. Between the dangerous equipment (including a metal part on the playground that left a deep cut in my nephews leg) and the lack of respect from the staff, it is not worth it.The area is great, tons of fun activities, beautiful cabin, however the cabin we stayed in had a broken hair dryer, and that would normally be fine–I don’t always have to blow dry my hair, but the plug was cracked and shocked me twice and was obviously dangerous. We’ve been trying to contact a manager and just keep being passed off to other people who don’t address that issue. Additionally I left a bag there and they are making it very difficult for me to get it mailed back.

If you have kids this place is for you. I firmly believe if your kids have fun, parents have fun. And this place was made for families. Even in the colder months there is so much to do. Petting zoo, activity and crafts, basketball, corn hole, obstacle course, laser tag, playground, and paintball to name a few. The cabins are comfortable and well equipped. We have come here two years in a row and have a great experience each time.

So far its been wonderful and we havent experienced any activities yet. Cant wait to do everything they have to offer!Update. We had a BLAST! Even extended our stay and didnt want to leave. All activities were fun. Inexpensive and great memories to cherish forever . We wish we could have stayed even longer to join in all the activities that we werent able to do. My favorites were the water park, ping pong, corn hole, fishing and rising around in the golf cart to see the beautiful camp grounds! The campsite had precautionary measures in place for visitors and for staff. Staff was amazing and looks like a fun job to have.

Lots of activities and really good RV sites. We had 3 families at the park. I rented a pull-through RV site and 1 family rented an RV and the other family rented a cabin next to the rental RV. The upstairs in the cabin is pretty much kid friendly with narrow stairs. The RV had really low water pressure and the mechanism to control the refrigerator temperature was missing so the coils were frozen over. Other than that, we had a great stay!!I definitely would recommend staying here!

Im giving it four star review only because everything was closed including the petting zoo and we were told it would be open. We were told the pools were closed. They were open and it was warm enough to use the pools. They were cold but it was certainly warm enough. The cabins were darling. We had fun. We went on hikes. We enjoyed the fire pit and roasted marshmallows. We will come back in the summer when its open. Definitely a great place for the family and the kids. Our cabin was clean. We needed to bring food and kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Other than that we had a good time. Take the family and enjoy!

The booking was simple enough. Since I live close by I chose to come by and pick my site and book ahead of time, even adding an extra night over the phone was pleasant. This is my second year coming for October fun and I will say that the staff has always been upbeat, friendly, and helpful. My complaints are as follows:Even though there are signs posted everywhere and the staff would announce at each activity that masks must be worn..the staff did not enforce it and out of hundreds of campers I counted 13 in a four day stay wearing masks. As well, no one was social distancing. My children were so excited to go to the carnival after getting all the tickets during the activities, then we couldn’t even stay because it was in a 20x30 space with 100 people and 7 people including my party of three wearing masks. The only other problem was the multiple children driving the golf carts, like 13 yo children driving around the campgrounds while other children are riding on scooters and bicycles. It was very uncomfortable and scary, as my children were on the scooters. For the campers with the camper app, there are reminders of the age limit of 18yo, but again the staff was not enforcing this policy for the safety of the other guests and their children. If you are looking for quiet camping this is not the place, even at 2am the traffic on the highway is not easily ignored.Of course we will return next year, but I do hope in that amount of time they figure out a better way to give the staff the courage to enforce necessary safety procedures for us campers.

We stay here every year for their Halloween “Fall Fiesta” and have a wonderful time! There are costume and campsite decorating contests. We have a 13’5” 5th Wheel Toyhauler that is 39 feet long, and the low numbered sites nearest the Activity center have lots of trees and shade, which presents a problem for tall rigs like ours. We had to get on our roof as we rolled in to cut limbs to keep them off our roof and tearing holes. We also had to cut them to leave on our way out. I wish they would maintain these trees for bigger rigs. Tears in the roof are a big worry in these rigs. The Red Carpet sites are perfect for taller rigs, but have less trees. The sites there are resort-like, with A LOT of space. You just need to be aware that large, bright LED lighting poles can make some spaces like daytime at night. If you’re looking to get away from big city lights, you need to take care to not camp near them. They installed some of these same super bright LED light poles in the older section and we were sad to pull in this year (10/2020) and find that we needed sunglasses at night. If you don’t have blackout shades, you’ll need them. It is ridiculous. I posted photos of our site and how bright these lights are. Some people may like these for safety, but it truly put us on display at night. It was annoying. We couldn’t enjoy our campfire and face the light. It was blinding. So you’ll want to reserve spots carefully.Otherwise, the park is spectacular! They are constantly adding things to make it better. Nature trails, huge dog park, swimming pools, huge activity center opening soon, lake with fish so kids have good success, golf cart rentals, paintball, laser tag, multiple parks, activities. The list goes on and on! This is the best Jellystone we’ve stayed at. We will be back again as often as we can!

We arrived at approximately 8pm on a Friday night with no reservation after speaking to someone on the phone and being told there was availability. We requested a cabin for two nights. On the phone I was quoted a price inclusive of taxes for approximately $385, however at the desk was charged $458.The clean, relatively spacious cabin is the only reason I have two stars instead of none.Upon waking up we could see from the porch that the water park appeared to be drained. I went down to the office to inquire and was told that only a small portion of the park (basically a splash pad) was open for use. I asked if I had checked out right then would I get a refund on the second night (it was only 10am, check out is at 11) and was told no. I said ok fine and proceeded to leave the office. This woman (Magda- manager) literally chased me out of the office demanding to know who I was. Up until this point I was willing to cut my losses even though I strongly felt that we should have been told when we checked in that the park was closed (especially since I requested a cabin close to the park!!!) but after being harassed and chased by this rude individual I decided I no longer wanted to be anywhere on the property as I didnt exactly feel safe.We checked out immediately (1030 am Saturday instead of Sunday) and left the property. Save your money. For one fifth of the cost you can get 20 times the excitement and better service at six flags.Complete waste of time and money at this place.

I stayed here for 2 days with my 2 children. We needed a break from the norm and wanted a quick get away. First thing is first YOU NEED a golf cart. Im super cheap on most things but I beileve a golf cart is a must. The second thing I must comment on is a lack of mask. The employees werent wearing them 92% of the time, if they did have them on it was below the nose. I brought it to the attention of the manager and she tried to fix the situation however there were still many employees and guest (indoor and out) that simply wouldnt wear one. We werent able to participate in some of the fun because of this.I think this would be a great place if it werent for covid. Although I think for the money you spend they could upkeep the place better. Tje lasertag was essentially wooden boards on a small area. Paintball was good. Loved the petting zoo (animals are well cared for)They had a really good light set up for Christmas. The food wasnt great . For my 2 kids and I , it was about $30 per meal. They had fried food like wings , chicken strips and pizza.Breakfast was not great.Overall it was a okay stay . Id do it again in summer.

I have to say we loved almost everything about our stay. However, with it being a premium cabin you would hope it would have a better mattress then it had. It literally felt like sleeping on a lump bed stuffed with straw. It was hard, lumpy and sloped to the headboard. Everything else was amazing. A bad nights sleep can ruin a vacation though and then to get 2 rights of bad sleep. Definitely affected the feel of the stay.

We went recently for a family reunion. It was so fun. It made me wish that I was a kid again. There are so many activities for them to do that all of the children in our family were worn out at the end of the day. It gets very hot though. Our room was great. The only things that I wished for were a stove and an oven. And the only water faucet was in the restroom. I think that these items vary depending upon the room that you get. Overall it was really nice and we had a great time.

Decided to do a last minute weekend get away with family. Highly recommend this place for a short getaway with kids! Upon arriving to our cabin we noticed it was insanely warm inside. After multiple hours of the air conditioning churning warm air we called maintenance to investigate. We ended up having to call 3 times as no one ever showed up to check on it, but it was made right with a cabin switch and upgrade (homestead cabin to 2/2), and thank goodness for that! Not only was the AC working but the additional kitchen space and layout was phenomenal. Had it been an option originally when booking we would have done so and strongly encourage anyone with a group of more than 6 to consider this option when booking.Words of wisdom:-If you rent a cabin, unless you plan on bringing your own mop, bring a pair of sandals or socks to always wear inside. Floors may be sweeped but there are LAYERS of dirt.-If you go to the water park, bring water shoes! Seems like common sense but one of our party members did not and highly regretted it.-Rent a golf cart - the accessibility and convenience far outweighs the price of renting one.-Parking is a nightmare due to lack of spaces and golf carts taking up spaces. Minimize the amount of cars taken to avoid parking frustrations.

We had just picked up our RV after having work done. We needed to spend a couple nights close by to ensure all was well & this place was only a couple of minutes away. It was somewhat expensive but decided it was worth it for our purposes for just a couple of nights. My only complaint is, dont mistake this for an RV Park with the option of activities & so forth. Turns out it was so expensive because you pay for everything whether you want it or not. Decided to just deal with it since we considered the location a necessity. We had family in the area that had never seen our RV so they wanted to come visit us for an hour or so. Thats when we learned just how inflexible their rules are. Even though they would spend the entire time in/at our RV, we had to choose between paying for an activities/parking pass ($60 for 2 adults) or tell our family they couldnt come visit. They should make better use their wristband system & only issue them to people who choose to pay for & use activities rather than force them on everyone. Otherwise, it looked like a great place for families, children of all ages.

Loved our time! We stayed on a Sunday night so as we arrived many were leaving. It was peaceful. We stayed in the new RV rentals. We dont own an RV but have been considering it. So this was a nice experience to see if we would actually enjoy it, and we did! The RV was very clean, bigger inside then expected. We over packed a little, thinking we needed to bring some of our own items in the RV which was already provided. We didnt do much of the group activities with the other campers. But activities we did participate and walking around the grounds was nice. Our kids enjoyed digging in the sand, and the rope swings. The play areas all had benches or a seat somewhere for parents to sit and watch their kids. I enjoyed sitting in the rope spiderweb, while my kids enjoyed themselves. The staff was so nice, starting from Rubbu checking us in at the gate, riding on the fire truck with Erin, all the way until check out! We truly appreciate EVERYONE that worked there. Overall pretty good. We rented one of their RVs owned by the park. Little disappointed to see new RVs not being maintained with broken stuff inside. We expected to have stove and oven available. However, on the night we planned on using the oven for dinner, we find out at the last minute that the original oven knob was missing and the one on the stove didnt actually turn the knob. Taking the knob off didnt help either because once turned manually, no gas flowed so we couldnt light the oven. Stove top burners worked though, but we ended up having to run out to get dinner for the night. Also, handle on fridge was broken off, so the fridge door wouldnt latch shut. Finally, one of the trim pieces on a bunk bed was broken off exposing bare wood. We didnt complain at the park, it is what it is, just wish theyd maintain their new RVs a little better. They still have temp tags on them. The amenities were nice, kids had a blast while we were there. Night time slides at the water park was nice since the water park isnt included in the stay. Social distancing didnt really seem like a thing there or at least wasnt enforced. Wed return again for sure.

We recently stayed here. My kids had a great time! We stayed in a family cabin, which was pretty roomy for 4, however we all basically ended up sleeping in the same room. The loft was incredibly too hot to sleep up there. The queen bed in the master was so terrible, I had to sleep sideways one night, and my husband slept on the futon in the living room. The next night, I switched and slept in one of the bunk beds and had my lightest kid sleep in the bed, which she also complained about. We decided to leave a day early bc of this. The cabin price was $99 a night, however they also tack on a $12 resort fee to each person, each day of your stay, so nightly cost came to around $145 actually. Keep in mind this resort fee is different than the fees for Pirates Cove, the water park next door. All the staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful.

Excellent Staycation:The park:We chose to stay for a week during the off season and had a blast on the playgrounds, ropes course, basketball courts, and fishing pond. We even rented a golf cart for the day and enjoyed riding around the paved roads(also great for bikes/scooters). There were two nature trails which were a little disappointing if you hike regularly; but a great starter trail for introducing hiking to small children. The main shop had a lot of fun toys/gifts and they had a good selection of necessities and small grocery items. There was also a laundry room, cafe, and ice cream shop. The cabin:We stayed in the homestead cabin. It was very clean and included all basic linens, towels and toiletries. Full kitchen and coffee maker. Two TVs with basic cable. There is a checklist on the website you can download that goes over all items you might want to bring with you. We forgot a few items but there was a Wal-Mart and Dollar Tree in the neighboring town. (About 10 min drive). The cabin can comfortably sleep 10. There is a queen sized bed in private room, bunk beds, two queen sized beds in the loft and a futon.Experience:Overall we had a great time for it being off season. We will definitely be planning a trip in the summer to take advantage of all the camp activities and water park!

At the beginning of the October month me and my boyfriend planned a big project, for jellystone’s Halloween type event. We planned a big mystery machine golf cart which was a real hit that night. The entire painting process, drawing, cutting and more took about 2 weeks of hard work every single day by my boyfriend and I. It was extremely stressful. We came at 11 am to the camp site on Saturday and began setting up and getting to work straight away. After a few bumps and technicalities of setting up all our cardboard we finally get it up and ready at 6 pm. You can count how many hours of hard work and effort this took. So many people seemed excited to see our golf cart and soon we were off to go around jelly stone in our six seater golf cart. We eventually came to the dance golf cart type party line and set off, as we turned a corner our entire car broke down. Not the decorations, they were held tightly on and extremely secure. The golf cart itself, it was not the battery, nor gas it was a technical error. Eventually we call their road side service and get our golf cart towed. As the night grows darker we get the news that our golf cart is unfixable and that they can give us a new one. But it was already no use at all, with the time and effort it took to put up the decorations. We could not possibly do it within an hour. Me and my boyfriend walked back to our cabin and me being completely disappointed and devastated that our hard work went to waste, I sobbed most of the evening. This was an extreme loss for me, since I put most of my pride and joy into painting the cardboard materials and our hard work went to waste because the golf cart broke down. Eventually me and my boyfriend found all our cardboard pieces in a dumpster, without even being asked if we wanted to keep any of it. It was not really salvageable because it was covered in tons of trash from customers cabins. My concern is the fact that knowing an event is coming up like this, they give our golf carts that completely break down. And not only that, but it happened to us, who put in so much effort and love and care and time to end up completely disappointed that we did not even get to show off our work. Me and my boyfriend are now planning on doing something next year, but now our only concern is in the trust that we lost. Customers like me, trust that you give our golf carts that are in good working condition, that won’t break down on us. But that trust was very broken, as I watched our mystery machine towed off and sitting in the parking lot all night, unable to shine at all. I only hope that they will begin to check their vehicles they rent to customers, knowing that they plan these things in advance. And I hope next year, our golf cart won’t break down.

So, my review is mostly “getting what you paid for” type review. I’ll say, the place is fun. But for the price... At $104 a night I expect a bigger site to place your camper. The spots are tight, like a lot of the RV parks are. However, most others are a quarter of the cost per night. The amenities are cool. The park is clean and has excellent WiFi. Some kids activities cost extra. It feels very money driven. Which, as a business owner myself, I do understand. But it is a very steep cost for what it is. I could see $60 a night, especially since we are pulling our own campers to sleep in. The water park is excellent but you guessed it, extra cash. Over all, very cool place. Unfortunately, very overpriced.

The gift shop has lots of incidentals like mustard & mayo, charcoal, matches, snacks, etc. There are lots of free activities for the whole family. We will definitely be back!

This is a great place to bring kids & family, tons of out door activities such as biking, swimming, basketball, volleyball, two separate pools, two separate playgrounds! They have golf carts to rent for a day, not to mention CAMPING!!!

We arrived at 4:00 to check in. We walked into a dirty room that had not been cleaned. We waited 1.5-2 hrs for room to be cleaned. Our room was not even in the campground. It was right by Pirates Cove front entrance. Accommodations should have been made where we got a cabin inside the main park. We also had loud neighbors. Our bathroom could have been cleaned better. There was no plug for the drain in bath tub. Food was left outside from previous family. We did receive a golf cart for our stay. That was their way of saying sorry. Lots of activities for the kids.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! Family of 4 that stayed for 3 nights at Rustic Cabin 8 in June. Perfect for the 4 of us. There was a grill in the front and shaded picnic area in the back. Perfect at night for smores. We were by the highway so there was some distance noise but nothing too loud. Our cabin had a nice view of the entrance which had a beautiful garden and water tower. We were within walking distance for a lot (Ranger station, water park, swimming pool)There was always something to do (lost maze, petting zoo, playground, rideables, hiking trail and so much more. We werent able to do everything that our stay included, unfortunately. Just not enough time. Our room and the park was also very clean. We had a wonderful time! Getting ready for our next visit. Thank you Jellystone for the wonderful experience!

Amazing place to unplug and relax (even during this time of social distancing)! The park staff did a wonderful job making sure everything was clean and sanitized and guests were taking every precaution to stay at least 6 feet apart. Very friendly staff and clean grounds and cabins. We really enjoyed our weekend away!

This place was amazing. The staff was so friendly. The jacuzzi in our room was broken but the manager offered us several options to make it right without any attitude or frustration. Everyone out here is friendly and welcoming. This is a great place for families.

We loved Jellystone Park! Such a fun place to spend with the family! They have activities to participate in, some are free and some are an additional cost. There are several parks to play at. The little lake is awesome! It is stocked with fish and has ducks as well.

Cabins are nice. But other wise money pit complete waste we spent most of the time at our cabin where the yard was small was nothing like I was told no sanitizing or social distancing. Kids really couldnt do much had to request for the mask to be wiped off. Low quality I could have rented a lake house. Or went to the beach I was assured 25% compasity which was no way what it was 30 min pool time per site per day I thought I was getting to room and ended up getting one 4 for adults and 6 kids

Weve stayed at this location before, but this was our first time trying the family size RV. It was great. We had a few small issues, but nothing that would keep us from coming back. I was impressed with the response and friendliness of the staff. Even though most of the events were closed down due to COVID19, there was still so much for the kids to do. We look forward to coming back later in the summer with hopes that more activities, like the water park, will be open for business.

I stayed in the premium cabin that has a fireplace (no needed for log wood) and a Jacuzzi bathtub. WiFi is provided. Although the price is a little pricier, I enjoyed the stay here. There are other facilities in the park that kids would definitely have fun with.

The park is nice, but if you are concerned about the Covid-19 virus, I would advise you to stay home. The staff is very lax about the health and safety of the guests. The cleaning staff does not wear masks when cleaning the bathroom facilities, other staff sometimes wears masks. The maximum people allowed in the pool is not adhered to. Social distancing is unheard of. I witness it everyday. The day after I posted this I saw that the cleaning team did wear masks when they cleaned the bathroom and laundry room. I hope it continues.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving! Our family had such a great experience. We walked around the lake, did hay rides, went fishing. Rode bikes, paintball was fun. The Cabin was nice, both of our children slept in bunk beds. It was also nice to bring our dog. We can’t wait to come back to see how pirates cove is.

Guest services was very slow to respond to simple guests request such as not having hot water in having to ask 3 times for it to be looked after which it was finally resolved. Thank you! The other issue was having to ask 3 times for fresh towels and coffee replenished in room. There didnt seem to be any kind of urgency.

Clean room, but SUPER noisy plumbing and thin insulation. We are staying at the pirate ship suite which is very clean and tidy. But, the plumbing is unbearable and all hours of the day, u can hear foot steps and stomping, which is not conducive to my 2 and 4 year old, mind u even grownups, from sleeping. When we called management, they said “it was the water park”, which unfortunately was closed as well. It’s essentially like staying in a boiler room. U def need sleep aid to get a good nights sleep
