Honestly this I wouldnt even give them one star and am only doing so because its required. Last night my husband and I went to the Burleson Premiere Cinema to see The New Mutants for the 9:50 P.M. showing. While purchasing our tickets and drinks (our total came to $32.64) my debit card was charged but the kid who rang us up (Brandon- dont remember his last name) said it was declined and didnt go through. My husband told him yes, it did and that hed seen approved on the screen. Brandon argued and said it wasnt and we needed to run it again. I pulled up my banking app and showed him that it was listed as pending and we HAD been charged. Brandon kept insisting that it would fall off and if we wanted to see the movie we would have to run the card again. I asked what happens if it doesnt and he answered telling me we would have to come let them know and it would take a few days but would fall off. My husband went ahead and ran it again since our friends were waiting on us. However Brandon was very rude and didnt seem to care about us being charged twice. Money is not so much the issue, but what if it had been? What if our outing had been a treat for us and wed only had the money to pay once? Your employee potentially could have completely ruined our night. Furthermore, we live in Hillsboro and I dont feel we should have to make another trip to Burleson to have this situation handled and waste gas over Brandons screw up. As of 11:00 A.M. on Sunday the money still has not dropped off. I expect this to be resolved to my satisfaction.

We hosted an event here recently and it was a Great experience. The service was exceptional and they helped make it a great experience.

Keller Williams held our Mega Camp event here which was great because we were able to social distance and get agents together in a safe large environment. Chairs are super comfy.

They had a live band performing in the theatre next to us with concert speakers the music was louder then our movie we left 10 mins in won’t be back again . No refills on popcorn or drinks staff was rude also

Really nice and clean theater with adjustable reclining seats. All day on Tuesday movies are $5.00 which is perfect if your on a budget. The concession stand is very well stocked with the usual candy, popcorn, nachos, but i was surprised to see beer and even dippin dots.

Love the arrangement for seating. can see head tops but never a head in the way. seating great. crowd size per movie fantastic. very safe feeling environment. snack bar set up to your liking.

This is a really good theater. Great seats is why I say that. They also have great prices that are usually cheaper than the bigger chains. If you live in the area dont worry youll enjoy a movie there.

We had a group of 20 kids plus 8 adults go to the movies for my sons birthday. A few days prior to going I told the staff we would be there, they had all of our popcorn boxes and drink cups with lids ready to go! We got there right at opening, so I was impressed that they made it a priority. Thank you for making the trip easy!

The stars are for the theater itself but the snacks and people serving them are frustrating. Clearly the servers are trained to upsell and are completely lost if you don’t agree to do so. A “small” drink and popcorn don’t exist. You will pay the same for the “smallest” sizes that you will by upsizing. It would be worlds easier on servers and customers alike to just sell the size they want you to pay for. The theater is great, best seats and quality, size availability and quality of popcorn not so much

They had a live music band at the bar built into the theater . Music was so loud couldn’t hear movie who’s genius idea was it to have a live band at a movie theatre .

Got to see deadpool 2 practically by myself. Only a couple out on date were there with me.

I dont like that the popcorn is self serving. It comes out of the bin already smashed. It was the popcorn they made first so its not hot and fresh anymore and then they just pile more on the top to where it gets crushed.

Don’t go there now they are price gouging no refills on popcorn and drinks ! You can go to qt or 7-11 and self serve but not at a movie ! Makes no sense!

I saw a movie here the night before and lost my wallet. The theater staff did everything they could to recover it. I got it back with everything that belongs inside. Between the show expirience on one of the lower rows being pretty great and them going above and beyond for me. They absolutely deserve 5 stars. Thank you guys so much!

I frequent this movie theater because its closer to my house than AMC. I like the seats much better at AMC than premiere. Whats sad is both theaters are very cold. I do Like the senior $5 days on Tuesday

Very comfortable seats. Very friendly staff. Great place to watch movies if you dont mind them starting 20 minutes late! During those 20 minutes you are treated to not just movie previews, but also stupid TV commercials that are repeated 2 and 3 times.

Very clean. Arcade inside is cool. Theater and screen was small, only 4 rows of seats. Seats were comfortable. Extra feature on seat - head rest adjusts.

Seats are comfortable and theatre is always clean.. the only thing I dont like is the popcorn is self serve. They dump it in these huge contianers and you pour (but the problem is its from the bottom) so you get the saltiest popcorn. I get its efficient and makes the line move faster but I dont enjoy their popcorn.

This is the first theater of this type Ive been to so Im glad I looked at their website first.If youve never been to a theater like this, you have to reserve your seats. If you are picky about where you sit, this could be a problem for you if you are seeing a busy show and dont reserve seats beforehand.Also, there is a discount if you buy the tickets on their website so it makes sense to pre-pay and reserve seats.The atmosphere inside is really cool. They serve alcohol which is not universally common.You get your own popcorn from a huge popcorn trough thing. Its looks cool but the popcorn was not fresh. Its like they have to make a ton to fill it but then its not getting turned over quickly enough.I will definitely go back.

Seating is great, movie was great! MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE LIGHTING FOR THE STEPS IS WAY TOO BRIGHT IN THEATERS 13 AND 14 (that I know of as of right now). They were also out of the dippin dots in chocolate.

Best set up for movie people. Self serve popcorn, layer however much you want. Best seats they recline 2 ways. And a very friendly staff. I drive 30 minutes to get there and its always worth it

It was an awesome theater with self-serve Popcorn and unlimited refills. I went to watch Avengers Endgame and it was great experience made better by the fact that they had reclining seats that allowed you to adjust your legs and head. Definitely going back for every movie I watch.

Discount ticket pricing all day Tuesdays. Reserved seating and comfy reclining seating in the theaters. I believe they also discount the first showing of all movies every day.

Need a manager that has some since.Bought tickets online, there terminals do not work.Asked for help, was pointed to consessions, which of course had long lines.Bottom line, you lost a customer because if bad managment, and rude employees.Would have stayed, but attitudes made me want to go elswhere.

Not a huge fan! The theater is clean and modern, but the self-service popcorn is a dealbreaker. Its a cool concept, but theres too much stale popcorn mixed in from the day before.However, I loved the Skittle machine! I was able to get a tub of strawberry skittles mixed with Wildberry. Quite glorious!

Second time my husband and I have been to the movies in 10 years. First was to Studio Movie Grill was not impressed but I can’t say that for Premiere!! I was very impressed!! Clean lobby a manager was waiting to help people check in for the movies long lines at the concession but they moved everyone through so fast I was amazed thought we would be late but they were efficient and friendly everyone had a smile and a nice comment!! The seats were great comfortable and a clean theater clean bathrooms as well will defiantly be back!! Worth the drive over from Mansfield!!

My new favorite movie theater. Seats are comfy. Staff was nice. Its self serve. Nachos are good. You serve your own cheese which is nice because some places do not serve enough. You serve your own popcorn and butter but they have several stations so your not in line waiting for a long time like so theaters. I really enjoy going here.

Nice theater. Has updated to the recliner seats so a little bit more expensive than a traditional theater but has the added benefit of reserving your seats before you get to the theater. Popcorn and drinks are self service and tasty. A little crowded during afternoon and evenings but still a nice place for a movie.

Love the place, but the clerk behind the counter named Brandon was completely on a power trip. We asked for an extra small cup (not the kids cup) and he went on and on about why he couldnt, when we have come plenty of times and never had a problem. But then he proceeds to talk rudely about us with the other manager, he didnt know I was listening. Extremely rude no reason why people like that are in customer service.

This theater never fails me. Its always a good place to catch a film. Its cheap, snacks and drinks are good (with a pretty good variety of choices), the employees are nice and caring, the theater itself is cozy with its reclining seats and little pull out table thing to put your snacks on. Theres also an arcade and chairs to wait for the movie if need to.

We hadnt been here in over a year and wow! They made all kinds of updates! Its like being in the comfort of your own home now. Ive been out of the loop for awhile because I had no idea this was a thing. Reclining chairs, like dad has, a swing around little table, space to move your arms. It took 2 rows of seats to make up one row for this type of movie going. Self serve drinks and popcorn? We didnt even get to finish our movie that day because the power went out. We got our money back. But it was still a great experience.

I’m not sure what’s going on lately but this theater is beyond dirty. Popcorn, food akd spilled drinks all over the theater seats, trash and old food at the concession area and cold, hard food. Employees are just standing around and there’s a lot that could be cleaned up instead of employees socializing. We’ve been more than once to find the theater in this state.

The seats have been upgraded, so Id say theyre even more comfortable than the Burleson amcs. The staff are friendly, the food is pretty standard to theater tastes. Its nice thats they have a good selection of movies to see.Its usually pretty clean, and there are always paper towels and toilet paper in the bathroom.We visit here often.

Just the best theater! My husband and I were late to our showing. They switched out tickets no problem. The self serve popcorn wasnt stale, and it was nice to get my own ice for my soda. Super comfy seat, and a USB port for charging in the controls. You just cant go wrong coming here.

Good seats now , but wish you didnt have to take a loan out to go to the movies and get snacks for a family.May try making some family packages or lowering the concessions prices.How about a $4-6 child ticket w/ a popcorn and drink.. add candy for an extra $1.Adults $8-10 w/ drink and popcorn.You will sell a lot more tickets and more profit.Need to run a sweeper on the carpets to give a better experience.

Bright clean parking lot and lobby. Friendly staff. Comfortable recliner seating. The table was to high, when I put my popcorn on it, it was difficult to reach and blocked part of the screen.

There was dirt on the screen the entire time, the sound was WAY too loud. But the seats are ok.Tickets are wat overpriced and so is the popcorn I took pictures of the screen and the seats fully reclined and normal. It would be pretty easy to sneak in. 2 drinks are $11.50 and tickets for two were $21.

Theater was nice but you can not carry a firearm into theater. They post 30.06 and 30.07 at the entrance. Soft target, wont be going back.

Such a great theater! Comfortable seats, clean surfaces (and bathrooms) and great emploees! Last night my fiancé and I came in and were greeted brightly by Caleb from behind the register, who later helped me switch my seats around to get away from the heating vents at the top. Overall from my experience they have an amazing staff and great theater in general!

Well... The screen in theater 5 is off centered with the room and the seats. The far right seats would have been been the center. Then the center speaker was waaaaay on the far left. So when youre sitting center of the seats, it makes it super difficult to concentrate on a movie. Basically, youre in the middle of the room, but the center channel is all the way to the left and the screen is all the way to right. I am not sure what the concession people are for. You fill your own drink and you fill your own popcorn. Its like someone only partially understands automation. They basically say hello and thanks. A tablet can do that. The seats were super super uncomfortable. I mean they were bad. Worst luxery recliners Ive ever sat in. It was meh.

It was a real nice place we got there we will use our card that we put money on in the young lady said that it wasnt any money on it so she call the manager in the manager took care of it I was so happy that we still got to see the movie the mgrtook care of us he put the money back on the card whatever location my fiance got the money put on the card at the manager said that it was nothing on the card so he took care of us and I was so very happy very now thats what you call good customer service and I goodmanage to taking care of its customers service. thank you so much I will definitely go back again and I will tell are all my friends can anyone that asked me where is a grape movie place to go to and I will tell him Burleson premiere Cinema sorry I didnt get any names Im not good with names.

We go here quite a bit and typically sit in center seats. Ended up on the top left seats. The heat was unbearable. The temperature 4 row down was comfortable.But that wasnt the issue. The LED lights used to light the steps were blaring right in our faces. The theater is obviously aware of the problem because they have put a sticky piece of rubber to shade the lighting effect from patrons eyes. Except the rubber pieces were not in place. They had fallen to the floor. I put them on and they fell off again in a few minutes.When you spend almost $50 for 2 people to see a movie and have a few drinks and snacks you expect a pretty high level experience. It was awful. After getting up a half dozen times to fix the glare in our faces lights, we moved down 4 rows. It was nice and cool, but MORE lights in our faces.Completely ruined the night.

I’ve always loved this theatre. Now they have reclining seats and you choose your seat at time of purchase. The popcorn and soda are now self serve which is amazing. I can fill up my popcorn and put butter halfway through so I never run out! Still a great theatre.

Lively. Clean. Friendly staff. We bought the tickets for the moving chairs. I liked them, but my husband didnt. He has a bad back and he thought they were to rough even though he turned his seat level down. I thought it made the movie a little more fun.

Easy parking, the self serve popcorn is a good idea but since it feeds from the bottom all you get is popcorn crumbs. Nice staff and comfy seats. Our theater was FREEZING cold!
