I will not be renewing my amc a list membership due to my mask not meeting the requirements. Its a neck gator. If walmart and other companies including non retailers can offer masks for free then why cant other companies do the same. Im not spending extra money just to see a movieUpdate:The location at the parks mall offered me a face mask for free. So why cant other locations do the same. I still wont be renewing my membership

You know what I love about AMC? The fact that their show rooms are always so freaking neatly organized and clean. You grab pop corn and suddenly youre getting butter for it and you notice that its really clean. The soda dispensaries as well. And the actual theaters look spotless always. Avengers endgame at AMC is the only way to go.

I am an AMC member so for my birthday I get a free large popcorn!! I used Groupon to purchase 2 tickets here. With our tickets already purchased we were able to skip the line and go straight to the concession. They scanned my phone for member rewards and points and got our popcorn and a large drink. The items are high priced, if I ordered a large drink and a box of candy online it was over $15.00..so its better to just buy it here. A large drink was a little over $5.00. We came to see the Invisible Man in room #6. I absolutely love the reclining seats. Several people had blankets and was all layed back and comfortable. The arm rest raises up to make a love seat. We had a great time, the movie was good, snacks were awesome.

A truly great experience, even in the midst of Covid-19. So glad they were able to open their doors. Heres hoping they can hang on until life returns to normal.

Amc is our favorite movie theater in the Burleson area. This location is always clean, plus they have a bar. I would highly recommend ordering your tickets on line and picking up when you arrive.

Expensive, but I understand them being closed a while.. but I shouldnt have to go ask them to turn lights off during movie. A girl asked if I could do it because she couldnt at the time.. I expect better for the price

Break the silence movie; the BTS movie played awesome on the big screen. Almost like a live concert. Been coming here every now and then, and will continue to do so.

This place opened up and was clean with great staff. Im sad to see it has slowly been run down. Staff is not cleaning theaters.. lobby and restrooms dirty. This night the popcorn maker was down. I hope owners/management step in and get this place back up to par.

Very unhappy with the service here. Im not near an AMC where I live so I dont make it to one very much (or movies for that matter). I finally got an afternoon to be kids free with the wife. Got in line and waited a good 15 minutes to get to the front to be told cash only. I hardly ever carry cash. The line actually takes you past the ticket taker. For the life of me why would you not be announcing this as people wait in line is beyond me. POOR customer service lost our business. Hopefully this will be addressed. Also, we werent the only people that left because of it.

Good remodeled and updated theater.

Always clean, fast service, staff is friendly. Video quality is excellent, Audio is fairly great(given the size of the room). Seats are comfortable and spacious(CENTER ARM REST DOES LIFT UP) for more comfort with your partner.

Its sad to see only a handful of people at a movie. The fear has to end.

This is one of the most laid back locations. I prefer to come to this location when I go to the movies alone. I typically go during the daytime so its rarely ever crowded. Of course the prices are high but that is to be expected at the movies. Its typically clean.

Awesome theater with the best seats! Electronic reclining ! Also, fewer seats in each theater room keep it from getting too crowded and uncomfortable. Sound was also very good on the movies Ive seen here.

Never been here before. It WAS Superbowl .. but I was still tickled by how few customers there were and how many helpful employees there were WANTING to help us. Everything was clean and lovely and the movie was great. Good experience.

I love how comfortable the seats are. Typically Id rather watch a movie at the house because I can sit/lay comfortably on my couch. But this place makes it worth it to come and see a movie with the excellent comfort and surreal surround sound.

The place was really nice and clean for the most part (obviously). The guys were really fast at cleaning the rooms, the popcorn was great. They also have a lot of choices for drinks. Most importantly the movie was very good quality and the previews werent dreadful. The seats were nice and comfy.. But its very hard to make the seats go down fast enough when a person walks by because of the buttons.

New mutants was a great movie evening if critics say its not worth the wait

I went to watch a star wars movie, the staff is very nice but the theater room was really dirty; trash and popcorn everywhere. I have gone to this theater many times and is usually very clean and nice.

Generally AMC theaters are well run, clean, and a good movie-going experience.This is likely the worst managed theater in the area. The entire theater smells of vomit, lines are long to enter the theater, with Koda/babies taking and crying in rated R movies. Zero accountability and oversight. Management is absent. Very disappointing experience. This location is a fail.

I took my younger brother to see My Hero Academia: Heros Rising in dubs (where the speaking is in English, not in Japanese with subtitles) and they played the incorrect movie at first (it started out with The Photograph) for which another viewer told staff. They began to play the correct movie which was also in correct, MHA:HR but this was the subtitled version. By the time we realized this it was already 30 minutes past the time of the showing so we just went with it. The movie theater had a staff member meet us at the door as we left to give us free movie vouchers so we could se the correct movie either at the next showing or at a later date. 10/10 popcorn tho!!!

This is a perfect theater for a family outing or date night. Its clean, the staff are really nice and I love the lounging chairs.

Clean and nice environment. Food and snacks are a bit pricey but good! They also have a small bar with great drinks! Large reclining chairs are really comfortable. This is a regular for my husband and I!

I like amc. But what I dont like is that have the amc a list line for snacks, But they dont check to make sure they are amc a list rewards members. So anybody can just get in and cut in from of everybody.

We and some friends were there for Valentines and halfway through the movie it stops. They were having problems and not able to finish the film. We were given tickets to see the film at a later time. But the problem here is families have budgets and the drinks and popcorn are expensive, especially for a group of 8. There were no vouchers for snacks,how sad. Especially on Valentines.

I honestly cant say enough about this place. The recliners are so comfortable you could fall asleep in them but who wants to fall asleep during movies? Tuesdays if you are a stubs member movies are only $5 eat. Their drink station and condiment station are hands-down the best of any movie theater. Its always clean and smells new every time we see a movie there. And we are frequent flyers. I have a movie theater 5 minutes away from my house but used to drive an extra 20 minutes just for the comfort and experience of this movie theater.

After paying over $40 for an adult and 4 kids to see a movie in the middle of the day i then pay $16 for the large drink and popcorn only to find out there are no refills unless you are a rewards member, which has monthly fees. Cant imagine Ill ever come here again. So sad since you know their cost cant be $2 and thats pretty generous. Theres no way mwe could even eat $16 worth of product. Im ok with them making a profit but this is beyond ridiculous.PS... Were the only ones watching this movie. Maybe the price and refill issue may need to revisited. Not that Ill ever know.....

Seats are comfy. Ticket prices are affordable. Popcorn prices are high. Popcorn could also be better.But I will go again.

Amazing! Great seats, great staff, super clean. The AMC premium membership is a great deal, too. Pay $12/year and get $5 movies every Tuesday and food discounts. Highly recommend it!

The reclining seats at this location was very comfortable. The service was nice. My husband and I purchased tickets online. So, I love how we didnt have to stand in line to purchase tickets. We just gave our printed email confirmation to the ticket attendant and proceeded to our movie theater.

Been coming here for over 20 years lots of memories here are great movies.

Not a fan of this location. Floors always sticky, the chairs stink, and the kids working seem to talk more to each other than help customers. Find a different place in town-

Friendly staff, great place to watch movies and the theater seats are ggrreeaatt! Reclining, plush and comfy. Kick your feer up, pig out and enjoy your movie. Only suggestion is to make sure someone is working the bar area. We waited for 30min to still not be served

Love this theater! We are members of the AMC Stubs Premier and I save a lot of money. The app paid for itself pretty quickly. The theater is clean and the staff is helpful and courteous. The seats are so comfortable. Its definitely my favorite place to see a movie. I love that you get to reserve the exact seats that you want. There is also a bar on the premises if you want a drink.

We enjoy the occasional movie and are impressed with this theater. We did note that the pre show adds and previews were unbelievable loud, but that seemed to have turned down the volume during the actual film.

It was a great date nite. The movie shut down at the end. We could hear them talking, but not see. Most people became irate liked they were royalty. I had to open my big mouth and reminded those yelling that a star baseball player staring his senior year was killed 2 days ago and they are worried about a movie glitch. Where is peoples priorities? Really sad. The staff remained calm.

I dont care about any of the Burleson Movie houses because they dont allow you to carry a certified concealed weapon when state of Texas says its okay for you to have it to protect yourself and other people.best place to go shoot people or somewhere where is gun-free zone so they dont get themselves shot we need that chain

Today I walked in and employees were outside. It was 10:15 when I arrived....the place opens at 10am. Was told the MANAGER never showed up or called. AC is not on and its already 80 degrees outside. The app looks nice than the movie theater. The only good thing about the place is the seating. Finally some put COMFORTABLE seating in to watch a movie.2 stars for seating.....0 stars for manager....how hard is it to run a movie theater???? TURN ON THE AC!!!! AND ANSWER UR PHONE!!!!!

What a disorganized place. The lines were crazy long because neither the ticket sellers, the ticket attendant, nor the concession staff had any idea what they were doing. They were running around like headless chickens while all of the popcorn began to burn and a huge cloud of smoke engulfed the lobby.Once you get into the theatre, at least its nice. If only you didnt have to sit for an additional 30 minutes waiting for your movie to begin while eerie whispering ASMR plays at high volume. I just dont understand how you can mess this sort of thing up...

Certainly better than Premier. Both because of Stubs rewards and all around movie experience. With a decent enough screen and on par service including a full-service bar, the dual cuddle-capable recliners are the obvious reason to choose AMC. Price is decent compared to other locations. As long as youre not looking for IMAX or Dolby, solid choice.

Pretty outdated, but could be nicer if the employees took some pride in the place. There were trails of popcorn throughout the theater before and after my movie that couldve easily been swept up.It also doesnt seem like they empty out the old popcorn from previous days. I had quite a bit of stale popcorn mixed in with my bucket so I emptied it out and requested a refill of the fresher popcorn.The second bucket still had some stale pieces, but it wasnt as bad.I wanted to try this location since it was close to home, but I think well just take a longer drive for a more quality experience. Theaters like this are the reason for a decline in moviegoers.

Happy to pay more for a movie experience when I get a reclining seat and a small theater. Thank you!

Take my son to go see the hero Academia movie English dubbed because he has five we got in there they had the wrong movie and we ask them to get it fixed then they put it on the Japanese version and then refuse to fix that.... Im sorry my five year old cannot read subtitles

The theatre here has made a major improvement. This place is very comftorable now and its a lot cleaner. The staff is friendly and attentive. My food also came out great! I tried their buffalo chicken pizza for $5.00 and it was pretty good. I really enjoyed coming out here tonight for the red carpet of the movie unplanned. Pro life or choice, it is still worth seeing. This is based on a true story and it really impacted me.

I love this movie theater. They’re the easiest to go to for me. I do wish they had a Dolby screening room as any chance I get I have to drive all the way to clearfork or The Parks at Arlington to get the Dolby experience. Service is normally quick and the seats are super comfortable. Again, only thing missing that would make this the perfect theater is the Dolby room.
