Mountain View Park is a tiny little park that always has room for you to put down a picnic blanket and read or walk with your dog. There is a great playground for children, a little free library, bathrooms, plenty of trash cans and street parking. The park is set in a quiet little neighborhood which appreciates it if the park guests keep the noise to a minimum, that said, Ive only had happy and pleasant encounters there. A walk around the neighborhood will delight you because of all the horses and little libraries and theres even a little gnome village outside the park. See you there some weekend!

Really nice park, tennis courts, basketball courts and surrounded by a beautiful neighborhood. What I like is that its walking distance from where I live so thats very convenient. Right down the road from Walt Disney Studios, this park as a giant field for frisbee and football and a playground for the kids. Recommend this park for anyone looking for some time in the grass.

Nice field, newer playground, decent street parking.

This is one of our favorite parks to visit. Its always clean and we seem to always make friends. There is tons of grass for tag, playing catch or having a picnic. In addition to basketball and tennis courts. Our favorite place is the playground. They are two playgrounds one for kids under 5 and the other for big kids. Plus a swing set. We usually start at the swings since you there is a swing parents can sit on with their little ones. It sort of looks like a seesaw but the kids end has a basket seat. The only thing is during the day the equipment gets hot so bring a blanket or towel for the slides and wear sunscreen. Have Fun!!!

Quiet urban park on the south side of Burbank.

Quiet and clearly well maintained. Grass is uniformly green and free of debris. Plentiful seating in the form of metal benches and smoothed stone tables situated throughout the park. Pleasingly scenic views all around. Highly recommended.

Very nice clean and kept park. A couple of benches to enjoy a bite. Plenty of shade thanks to the trees. A tennis and basketball court are also available. Plus a small section to play horseshoe or ring toss. The jungle gym is fun and interactive with lifelike rocks and boulders. Restrooms are available. Plenty of parking found on the street (i.e. Griffith Park Ave)

This is a great park located off of Riverside Dr in Burbank, Ca. There is a basketball court and a tennis court in addition to grass and a playground for children.

The past several times I’ve been smelling a faint “gassy” odor. There’s a small city structure on the property and I’ve been wondering if that’s the culprit. Otherwise it’s a great local park.

The re-make of this park is phenomenal. They really out did themselves. The new big slide is a little steep though so buyer beware. Bathroom onsite as well as a swing for any aged kiddo. There are also two structures of varying difficulties which makes for a good park for siblings. Its in a beautiful place, enjoy!!

The basketball court is the primary reason I come here. It gets pretty dirty and covered in pine needles which is rather irritating. I wish the city of Burbank would clean it more often. Also, the water fountain near the b-ball court has really low pressure and kind of smells.Otherwise, it’s a nice court in a good area.

My 2 almost 3 year old had a blast. I just didnt see a water fountain near the playground.

This is a great small Park theres basketball courts. It has a playground with two small play areas one for older kids and one for little kids. There are bathrooms. Plenty of tables to eat at a few benches. It also has two swings for big kids and one swing for a small baby and an adult or a larger child.

PEACEFUL ATMOSPHERE

This is a hidden gem of a park. It is small, quiet and family friendly. Lots of shade trees and picnic space.

Went earlier in the morning, and the park was not as busy. The playground area is pretty big and features a sand ground. Its combined with an area for smaller kids as well, similar to Olive Park. The park also features a two-person swing (parent/young child), and a couple of other swings. other park amenities: Tennis courts (2?), basket ball court, open area, table area.

Great little park in a small neighborhood. Clean, well kept. Busier some mornings, but usually pretty quiet.

Been playing pick-up games there since I was about 7 years old, way back in 1993. Hasnt changed a bit!

Biting insects make the park uninhabitable. Miserable the whole time we were there.

Great outdoor basketball court, has lights and water fountain and bathrooms recently remodeled, court is fenced in and usually maintained. Does get crowded on weekday evenings for full court games, lots of decent competition.

This park is cute but the playground is in full sun in the afternoon and too hot for kids. There are some damaged items too. Sad.
