Amazing place to hang with you family. They even have slides for the adults

Great place for kids, birthday parties for children, parents and kids day out, lots of good energy and great fun. We really enjoyed my son’s birthday party here Dominique and Tee made the party look really nice they sat everything up and it’s great for busy Moms because my day was super busy trying to do all the prepping run here and there to make sure things were in order but thanks to them when we arrived guests were playing having fun and the party room was all decorated. Thank you you guys so much for the helping hand I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. I highly recommend this location and place for a great time and fun time with your family. Definitely will be back for more fun with Billy Beez!!!

Worst experience of all time here. Told me my daughter was too fat to play at Billy Bees. How is that allowed?!

Always a fun place to take your kids even in the middle of a pandemic the staff is very nice they take every opportunity to make sure that everything is wiped down and clean and very helpful.

Good place for all ages. Reasonable price. Restrooms located there so no running aroumd to find one. Kids had a blast and the toddler are was pretty big. Not the usual small slide and sponge blocks only. Overall great place for kids of all ages

Absolutely amazing indoor play area for children and adults (lol). I am sure your children will have so much fun for hours. There are so many areas to choose from.

We were delayed starting our party for 30 minutes due to the lack of professionalism and communication of the staff. We arrived 15 minutes before our time for the party room and there was still people in the room from a previous party. The management here is non existent and there is not enough staff to accommodate the demand. Dont waste hundreds of dollars for a party room that you have to wait 45 minutes after your time to get settled into. WASTE of money!!! The play area was the only fun and easy thing about this place.

The place is great for kids a variety of things to do from trampoline to basketball and slides. The customer service was the best. We will be back worth the money spent

If I could give two reviews I would separate mine and my children’s. The kids LOVE it. They have a blast here. Lots of awesome areas and different things to do for all ages. The ballistics area is super cool. However, the customer service is horrible. No one seems to have a clue about what is going on. We were told different things by different people the whole time. You have to pay $5 extra for a couple of trampolines but otherwise the price is fair in my opinion. We payed 10.95 per child, and my husband and I were free as both accompanying a child. Overall would definitely recommend, but don’t come here expecting good friendly customer service.

Fantastic place for kids to play and let off some steam especially after the all of the restrictions on activities. Staff is super friendly. Some like to hide and watch cellphone videos XD but a super cool experience!

Larger play area than I had expected due to the location in a mall. Friendly staff, decent rate considering you can leave and reenter as long as you have on your band. I am a fan of the security measures they have in place.

Feel no good! Service is so bad! Today is my first time here and I bought a 10 pack admission! When I use one time and my kids do not like here, so I want return it for the balance, they do not accept it even I told them I will pay the regular admission fee! Also the floor is to cold! Staff no kind!

Clean and very entertaining to my 10,9 and 8 year old. I love the fact that parents can join in on the fun and fit inside the play yard too. I think some of the adults were having even more fun than the kids!

The worker said my hair was unkempt. These teenagers have no business in my hair! So disgruntled.

Billy Beez is a great place for young children to spread their wings and have fun without a lot of the worry of getting hurt! They have video games with tokens as well that you can earn to buy items. They do also sell snacks and drinks as well as other lunch items. Parents who enjoy interacting with their kids can have a great time here as well. I highly recommend Billy Beez for children of all ages and like I said adults seem to turn into children here as well!

Zip line too. Concession stand with pizza,pretzels,nachos etc. all tasted fresh.I would recommend this place as well as return here.

Update: Pricing has changed where its a little cheaper and adults are free with a paying child. My daughters love playing here and the playground is pretty big. We enjoy coming here and letting the kids burn some energy!Gone pass the place and was intrigued but the their price are pretty high. Adults have to pay too to get in with their child . Went to pick up my nephew one day and they wouldn’t let me in to pick him up with out paying for an admission . Customer service wasn’t that great .

Really fun place for kids of all ages (even I had fun trying to keep up with my son). Its a really big place so it will take a lot of visits for kids to even get close to being bored here. The big kids section is setup almost like a maze. There are different ways of climbing up to get to certain slides or using different combination of tunnels to get from one place to another. My 1 year loved playing in the toddler section, especially going down the slides. My 5 year old has been here a few times already and is always asking to go back. They have a small area for food like pizza, with chairs and table for quick bites. They also have a small arcade section but my son didnt really go there considering how big and fun the other stuff was. Also, this place looks very clean. During one visit, they closed the toddler section briefly to wipe everything down. I noticed the employees taking pictures as they were cleaning. I inquired about that and was told that they have to do that every time they clean and that cleanliness is very important to the owner. Thats always good to hear as a parent. Only downside is that its a little more expensive compared to similar places but after going there and seeing how big it is and how well maintained it is, it might be worth it. They also have multi-visit passes you can buy at a slight discount. Overall I would give it a 4 1/2 stars and would go back again, and would recommend anyone with kids to go as well.

This place is a kids dream with tons of fun stuff to slide down, walk thru and shoot nurf balls. It was clean with friendly and helpful staff. There are several party rooms for special celebrations. The snack bar had an assortment of pretty good food. Prices were reasonable

All around incredible and AMAZING experience!! After recently reopening after the quarantine, we made the decision to drive our 8 year old identical twin girls here to celebrate their birthday.BEST decision EVER. We would make that hour drive again and again as long as we got the chance to see and work with this team.My husband as a firefighter/emt was immediately thanked for his service & told his entry was covered and no cost from Billy Beez. THEN...the moment the three leaders on staff found out it was their birthday, they went away without us even knowing and put together the cutest birthday surprises EVER for them. We just didn’t know what to even say, it impressed us so much. Wow, what amazing people at this business. We couldn’t even thank them enough, but I did request a photo with our girls to save and look back on for their birthday. We loved this experience SO much, thank you!!!!Dominique, Terriant, Patricia, you made two eight year olds entire week. Thank you for all you do!!!We worked with every remaining staff member while visiting and every single one made us feel special, appreciated, and gave us excellent service. Thank you to four other members that were absolutely fabulous as well; Terrance, Blessing, Charles, and Katorris.Now our kids say, Billy Beez is the BOMB!!!

This place is a lot of fun but OH MY GOSH it’s expensive! I walked in not really looking at the price thinking it was the usual $8-10 range for a play place. I was charged $18 for me and my son. Then they wanted to charge my husband $7.95 because he was not accompanying a child. We are not even playing!!! Sometimes I like to bring my child to play places so I can bring my laptop and get some work done, so this is not the place for our family. I don’t want to be charged for myself to play when I don’t want to play. They even charge $2.50 for 5 min on the trampoline on top of the high admission. $18 admission is almost 1/4 of a theme park ticket. Absurd.

The workers in this business told me that me that my daughter was OBESE!

We just had my sons 3rd birthday at billy Beez. Had 10 plus kids. We had an awsome time. Great staff helped set up the party and handed out pizza juice and the cake. The entire place was fun and I can say as an adult who played too that I will be bringing my sons back to play again. Great experience and worth every penny

Our son absolutely loves this place. We decided to host his birthday party here. They were very easy going. allowed us to bring our own cake, snacks, and decor. They had the room setup when we arrived and stayed to hang up our decorations. They were extremely timely with each phase of his party and thought of every detail. Huge thank you to Katelyn who was amazing from start to finish.

Came here for the first time with my 4-year old daughter and her friend. She absolutely LOVED this place and I absolutely loved how clean and interactive it is. Got to meet their manager Chris, who was also very pleasant and told us about how they strive to keep this place so sparkling clean every single day. We’ll definitely be back again and again.

We took our 2.5 year old daughter to Billy Beez this past week. It was my husband, my toddler, our 7 month old child, and myself. Cost about $24-$25 but it was well worth it. A lot of people are complaining that the staff doesnt watch the kids and that is true. It also states that parents are solely responsible for their kids.My husband is 65 tall and 250 pounds and he was able to manuever even in the smallest of spaces with our 2.5 year old. I was even able to take our 7 month old daughter through the tunnels and down slides with her strapped to my chest. The atmosphere is very family friendly and they really encourage parents to play with their kids. It is definitely worth it to us to go back.The food court area is over priced just like you would expect at a movie theater. You can always leave to eat and then come back since you pay for all day play.We did see several parents who just sat around on their phones the whole time so I am sure they are the same ones who have left reviews about no one watching their kids.

We bring our 2 year old here as often as we can! He has a blast and so do we watching him play and do everything. The staff is nice and its always great fun going.

We have had 2 of our grandson parties there and will do so again this year

Good for kids.

I like the amenities they have but honestly speaking, for a one year old admission to be $15 is a bit much because they don’t know what or how to play yet. I understand 2yrs and up but one year olds admission should be half that price. All in all my 3yr old had a blast so I’m gonna keep bringing her and wait til my one year old become more of age to bring her in.

Lots of fun the kids and big kids. A little pricey but worth it once in a while.

I took boys and girls ages 4 to 11. The prices were a bit higher than other play places but its clear why: they offer more.Theres a play area for kids under 42 only with several things to do. My kids loved the human hamster wheel. Theres a set of 8 individual trampolines with nets. The cost $2.50 to jump but our kids were admitted by the staff several times for free since it was not busy. There is an arena of soft foam balls that work with air pipes or cannons to shoot around the area. Ioesnt hurt to get hit. My kids loved it. Theres an extensive jungle gym area.Parents can access all parts due to at least one larger entry area in each area (but you may have to scout for it). Parents will have to stoop and crawl in some areas of the jungle gym. My older kids had plenty of room and places to play.The staff is super awesome. I honestly cant say enough good things. They were kind when they had to reprimand my youngest for climbing up slides and they went above and beyond when my 6 year old (tired) son was crying because a little girl kept knocking over his tower. After the staff got involved my son and the girl ended up happily building a new one together.Oh and everything - even the bathrooms - was super clean!

My daughter had her 5th birthday party this past weekend at Billy Beez. She wanted a wonder woman birthday party but had recently gone to a friends birthday party here, so she requested this venue. Having ordered her wonder woman cake some time back I wanted to see what decorating options were if she had the party at Billy Beez. With the Buzzy package they offered available themes for an additional $100. I could get the wonder woman theme for another $100 charge. I spoke to the central office and was told that if the theme was available at party city, they could get it. Decorating myself was not an option and the Mall of Georgia location was the only one where you could not bring balloons per the phone representative. I thought $200 was steep but I was considering it. My husband thought there was no way it would be worth it and was against it. I was at the mall one day and decided to go talk with the staff. I told them what I was told on the phone and looking online there was only a few wonder woman things available at the local party city. I was told that decorations were not limited to party city and they would get what they could find. They talked about how they have made centerpieces from balloons, etc. and I felt good about paying $200 extra for this theme. I was also told I could bring in balloons which I was happy about since I wanted to make a balloon garland. It was also pointed out that the Queenie package would be the better value. With the Queenie I would pay an additional $50 for the theme of choice and additionally get goodie bags (Okay, but nothing worth while in them. I have included a picture of the contents), an additional slice of pizza for each child (Needed but could be purchased for $20.), ice cream cups for each child (nice, but unnecessary), Billy Bee t shirt for birthday child (unnecessary, could take or leave it), bounce back for the birthday child (very nice, but unnecessary), coffee and tea for the adults (not necessary and actually was halfway through the party room time and I had to send an adult out to remind them that they had not provided these items. Someone also had to get cups for the adults as well). So for 10 children, the Buzzy without these additional items was $300 + $200 for the theme of choice. The Queenie for 10 children was $450 + $50 for the theme of choice. I upgraded a week before the party because for the same price I got more inclusions, although almost none of them had value for me. Fast forward to the party, when the party host was done decorating, I was HIGHLY disappointed. The party decorations consisted of 2 gold plastic table covers, 1 wonder woman table cover, wonder woman plates, wonder woman napkins, gold dessert plates, 12 helium filled latex balloons, 3 mylar star balloons, 1 large mylar number 5 balloon and 4 balloon weights that were used as centerpieces. I have attached a picture of the room with the Billy Beez decorations only and the other picture is once I added my balloon garland and the wonder woman gift bags I made. I mentioned to the party host as well as the location management that I was disappointed in the decorations for the upgraded cost. Management believes that what they did was sufficient and stated they spent more on my decorations ($60) than they normally do ($35). Im still trying to figure out what the markup covers since they essentially charge $200 for theme of choice. When I saw the next party I was really upset because someone could have mentioned that with the Buzzy package, which includes basic Billy Beez decor, I could have simply gotten red and/or blue colored decorations. This would have saved us $150 even with additional food costs. I wanted to write this review to share my experience as a warning, however less than 48 hours after my daughters party, Billy Beez has changed their party packages altogether for the better it seems. The place itself is amazing for kids. They had a blast. I just wish I had got my moneys worth when it came to decorations.

Nice place but your workers need to wear gloves when preparing food whether its frozen or not. You dont touch peoples food with your naked hand, then while waiting for food youre standing there rubbing in your head;

Huge play place. Now that they added unlimited trampoline time to purchase it is a better deal. Great security. Food is decent although you ate captive to what they are offering. Enjoy it and plenty of seating for adults. Can run cold if you are sitting so bring a jacket.

This place is huge! They have different sections for toddlers and older kids. I like that all the poles are padded for kids protection, especially because kids are running all over the place. One thing that bothers me is that several parents are consumed by their phones and not paying attention to their kids, especially when they are being little jerks to smaller kids. The place is big enough that you can walk around and do a quick check on them. Aside from that a fun spot for kids...my 3 year old loves it.

Place is HUGE, good place for kids to burn energy and run around. I was there for a birthday party and my daughter had a blast. Pricing is ok but seems like it can add up quickly as you must wear their socks to play and those are an additional $3. They do try to keep it as sanitary as possible as i seen them close off areas to immediately clean after kids had an accident. There is also tons of hand sanitizer available. Free wifi for parents and a snack bar. I would definitely return but dont think it would be on a regular.

The good: Place is fun and well kept. Lots to do and your kid will have a blast and be tired when done.The bad: Cost is very high... unless you stay ALL day. There is no option for those who dont want to spend all day there. I planned on going yesterday too but when we got there i only had an hour and a half and couldnt bring myself to spend $35 for my two kids for that short time. We ended up playing in the free area in the mall and they were none the wiser. They also charge extra for the trampoline which i dont agree with but their house their rules. They also need secure storage. I had nowhere to put my stuff while chasing my kids around which really stinks. Secure adult storage should be a must for a place like this imo. Very cool place, but i think a few minor changes would mean more revenue for them and make life easier for parents.

Great place to take the kiddos! Parents can even join in on the fun with their kids because there is room to move around unlike other places. They also seem to care for our kids safety.

Great place but a little expensive.

Nice place to take big kiddos and little kiddos! It also has a concession stand and seating for eating!! Just a little too expensive .....but they do make it to where if you leave you can come back to play! It was $16 for my two year old to go into play and for a basket of chicken tenders fries and two small ices it was $16 as well! Kinda like movie prices.

I would give 5 stars everytthing is great except the price. The pricing for adults could be way lower if not no charge. Other kid places that are big dont charge for adults. Maybe make coupons more available , but for a family of four is a bit pricey. Please consider reducing price bc the establishment is great and the staff are super nice and take care of the customer but very costly.

Tried to book a birthday party here 3 times now and each time the customer service is terrible. 1st time I called the location associates had limited information and seemed confused. Called the party line on the website representative was very rude and disrespectful. 3rd time I went to the location thinking that speaking with someone in person may be easier than over the phone. Spoke with 2 associates and neither could answer questions and simply said they were just told to show the print out of what’s included in a party and that they aren’t sure. I’m confused as to how your so “popular “ for parties and associates don’t know anything about them??? 1 month later still no party booked. Trying to book a party shouldn’t be so hectic especially with their prices being higher than all their competitors.

They charge $14.95 per child to get in and then I had to pay $0.95 for myself. Which is expensive as play places to. But then they had two areas that were not included, a trampoline area and an area with basketball goals. Now you’re already charging twice what other play places cost and you’re not even including all of the facility. They also have a game room that costs extra as well. This place is very expensive and after about 30 mins my 3 year old was walking around trying to find things to do. We won’t be back.

Jayla is amazing she was a great party Host for my nephew. Very nice place for kids and I had fun too on the slides and the room with all the balls. Food is reasonable and parking is close. Plus the security they have to assure all kids are safe is so comforting.

I come here all the time with my 2 children. I have an 8 year old and a 5 year old. Even I get in there and play with them because its so fun! Its defintely an awesome place to take youngsters, and the price is fair since its a one time fee for all day play so you can leave and return, just keep your wrist bands. Also, there is no way for children to get out without their parent so you can let them go and not worry about them getting hurt with all the padding or escaping into the mall. If you and your children are bored, and want something affordable to do, try Billy Beez!!! Its worth it!

My daughter(3 years old) and I have visited on a few occasions and have always enjoyed it! She loves all the slides and the foam ball room. There’s also a smaller kids section which is great for 4 and under. Also the trampolines are a blast as well!!

I love bringing my toddler to Billy Beez and have no problem paying the cost! It is well kept and not over crowded. We always have a great time when we go!

The place is great, I think its a little overpriced for what it is, but the girls haf a lot of fun, so...

Went for a 3 year olds birthday party and my son loved it. The play spaces are broken down nicely for young children and older children and there is a mixture of games (like soccer and basketball) and activities (like a ball shooting room) that can make it fun for parents as well.

This place is a great place for kids. I have only been during the week when its pretty empty. My only complaint about this place is they are pretty expensive for what you get and they charge for adults to enter and what they charge for adults is not cheap. This is a kids place there is nothing for adults to do they are charging purely for the adults to stand around.

This place is awesome. It has so many tunnels, slides and obstacle courses, you will not be disappointed. The trampoline part is extra, but not really worth it. There is so much to do. From the ball room and arcade games. You will not find boredom here.

I really enjoys this place and will definitely return. I brought my 2 year old son here and he had a lot of fun in the mini beez section. The price for value depends on how long you stay. Its about $15 for kids 1-17 and $1 for adults.. Infants are less but i couldn’t tell you the price since I wasnt paying attention. You can stay ALL day but we only stayed for 3 hours since my son still naps and he was definitely tired after running around for 3 hours in this place. No the employees dont watch your kids thats your responsibility as the adult. Everything looked pretty clean the only issue was that I found a rotten banana peel in the mini beez area and some of the foam balls had bite marks all over them. Nothing that ruined our trip there though. It was a good experience and im excited for my son to get older and play longer

Say what you will about the price (which, yes, can get steep when hanging for adults as well as kids), this place is great. It’s clean, safe, and overall meticulously maintained.My three-year-old burns off so much energy with the variety of slides, trampolines, etc.Sure, you might save a couple bucks elsewhere but it likely won’t be nearly as nice. Absolutely recommend.

They charge extra to jump on the trampolines on top of the admission price. They also charge for adults who are only sitting and watching-even those who are disabled in wheelchairs! They say it is wheelchair accessible, but the floor area can only be accessed by stairs. The play areas cant be accessed by anyone in a wheelchair at all! You couldnt even push a child around the floor area to the video games! I was greatly disappointed. The ball area is simply a place where children throw soft balls at each other. Its really only beneficial if you bring a group of normally abled children who can entertain themselves together.

Came here about mid-day on a Wednesday. Staff was very patient and informative. The cafe only sells dry snacks on the weekdays. Its quite pricey compared to other indoor playgrounds. If your child is under 18, itll cost you $15 plus an extra dollar for you. There looks to be about 4 main sections. Toddler section (which is quite spacious), an arcade area (most things look to be $1 to play), an air ball type of section (dont worry, its safe. My 3yrs old loved that part), and the main play section. Its quite big and runs like a maze with plenty ways to get up and down. Its really clean. No trash anywhere, balls out of place, rips and tears or things like that. I notice a staff member doing a walk through every so often. You definitely cant sit in one place and see the entire place. The equipments are clean and sturdy as well. You (as an adult) dont feel squeezed or trapped up there. I would choose this place over most with its variety and cleanliness, even with the price. Youre paying for quality here, thats for sure.

So, love this place. Nice, professional people. Very clean facility. My kids love it, its huge. My only gripe is the cost for those who are 3 and under. My one year old should not also be charged 14.99. He can barely walk and certainly cant do all the fun things. He can barely do the stuff in the baby bees section. I think 3 and under should at most be charged half that price. Other than that, everything was great. I also loved that we could leave for a much needed break and come back to play.

We came on a quiet day after spring break and it was awesome! So big and with some cool activities and features not at other places in the area. You can also come and go all day. My 7 and 8 year old loved it and burned so much energy.

3 kids was almost $60 bucks, plus they charged extra for the trampoline, each time my kids want to go, I paid the extra but when my kids wanted to jump for the second time they didnt let them, and they didnt tell me I had to pay for each time they want to jump which is ridiculous. Overpriced place.

Absolutely horrible communication for parties. If you happen to book a party for this place, please ensure that your invitations or an hour before your stated party time. This was not communicated to us at all until 24 hours prior to our party. In addition they failed on communication to let us know that gifts were being held in the front. It wasn’t until we got home roughly 20 miles away that we questioned why there were no gifts. The staff is friendly and accommodating while you arethere, but failed to help you recognize the details of the party.
