Nice and quiet,respectful neighbors. It is somewhere anyone could live and not feel out of place. Complete different from 25 or 30 years ago.

Me and my husband have been down there on two separate occasion just trying to view a mobile home for rent today we went up there and was told there was no mobile home available to view right now after just seeing a ad post it on craigslist then she goes to say someone just rent the last one yesterday which I do not believe I believe the issue is that we are black most of the community is Mexican or Puerto Rican with a few exceptions of whites who don’t mind living with the Mexicans I did not see any black residents in that neighborhood and I was told that I should try back next month although no one is answering the telephone or calling you back called unless you have been to the facility then they will call you back after you leave

I have lived here for years. It could be worse. But it definitely could be better for what the rent is. Donna in the office could definitely use a better attitude. I mean we do pay your salary. You dont have to talk to all of us like were trash. Especially when you need something there could be a better reception. Especially when that something is really your responsibility is the leasing office. I had a tree that got Zapped by lightning and the first thing she said was youre supposed to have renters insurance! What does that have to do with the fact that you need to come cut down the tree before it falls on my house?? They finally did. Also there is a large amount of trash sporadically placed around the complex that takes weeks for them to clear out. Such as when someone moves out of the house. Also theres trash buried up underneath the entire place so sometimes it surfaces. I had a large piece of metal in my backyard that had been buried for years and the rain washed the yard causing the metal to surface. Again it took forever for someone to come and get it and then all they did was put it by the mailbox. Genius! I had to call for several weeks to have someone pick it up. This is ridiculous customer service in this place. I cant wait to move. Of course it could be a lot more run down. But it definitely could be a lot better for the amount of rent you pay. By the way your rent doesnt really get you much except for the land and your gas pickup. Nothing else!

The most unprofessional people!!!! I was told to put in an application went to bring in documents and was told the unit was already rented out. What a way to waste peoples time. Most businesses are upfront about accepting mutiple apps for one unit and it being a free for all. Dont waste your time!!!

Playground needs new mulch and new equipment. Swings are cracked and moldy. When it rains the playground gets so muddy and disgusting as well as the basketball court. Theres only one basketball hoop. The one that actually has a Who underneath it its covered in dirt and when it rains and becomes mud. Apparently we are supposed to have a volleyball court but its just been a huge nasty sandbox and kitty litter for the Stray Cats.Dont understand why the playground is not well taken care of after all we all pay a some what high lot fee. Its noy like maintance cuts our (tiny) piece of grass I mean yardOffice assistant is bilingual but not very customer service friendly.

A mobile home community, lease/purchase, playground pool.pet friendly,well lit and maintained decent place for kids.

Lived here 2 years and while the school system is a plus unfortunately its the only. Nothing is ever repaired or fixed as promised causing several headaches and frustrations. The maintenance crew seems to be incompetent and unwilling to help as this requires them to do more than drive around the neighborhood in the company truck. I have talked to several neighbors and they receive the same treatment. So long story short $900 /month rent to have half of your appliances working and then to receive a horrible attitude when you request it to be fixed then once they are out there maintenance will tell you its fixed but honestly its not they just put Band-Aids on everything nothing is actually fixed. Beware of floor issues as alot of units have had water damage to the floor and again nothing is done from the office. Dont have buyers remorse over this neighborhood.

I went to Countryside on a whim, loved what I saw, was shown a lot with a mobile home for sale...loved it, closed on the home...moving in. Staff was great!

Ive been living here for About 2 years and i havent had a problem until today. Lady in the Bmw 7series decided to accuse me of Riding a fourwheeler When i dont t even own a fourwheeler. She has serious issues.
