We did this escape room today for my son’s birthday and it was so much fun!! We’ve done 2 other rooms in Texas and Paranoia Quest blew both of them completely away. There were tons of puzzles not to difficult but for sure not to easy either. All the puzzles we had to figure out to get us out were fantastic!! We had a blast, my whole family highly recommends it. TJ was our host and he was so friendly and fun. The whole experience was top notch!! We are already talking about our next visit. AWESOME experience!!!

Love this place! Rooms are well designed, beautiful, and fun. The customer service is top notch! The game master TJ acting skills are awesome! He makes the game exciting before you start. Highly recommend! The Dig escape room is one of my favorites.

So much fun. The Witch Cabin was very challenging but we made it! Our guide was in costume and character and even had some witty jokes to make things even more fun!

This was the first time I’ve ever done an escape room and completely did it on the fly this afternoon for my brothers birthday. It was a great experience and TJ was the one who helped my family and I and he was a fantastic host. I would really recommend it and would for sure do it again.

Really cool place, if youve never done an escape room you ought to try one. I had a fantastic time with my friends here, and will definitely return! The only downside of this place is the rooms are quite pricy.

Did The Dig and Zombie Hour. The Dig was pretty good in my opinion. The Issue was with Zombie Hour. They told us that the group before us broke something and if we wanted to still do it then they will manually open it when we get to it. When we get there it took us about 8 or so minutes to call for help cause we thought we was stuck. We call for help and she said that we was at the part where the last group messed up, butour issue is that the GMs should have been watching what weve already done and opened it when we got there. Told us after 8 minutes of trying to figure out how to get in and only got 3 minutes back. For some reason our GM swapped half way for our room and we got another GM. New GM didnt know what weve done or where weve been so that took even more time from us. Also, every time we called itll take a few seconds and even sometimes half a minute to even get a clue. Phone connection felt like it was losing connection or they couldnt hear us. We kept having to call them back or theyll try to call us back then hang up. Overall experience wasnt that good, GM should keep up with what weve done and not switch half-way through our session. Phone connection was bad, took to long to try and get a clue, and GMs not knowing what weve done just adds to our time loss trying to figure out what weve done to give us a hint.

Went yesterday and did Witch Hunt. Neither of us had ever done an escape room, and had no clue we picked the hardest one. Our game master, TJ, was wonderful! We were impressed with the level of difficulty, we were worried it would be so easy we wouldnt have fun. We had a blast working our way through, and were grateful for the ability to get hints. We managed to escape with 4 seconds left on the clock! Would definitely recommend as a date, or for a group of friends!

Our party of 7 did Wonderland and the pros were that it was very elaborate and we had a good time! The secret doors and clues were well thought out and overall challenging enough. I could have stayed in there all day with the amazing rooms and creativity. The cons were that it was $89 for two tickets alone. Another big con which really put a damper on the entire experience is that our group went in with the intentions of trying to beat the time of the best group. Well due to technical difficulties that took about twelve-fifteen minutes to deal with, we ended up finishing late. It would have been nice to have time added back to our clock considering that we did one part correctly MULTIPLE times just to find out after wasting a clue that it was actually not us.

Really enjoyed visiting this place with friends. Definitely recommend coming here and trying out the several escape rooms offered.

We did Wonderland. We arrived 20 min early, they told us we could start early but then we ended up waiting 35+ minutes for the staff to fix the room... “technical difficulties”. It was kind of dirty and there were broken pieces/doors from other players trying to force things open. We had to call in 3 clues for the same puzzle because it didn’t do what it was supposed to when solved. Overall it was fun and we will be back - just disappointed things didn’t work as they should have.

Arcade games and updated versionsof pinball . Nice staff . small place .Will definitely return to play again.

10/10 do NOT recommend. First of all $47 a person? I was expecting this to be the best escape room I’ve ever done for $47 per person. We reserve operation bravo and the first thing the guy at the front desk said is that we won’t be able to do it because it’s going to be to hard for us to do. So we ended up doing the pirate themed one. When we needed a hint I would call the front desk and everything was out of order. We would ask for a hint and he didn’t know where we were at because the room was so unorganized. At the end you are supposed to “blow up” the door with a canon but it wouldn’t work no matter what we did. We even called for 2 hints to try and figure it out.... after 15 mins of doing it correctly and the front desk watching us we called for a 3rd hint for the finale puzzle and he said “oh I saw y’all did it correctly earlier so just walk out”. We felt like everything we were touching was going to break. Honestly wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. We laughed it off and had a good time but I am VERY disappointed. Went here because it’s about 15 mins away from our houses but we should have drove an hour away for a better and cheaper escape room.

My Husband and I came here kinda last minute trying to find something fun for our 10 year anniversary and this was definitely super fun we did the witch hunter not realizing it is the hardest one and this being our first ever escape room was kinda out of our league. But Tj made it so amazing he dressed up and was so great we will definitely being coming back to give it another go thanks Tj seriously your awesome!!

We had an amazing time here. Our game master, I believe it was James, was top notch. Enthusiastic, fun, and so good natured and helpful. This is the third different place Ive been to and it was the best by far. We liked it so much we did a second one immediately after. Thank you for an awesome time!

Group of 6 in our 40s & 50s tried our first escape room. We did Operation Bravo. It was a tight fit for 6. Lots of puzzles and locks to solve, some of which were just distractions, so you have to stay focused and pay attention. We successfully escaped after using several hints. The hints were simply a failure of imagination on our part. Well do better next time, now that we have a feel for the experience. The room was definitely in used condition, but everything worked and was setup correctly. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Party of 6, ages 17-45. Only one had never done an escape room. We did the new pirate one. It was fun but not as good as The Dig, which was amazing. It was easy for us, so our play time was cut down by half. There were a few times when half of us were standing around because there was only one puzzle to solve before moving on, and only 2 or 3 could fit around the table or opening at a time to see. Not a lot of simultaneous action or even red herrings or other clues to explore. (The decorations were terrific, though.) Going in blindfolded was a little uncomfortable but didnt last too long. TJ was a great host. He really got in to character and was fun and hilarious. We only called for one clue, and that was because the item was really hard to line up correctly, which was kind of frustrating. Paranoia Quest is way better than the $20 escape room at Sugarloaf Mills. Overall a really fun experience. Thanks!

This place is a joke! First of all if you pay $42 (per person) you expect things to be pretty good.....NOT THE CASE! We paid for the party room which was their lobby. We also paid for pictures taken with our phones. The whole experience may have last 1 hour. Oh and that was the guy giving us an extra 15 minutes. Things in the rooms were broke, just an all around RIP OFF!!

We did the Alice and Wonderland room with TJ as our game master. He was awesome. The room was awesome.

James was the game master for 3 out of 4 escape rooms weve done, and he was great for all of them. He was super helpful and always made our experience super enjoyable. The rooms are super fun and doable with a few people and they are nice enough to let you go over the hour if you havent finished.

We went for the Zombie Hour with a group of 8 for our sons birthday. Lots of fun, with challenging puzzles. Our gamemaster was Justin. He did an excellent job of explaining the game, and staying in character. I definitely recommend going with a larger group. I dont see how we could have gotten through the rooms without all of the people that we had.

Our family had a fun experience today in the Operation Bravo escape room. It was very well done with challenges to keep us intrigued and motivated. Justin did a wonderful job in leading us through the process with his knowledge and enthusiasm. We would highly recommend this experience.

We went as a group of 3 and did Escape Plan. It was challenging and fun! We had a blast, but our 8 year old was a little scared. Luckily Kenneth went above and beyond to help us keep her calm. They were even kind enough to let us do Wonderland afterward which was a bit more kid friendly. All in all we had a great time and can’t wait to go back!

Had a wonderful experience with TJ as a game master. This was my first time and Im glad I came here! The bar has been set and it is quite high! The place is in the mall of georgia so a slight challenge with parking but it is SO worth it! The clues are awesome and make you think but are doable!

Weve enjoyed three rooms at Paranoia Quest...The Dig, Wonderland, and Escape Plan. All three were challenging and fun. Justin was our game master each time and did a great job; very pleasant and accommodating. My only suggestion is to lower the price to be more in line with other escape rooms in the Atlanta area.

Had a wonderful experience as this was my first time visit at paranoia quest. James was excellent and made sure he explained the point of the room! Will definitely be back!

TJ was an incredible game master! There were only three of us in the Witch Hunter game. And, while we didnt finish the last clue, he still came to help us with the bricks that stuck in the wall. Id definitely recommend this one to others, especially if you have a larger group to help. :) Thanks TJ!

The sets are great. We did Escape Plan and it was fun. Very creative. But for a $40 experience I expect more. First, if you call them you get a call center and they booked us for a time that wasnt available. The actual location called us to reschedule. Called back to add another person and the call center couldnt figure out how to add a person. Ended up booking them online ourselves. The lobby of this place is dirty and looked like it hasnt been cleaned in a while. There was an odd smell. It appears rundown and unmanaged. There was nobody at the front desk when we got there. Again, for $40 I expect a bit more polish and professionalism.

I have done plenty of escape rooms in my time on this earth and this is in the Top 3. We did The Dig which required you to complete some crazy, super cool challenges in order to get out. There is crazy attention to detail and the best customer service I have ever experienced at an escape room. Our staff member TJ made the experience 10x more enjoyable and had us laughing the entire time. All in all a 10/10 experience would recommend it to everyone.

Had a birthday party for my daughter today and had a wonderful time! Kenneth did a great job dealing with 9 happily yelling girls, who loved it!Having done a couple other escape rooms myself, I thought the rooms were beautifully designed too.

My group of eight consisting of family and friends had a great time thanks to our man T.J. who helped us through escaping the room. Our theme was escape plan.

We played The Dig, Wonderland, and Witch Hunter. TJ, Kenneth, and Alex were our moderators and were AWESOME! They did a great job helping us when we needed and answering our questions afterward. I was surprised to learn that one moderator is expected to run all the rooms at the same time. As an escape room moderator myself, I know how tough it is to run one room at a time, let alone six or seven! Our mods did a wonderful job with a tough task. Management should probably look into staffing more folks at once so the staff isnt overworked and can provide this excellent experience to all their groups!

It was my sisters birthday on Friday and we decided to do an escape room since we had never done one before. All I can say is wow. I couldnt believe the amount of detail they put into the room. We did Wonderland, and it was amazing. Highly recommend this place. Will be back soon.

We booked and completed two rooms, Wonderland and Witch Hunter. Both very different rooms by theme and difficulty, but still an amazing time. Witch Hunter was an awesome room - thematically and challenging. Shoutout to TJ our gamemaster for guiding us and helping provide immersion of the experience with his costumes and acting. Would come back to this company!

The set was so cool, detailed and well done; it felt realistic! The puzzles were fun and made really good use of props! Overall it was challenging and very entertaining! James was great with the clues and encouragement! Weve done a number of room escapes, but this was the best one weve done yet! We will definitely be returning for the other rooms

My group did Witch hunter. It was awesome! This is the best escape room company I’ve done. The production value is worth the charge. James was a great game master! The puzzles were fair but challenging. Highly recommend this for your group. Enjoyed it so much we came back the next day and did Wonderland. It also was terrific. There were a couple technical issues that were handled wonderfully by Kenneth and Gabby! Gabby was an excellent game master. Kenneth was great getting us pumped up to do the challenge. The customer service is incredible. Highly recommend!!

My wife and I did the dig at the Buford location, in GA. It was for our anniversary, and we had a great time. Our game master, Ken was awesome, and the attention to detail was really cool. Definitely will go again!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! We did the escape plan first and ended up doing The Dig the same day also! My son had a absolutely blast. Alex was very helpful and energetic, great customer service.We will definitely be back to go through the other rooms soon.

We had a group come to here last Saturday. It was a really fun experience and I would recommend anyone to give this a place. The set pieces were really detailed and the puzzles were really fun and challenging. A few of the puzzles acted up at times but the experience was well worth it. Eric and the new girl, I think it was maybe Taylor? were really helpful and I would definitely go back and try a different room.

My wife and I had never done anything like this before and wanted to try something new for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. We did the Witch Hunter room and we were very impressed. We went on a Monday so we were the only people in the place and the host was awesome - he was excited for us since it was our first time. When we had to call him for hints, he did just that...and didnt just flat out give us the answers (which we liked, as we wanted a challenge). The attention to detail in the room was amazing and my wife and I had a blast. Our one complaint was that one of the features was not working as we expected and it ate up about 5 minutes of our time...and we had to use one of our hints. Other than that, I give Paranoia Quest 5/5 stars. We WILL be back to try some of the other rooms.P.S. - We did not escape, but came VERY close.

Did the zombie escape room on 6/7 @745pm with family & it was great up until we started encountering technical difficulties. At first we thought it was error on our part but after calling for a hint, the game master came in & told us he would have to reset it manually because it wasnt working. About 15 minutes were wasted before it was up & running again but the time was given back to us to complete the room. Unfortunately, parts of the room continued to not work how they were supposed to & they kept having to reset things manually. Towards the end, we called for another hint & a girl told us we had completed the room & could leave. We were all confused because we had yet to get the pass code needed for the computer so we had the girl come in the room & she told us how the room was supposed to end. The lock box never opened even though we had the correct code & she stated that it was broken & that her manager was dumb and hasnt gotten it fixed. She then proceeded to tell us all the rooms were broken because other people had destroyed them & the owner has done nothing to fix them. We were all pretty upset & felt we didnt get our moneys worth. We asked if there was a manager and she stated it was only her and the other guy working & they were both new. The girl did offer for us to do another room but it was already 10pm & we had to go. We enjoyed our time together but left dissatisfied with the room itself. If things had worked like they should, it would have been a much better experience.

Went with some friends on Saturday night, and man this place is amazing. The employees were phenomenal. Great customer service. The rooms are great designed. Will definitely be back soon.

This was my first time going to an escape room and I was not disappointed! Justin rocks socks! I loved Witch Hunter. We didnt win but we totally had fun!

This was an awesome family experience. We were Bravo Team. Eric was our game master and Kevin (the manager) ensured our experience was all it could be. Our ages span 13-56 years. The clues were varied and allowed each person in our group to utilize their unique personality and thought process which contributed to our success. Everyone solved a piece of the puzzle which lead to “Escape”.

We had an awesome experience completing the Jail Break escape room at Paranoia. The layout and design was way better than expected. The staff was very friendly, patient, helpful, and professional during our whole experience. We definitely plan to come back and try out the other escape rooms that Paranoia has to offer!

What a wonderful experience. James and Kenneth were amazing. Character acting was amazing. Service was amazing. After doing the witch hunt(which is the hardest quest) and not making it to the end really made me want to go back and do it again. I was proud to have made it as far as I did with my husband. We will be back with a group next time!

We love this place!!! We’ve done 3 escape room and all have been AWESOME. TJ is awesome, he helps us all the time without giving away too much. And his character portrayals are hilarious!! Everything about the place is great!!!!! We will def be back as always!!

Asked for a receipt and never got it in e-mail (charge was accurate though). Our final photo was real bad, we received it via e-mail about 5 hours after we successfully finished The Dig—photo was really really grainy and not a good memory. For the price paid, we should have received quality service/products.A supervisor called and squared everything away. I move my rating to a 2 since this was a positive; however, our initial experience still had issues.

I did the zombie hour, went for a friends birthday on 4/3/19. Scheduled at 7:45, but we were all there at 7:25. After completing consent forms, our game master Gabby, (whom was very energetic and enthusiastic) let us start early. We had a blast. It was just right for four people. It might be a PG-13 event, but it wasn’t grotesque like Walking Dead. So I had a great time. Again, seriously, try and go when Gabby is working. She was Great.

I had a lot of fun going here for my friends birthday this past Wednesday. Alex did an awesome job of explaining the rules and getting into character to make us feel more immersed in the Witch Hunter escape room. I will definitely come back again sometime.

TJ was awesome and helpful. Came her with our nieces and nephew and we all had a great time. The power went out during our session due to outside interference and he was awesome at getting everything back and working so we could finish. We will always keep coming back when we are looking for a fun and interactive outing.

Took Mom for Mothers Day and did The Dig room. It was a BLAST! Eric was a great guide and really got into character to enhance the experience. The room was well designed and had a great story line. I would highly recommend Paranoia Quest to friends and family. 10/10 would go again.

My sister and I did the escape room The Dig for her 14th birthday. Kenneth set us up with a walk in and was super helpful! She had a blast at her birthday surprise and we finished in about 47 minutes! Not bad for just 2 people!

I had the best time ever! Everything was great and perfect. The guy working there was literally the best and made sure we had a great time. I’m definitely coming back.

We had a blast doing the escape room with a family of 4 and were able to beat Operation Bravo. Eric was fantastic and was super cheerful and just felt like he went above and beyond. We will definitely be coming back to do the rest of the rooms (which we got previews of and looked amazing!)

Fun experience. Some of the puzzles needed some fine tuning to work properly. Could be cleaner. Staff was great - friendly, helpful, wanted the guests to have a good experience.

I had a lot of fun with my friends doing the Dig with Gabi. She was really helpful especially when we sat in an area we thought was the next room and it totally wasn’t. We felt really silly but her motivational comments between tips made it really enjoyable and a positive experience for everyone. I definitely want to go back sometime and try more rooms.

Had a pretty good time! First time ever doing and escape room!! The room was pretty cool honestly; One section of it really required some thinking. Our coordinator was Eric, and he was really nice; he was very sweet and welcoming! Very good first time experience!!

Brilliant puzzle designs, themes, execution. It was slightly awkward due to one of the pizzles not resetting correctly, and some lock boxes not opening, but nonetheless such a cool place to escape!

The experience was great! they helped us without giving too much away! made is such a fun time! Kenneth, TJ, Mikes, Gabi and Eric were amazing! we did the “Escape plan” which was so fun and interesting! amazing place!

My coworkers and I wanted to do an Escape Room together and chose Paranoia Quest due to the positive reviews. Unfortunately, we did not have a positive experience. There were numerous mishaps while we were there. In one of the rooms, we had to insert a fuse in to an electrical box in order to turn the lights. The fuse would not work, the explorer came to assist us and he could not get it to work either - even with multiple fuses. So we carried on, trying to solve the puzzles of this room with our cellphone lights. Then, a main cabinet door was jammed shut, so even though we carried out the proper methods to solve this clue - it wouldnt open and again we had to request assistance. The explorer and manager had to forcefully open the cabinet due to it being jammed shut. We then moved to the next (and last) portion of the room. We solved all of the clues in this room, but we were still missing 1 main component to unlock the door. All of sudden, this last piece came sliding down the slide, coming from the previous room we were in. Apparently, it was in the jammed shut cabinet and since we didnt open it, we didnt see it in there. When the staff realized that was what we were missing (by seeing on cameras), they ran into the previous room, retrieved it, and tossed it into the room we were in.When we asked to speak to a manager/someone about getting our money back, we were told that isnt possible and we could send an email to the support email. All in all, we had some good laughs about everything going wrong and we maintained a good sense of humor about everything. But if you are wanting to take this seriously, I would not recommend going to this facility. Especially for the overall cost, it should not have had that many mishaps. I dont think it was in anyway the employees fault, I think it is the owner. It appears this place was sloppily thrown together and then the owner hired staff to run it, while they had nothing to do with managing it efficiently. I highly doubt this place will be in business long-term. Ive been to other Escape Rooms and never had an experience quite like this.

Gabby and Eric were friendly and welcoming to us. We are from Arizona and visiting family, so we decided to do an escape room. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the beginning of the room (Eric as the hatter)! We would definitely come here again! Thanks Eric and Gabby!! :)

I dont consider myself an expert when it comes to escape games, I just love doing them and I have about 20 under my belt. I am trying to find immersive environments, challenging puzzles, and cool interactions. I do believe that Paranoia Quest delivers this.My group did the Witch Hunter experience and we were blown away by the set design upon walking into the first area of the Witch Hunt. The audio and visuals that we were seeing were very awesome and extremely immersive. The puzzles were unique compared to the experiences at other Escape Games that I have participated in and very interactive. We unfortunately didnt escape, but that happens. Awesome experience and will do other rooms.Why the 4 stars?The day of our game was on a Thursday at 7:15PM. We walk into the building and are greeted and taken care of, we begin on time. I have seen many clue systems ranging from help on monitors to walkie-talkies. This one uses a wireless house phone intercom system that calls back to the base station.While we were being introduced to our scenario, one of the other phones rang and the gamemaster, Mr. Baker, continued giving us the introduction, but this hinted that another group was asking for help and they were essentially put on hold while he helped us into our game.Everything transitioned smoothly after that and we got to a portion of the game where a pickaxe that was not supposed to be loose, was not screwed into the wall(we found out that a previous group must have pulled it out of the wall) and we did not know if it was part of the game. We called the game master after about 2 minutes of waking around with a 3 foot sharp pickaxe gently prying at locked doors and boxes trying to figure out what to do with it, and asked if it was supposed to detach from the wall. He promptly entered the room, placed it back into the wall and completed the puzzle for us. This made it seem as though we were only lightly being monitored because if that was our first game, we could have easily have broken their puzzles or doors not knowing that it wasnt part of the game.Fast forward----We had a couple of other issues, but pretty small in comparison. The room wasnt reset exactly correct and a magnetic puzzle piece was thought to be reset, but it was sticking to the magnet holder instead of its reset location. (This happens but ultimately did lose some time on it because we couldnt figure out what to do with the empty puzzle. After calling, explaining, having him come in again, it was reset and he promptly apologized giving us some time back.) We also found drill bits (not part of the game) just lying on a table in front of us in the last room.When asking for clues, you might have to be prepared to explain where you are in the game because, at least in our experience, they can potentially be short staffed and busy trying to game master multiple rooms with issues potentially arising making them have to step away from the computer to help other groups.This is at no fault to the game master however.Mr. Baker was extremely pleasant, fun to talk to, share escape game experiences, getting us excited for the room in the pre-game and helping us along after the game. We didnt have to explain when we asked for clues, and at any point we were being monitored and taken care of immediately. We decided to try Paranoia Quest for Couples Date Night. My husband and I tried a different escape room previously but Paranoia Quest was much better by far. As Indiana Jones fans, The Dig was an easy choice. Each room was very detailed and matched the theme perfectly. There were a few surprises along the way that made our experience even better. If you get stuck, dont worry, you can call for you to 5 clues( we used 3), lol. The staff member that helped us was great and played his role perfectly when it was time for him to go into character. If youre thinking about trying an escape room, Id definitely recommend Paranoia Quest, you wont be disappointed.

We had an awesome time. Eric and Kevin were both great. I dont think the experience would have been as fun without them. We will definitely book again.

Kenneth was awesome! This was a great memory made for my family and showed how well we work together and communicate when we have to.However, I would love to see our photo taken at the end. I can’t find it on the Facebook page and I’ve asked for it twice via email. I would love to have it : (Highly recommended for legit family time with no phones for an hour : )

A great escape room! The room design was so good and the employees there are awesome! Eric and Gabby helped make the experience awesome for some first timers in our group! Would definitely come check out other rooms!

My boyfriend and I did the Operation Bravo escape room today and we had tons of fun! It was just the two of us (we’re both 17) and we were able to complete the room with a few hints. TJ was working while we were there and he was great! He was funny and very helpful.

My group did The Dig and it was amazing. This was my first escape room and I absolutely loved it. Customer service was great. The Game Masters (Kenneth, TJ, Miles, Gabi and Eric) did amazing and getting us pumped. I look forward to going again.

Zombie hour was awesome. Eric was a great game master. I dont think we would have made it without him. Would definitely come back!

Kenneth hooked it up and let us finish out miserable attempt towards the end of close after our time expired and helped us out with clever clues. Our group had a blast trying to figure out all of the unique puzzles. We did the Escape Plan room and it was great for beginners (black diamond for our group).My only mark towards this place would be the pricing. It was $40 per person, so $160 for the 4 person group is quite pricey for a 1 hour activity with some friends. Overall had a great time, would recommend!

The staff here got 5 stars before we even got into the escape room itself. Besides that, the escape room was pretty challenging for me and my family and it was so fun. We got to work as a team and put in each of our efforts and it was great! I wish I remembered the names of the staff that were there that night!

Amazing job! Our group attempted the zombie hour room with TJ as our game master. Very good design and well thought out puzzles. Super fun experience. Will be back to try more rooms in the future when visiting family!!
