Brisk walking! Light guns! Pew pew pew! This place is pretty entertaining. Theres laser tag, a go-kart game, big-wheel racing, and mini golf. The staff really have it together, and most of the entertainment stuff is between passable and great. A fine afternoon for a group of friends or out with the kids.

A pretty basic Dave and Busters type of place, WAY smaller and bar style food only. Was only here once and probably won’t return, not impressed. Photos I took were at 8PM on a Saturday night and the place is d-e-a-d.

We had tons of fun. They are currently offering a deal $22 for one month of unlimited visits. So the kids and i are able to come at least once day if we want. Mini golf was open as well. And they have hand sanitization stations right up front. The snack bar is open, but if you are not paying cash I was told I would have to scan the barcode on the table which was harder for me because two of my kids are very young. Im wondering why they cant just take credit cards at counter?

Love this place, lots of fun, the food is good and price is good too, they have wine & beer large TVs, the video games you cant play because of C19 but mini golf is open still andBumper car game is open too, I will definitely recommend this place

An excellent place to have fun. They are always working to make every experience enjoyable. Their main attractions, laser tag and Cyber Sport, are both a lot of fun. They also have a very good mini golf course.

Lasertron is always fun for the kiddos but this visit we went for a bday party here, unfortunately a bday party of five 9 year olds were put in with teenagers and the things my son told me happened in there after their session was through were very disappointing. Older boys hitting the younger kids in the arms with their laser guns as they are walking by and calling the younger kids names.Not much supervision or repercussions from the female ref in there that day. Wish we were in there with our little ones.

Lasertron is well oiled machine. That has a surprisingly young well spoken mild mannered staff. The staff is attentive the establishment is very clean. Best of all its a hit with kids of all ages from the 6 year old to 66 years old. I cant say enough about how, wonderful the whole operation is managed and run.

It is a fun place to go & they do a great job with birthday parties but when it comes to the game room, its a let down of the lack of tickets on quite a few games & the ticket exchange is ridiculous! These poor kids have 25-50 tickets & they are lucky to get a piece of candy. This is disappointing to them & they dont understand. Be a bit more reasonable?

Liked them better back in the day. But its still a fun time to be had with friends or family. Great place to bring your kids.

Not the kid friendly place I remember from my youth. Wish they had smaller rooms so they could sort the teams by ages a little better, my son enjoyed it for the most part but was put out by the older crowd getting upset that they were stuck with a 7yr old when theyre competitive players.

Lasertron is tremendous fun were all ages. If multiple different activities to do whether it be the laser tag game, cybersport, big wheels, mini golf and even arcade. I tend to think the value was tremendous, I have went there with adults, and they were shocked with how much fun they had. I also recently took my nephews, the and we went back three times before they left town. The employees are always friendly, there to help and make sure everyone has a good time. If youre looking for something to do, I would highly recommend it is it is well run, a great value and fun.

My kids love coming here. $20 gets you 1 attraction each day for an entire month. They also have unlimited mini-golf outside that is included.

I love Lasertron. Theres so much to do. Lasertron s played in a huge dark arena filled with obstacles to hide behind. There are a few different games but the classic team base pitting two teams against each other is my favorite. You where a fairly heavy vest with electronic sensors on it that make noise when someone tags you with their laser. Theres an umbilical coming out the front attached to a gun that you aim at opposing players or there teams base to gain points. It is a great workout. Its very addicting and loads of fun. Its not just for kids either, us older folks love it too. Also at Lasertron they have a nice arcade, bar and food available (pizza, wings, etc.), 3 beautiful mini golf courses, big wheels (adult sized) to race on an outdoor course and Cyber Sport. Cyber Sport is played in an arena on bumper cars you control with one hand while the other hand carries a scoop. You try to throw the ball into a target for your team with your scoop. Its fun zooming around on the cars.The staff at Lasertron is the BEST. They are friendly, knowledgeable, patient and caring They help the new players, they comfort the little ones who may be afraid... they are a big part of making the Lasertron experience a great one.They offer packages with very good prices making it a great deal to play everyday if you want. Easy parking right out front. Its not far from the expressway, easy to get to. Its a great way to spend an afternoon or evening with friend, family or by yourself. Single players can jump in on games so you dont need a group to play. They make it all very easy to do. Lasertron is my choice for working out, fun and good times.

The 2 session price is pretty affordable at $23. Note though, on weekend days it will be crowded with young kids for birthdays. It was overly hot in the game room too. I understand it is an active sport type game but for that reason the room should be set to a cooler temperature. Overall it was fun!

I took my fifteen-year-old and his friends here for his birthday. While the place wasn’t entirely lame, it could improve tremendously.The concept of having a bar adjacent to a child’s arcade/fun area is awkward. Hopefully, the kids won’t get their hopes up for arcade prizes because their selection is quarter machine quality. This place is way too overpriced for the return-not worth it. We’ll drive the extra few minutes to D&B.The lasertag arena is jam packed with too many obstacles so it’s difficult to maneuver around. They cram way too many people into such a small space.I have no desire to ever return. The website hypes it up, but aside form the cybertron, the rest of the place leaves a lot to be desired.

Lasertron is wonderful place to spend your time to enjoy and away from work especially on weekends. So many games and very friendly people around. The place is not too costly so everyone can afford it and go and have fun.

The place is nice but in my opinion staff should be nicer. We played once a lasertag, it was the first time for us here and we didnt understand the game... pretty sad even though we had fun.

Really fun on a rainy day. Spent $20pp and got 4 rounds of laser tag in a huge multistory room that had plenty of features, besides shooting your enemies there are moving areas to capture (hills) and steal. We had a great guide go through everything and monitor us in the area. The equipment is new and clean and works great. For the $20 the kids also got some arcade credits. I highly recommend!

Awesome to take your kids. Took my son. Did the $25 gold membership. 2 sessions a day for laser tag, mini golf or a big wheel course for 30 days. My son did two laser games. Each is 30 minutes plus $20 for arcades and the games are half off and discounts on the food. Every 100 tickets from the arcade games are $1 off their food. Good for ppl on a budget. Will be taking him every other weekend!

Very fun place. Went there for a work outing and there was a variett of finger foods and pizza. A cool place to have close to home and was a fair price. Staff is friendly and werent too crazy over rules. It was alot of fun. I recommend going as large a group as possible. More fun that way.

Really a great place. I thought it was very reasonably priced and so much more than just Lazertron. It has a nice eating/sitting area with good food. The staff was all very friendly and helpful if needed.

I heard it’s really fun there. I’ve never been there, but I guess it’s supposed to be a really great family past time. I have a friend that goes there 2-3 times a month and she says that it’s the best experience ever. I would definitely check it out.

Brings me back to good childhood memories. Fun at any age! Always order the Lasertron surprise drink which is pretty much a jungle juice of all their drinks.

Pretty good. My only qualm is that sometimes the staff are not exactly on the same page. I get conflicting or jumbled info from them at times, when I need to ask questions pertaining to my membership, making reservations for attractions etc.

Fun, WELL-organized, excellent pizza, and clean. A terrific winter activity. And they even accommodate youngsters as young as 4/5 for the laser experience. Love it here! For all ages.

This was my second time playing laser tag ever. This place has the routine down very well. Clean, on-time, and safe. I played two matches, each one having 4 games. Tip: the later the evening goes, the more rowdy the players may be. Earlier games apparently have more families and a broader age range. When you check in they might offer you an arcade upgrade, which we got for one of us, but didnt really use, except for the free drink. No matter - we had a blast here.

Ive definitely played better lazer tag, but it was still an enjoyable place to hang out with friends for a relatively good price. The arcade was pretty fun, the usual stuff. Cyber sports was a new and exciting game, worth checking out with a group of friends.

Updates on the games are sweet.Staff is much friendlier and they actually smile.Only thing is the space is still so small. But Im sure theyre working on it.

Hosted two work events here and I cannot stop talking about staff. They were amazing Adam on both events took time to make sure everything was smooth. Every staff member was great, but Adam stuck out.

This seems like a smaller Lasertron than the one in other cities such as Rochester, and not as many arcade games. The deals suck, spent too much money for only 15 minutes of fun. Workers were nice though

I have to say, we have been to Lasertron many times in the past few months, and it had been ok in the past. That is why I have it 2 stars. But, the last time we went, we were celebrating my sons and daughters birthdays. We bought 22 gold memberships for them and their friends, plus food and game tokens. During the second game of Lasertag, a young adult player, approximately 18-20 years old, began to physically hold down my youngest childs friends guns and verbally attack them, even those on his own team (my husband was also playing, but was on the opposite team as my son). My son has special needs, and this player even started verbally going back and forth with him, reducing him to tears. When the kids tried to tell the referee, the referee said he couldnt do anything about it.After the game, we had cake and opened presents, and once the party attendees left, my husband and I explained our concerns to the person at the desk. We also saw that this player was hanging out in the staff break room, so he was either an employee or someone they considered close enough to be allowed in there.The staff told us that there was nothing they could do, because the player told them our son had yelled at him in the game, asking him if he wanted to fight, something that is totally out of character for our special needs child, all of 11 years old. When we still seemed unhappy about it, she asked us in an exasperated tone what we wanted her to do about it. My request was that people act maturely and appropriately, or be accompanied by a supervising adult. She offered no sympathy or understanding, just blame. Very disappointed. We will not return and we will share our experience with others, especially those in the special needs community.

Lasertron was fun to get really sweaty tho. The fog in the room is a bit uncomfortable but you dont notice it after a few minutes. The pizza was good and the arcade was fun!

It was a great experience. I loved the laser tag, and the arcade area you can get great prizes for much less tickets than other places like Dave and Busters

I have played laser tag in hundreds of locations over the years, all the way back to the 80s. I have to say they got the process down pretty good and the staff are very polished. Whirly ball is really for grown up kids and the Big Wheels and Mini Golf can occupy the more finicky persons in your group. I love that the staff here remembers me from previous visits that were years ago.

Congratulations Lasertron... you BROKE Lasertron. Played a game of lasertag with my group of 10 and was expecting a fantastic game. When we were brought into the briefing room, we were yelled at by our Game Master which is totally uncalled for, and then were informed we were playing King of the Hill. Whaaaaaaat? Not what we were expecting and an absolutely horrible game mode. We dropped A LOT of $$$ for our group to play and we got no say in the game mode we could play. We didnt know if there were options, nor were they made available to us, we were just told that was what we were gonna do. None of our 10 nor the 8 others that were playing with us like the game mode. We ALL voiced our dislike for the game and there was no response from our Game Master. Ive been coming to Lasertron since the early 90s, even shared it with my family now. And we ALL came away with the same opinion, That sucked. We even did the Adult Big Wheels... check-in took longer than the actual races. We got one lap warm-up and then 2 races, 1 lap each... wow. We just got started and then we got booted off. Really? Probably wont be returning... and I wont be recommending... unless they fix these issues. King of the Hill... really?!?!?!

This place is great. So much fun for whole family or just adults. Food in Henrietta is amazing and their membership is second to non. Highly reccomend

The employees wouldnt care much to explain the rules clearly and kept giving penalties when I had no idea what the heck was happening and he was like totally showing off!!We know that you work there everyday but you should have least common sense to explain the rules with patience!!May be they should understand that people come here for the first time to enjoy and not to get frustrated !!

Always a riot. Always fun with friends. Great for team building and exercise. The laser game even has different modes but we played the default.Cyber sport is an odd bumper car lacrosse blend that is funny to watch and play. My company goes for a trip each year AMD it is always a highlight

Been going to this Lasertron for some time now - not often, but we still go. After getting yelled at during the direction video which was uncalled for, we played a game mode called King of the Hill, which was absolutely horrible. We made it VERY clear that we didnt want to play this game. All 10 people in my party and the other 8 playing with us hated it. Worker didnt care nor made an attempt to change game mode. For $150, I feel like we should have gotten some say for our money. Wont be going back anytime soon. Congratulations Lasertron, you broke Lasertron!
