Ate at the bar, service was good. Nachos were cold. Happy hour had $5 appetizers and discounted drinks. So I ate for$15. Expectations were low and thus were met.

Brought my son and his friend here for my sons birthday and we all had a blast... Even my wife who hates video games had a blast and said she would return there... Food was great also.

Travis and Aaron are amazing. Travis invented an amazing drink using the non-alcohol drink Snow Globe mixed with Titos vodka and a secret ingredient! I loved it. Absolutely amazing! The entire restaurant and gaming floor was cleaning xonsidering the amount of patrons... Food was delicious! My family is going back tomorrow!

Good food, but a little cold by the time it got to the table. Prices not bad for what you get. Pleasant staff. Kids love it, had a blast. Mom loves it with Groupon.

Great place to grab some delicious food and and super fun time playing games. Have been going to D-n-B for 10 years now. Have never had a bad time. A+ customer service and burgers too! Im a big kid that takes his little kids too! Thank you for the fun and memories!

Stopped in tonight to play some games, Brie was very attentive and helpful. I had never been to Dave and busters before and she made us feel right at home, the kids loved her! Will be returning soon

Went for the first time 3 weeks ago with my wife. We were loving our teenage years again! There was so many games new and retro! Life size rockem sockem robots! 4 player Halo game place, Mario kart! And the best thing of all is that they have 4D virtual reality with 3 different games you can play. Would bring my kids there for sure

Mainly an entertainment arcade with a lovely bar & restaurant. Fun for kids. Food was good.

Fun. A little chaotic... I feel like Im in a casino because there arent windows or high ceilings like their old eastern hills location. Still, great games, good atmosphere.

Clean and open lay out. Very inclusive for allowing for wheelchair access. Food was wonderful with healthy and spoiling options. The kids had just as much fun as the adults.

Let’s be clear, blue moon is my favorite beer. I have gotten very ill from having some blue moon from the tap on at this Dave n busters on Wednesday night. February 19th to be specific. I’ve noticed after I drank my first blue moon my stomach was acting a little strange then I had one more before I left and by the time I got home I was serious pain. I missed days of work already and possibly my job but hopefully not. I went to a couple hospitals and emergency rooms and they were all saying the same thing that Dave n busters probably doesn’t properly clean their draft lines. This is a first me to be sick like this. Be careful people, it could happen to anyone. God bless America.

Needs to be expanded. The previous location felt like it had more variety. There used to be some classic arcade cabinets, but those arent here. Was hoping for some claw machines but there was only 1. Theres still a bunch of fun and cool games, but most are just trying to get you to gamble for tickets. I did have a good time but it made me realize why I dont go here more often.

Games are great fun, especially with friends although one of the Mario Kart machines were down. I hope they fix it soon. Pricing is also fair, especially if you Supercharge for an extra boost. The food is also great and that even have the Impossible Burger on the menu which was fantastic. The front options are very varied and taste great and the staff is really friendly and welcoming.

A little sad that they dont have as many vintage video games for us old folk as they used to but really enjoy everything else. Food is quite tasty too. It is pretty loud in here but quite fun.

Its a cool place to dine, have a few drinks then play some games. What more can you ask for , also its a great place to watch sporting event.

The games are always fun for us and most importantly the kids. It depends on the day and the time for the food. Its always good but the temp is sometimes something to be debated but always a great time! The staff is always accommodating and very personable!!

The service was great. I got ribs and sliders. Sliders were fine but the ribs were a bit over cooked, getting a little hard. Now the games are fine for the younger kids but some do have parents that are there so it would be nice to have some retro games for us to play. Having just quick ticket games, FPS games and racing games gets old quick

Had my daughters Birthday party here and her friends said they had so much fun ! The food was good and the server was extremely nice i definitely recommend coming here even if your not having a party and just want to have fun with your family !

This is, without doubt, the best arcade Ive been in. Great games, great operation, and easy ticket collection and prize selection. Some quality games that are perfect for an arcade; crossy road, temple run, angry birds, fruit ninja, etc cetera. All great fun.

Solid arcade, you can definitely find solid deals online for playing games. They charge you for cards now which is pretty weak. A lot of machines constantly broken. Sometimes machines require you to put your card in to get your tickets or they disappear, kinda shammy. Their prize store is super weak, barely anything you can get besides candy with one visit.Food was brutal, basically everything frozen and premade, not very healthy or tasty. Service everywhere is a disaster, girls at front desk that checked us in were not friendly or inviting at all, more worried about playing on their phones. Bar staff was even worst, no direction at all, food was sitting on bar for 15 minutes before I asked one of them to bring it to me, no conversation, not friendly at all. Manager came to help someone else with an issue at the bar, he was just as uninviting and non-friendly as the rest of the staff.Id say change in management, focus on friendliness and fun, and get the bar organized. Try and find some healthy fresh food options as well.

Dave and busters is a great experience for the whole family. Not only is it a casual dining place , but you can also have a ton of fun playing arcade games with your family! If you visit frequently, it is a must to get a large amount of tickets. The games aren’t that rigged and there are games where you’re guaranteed to get tickets.

I would probably never eat or drink there again. Food was mediocre, for being so expensive I expected better quality.. There were NO PRICES listed for any of the drinks on the menu, so we ended up spending way more than we even guesstimated... The games were fun, though I was under the impression that this place was mainly for adults, however there were an overwhelming amount of children. It was basically a chuckie cheese that also serves alcohol. Though I would go back to play some of the games and use the photo booth, everything else did not live up to my expectations.

Cool place, I bring my 4 yr old here to play the shooting games .. a bit pricey but the games are pretty cool.

Love this place as there is no burden of carrying tokens and tickets around. You just get a card to swipe in the play area and the tickets you earn are auto loaded to your card. Love it!

When are you guys open it, most of the other are open, but the only one in Buffalo is close.

Inconsistent prices. App was selling 550 credits for $55, front desk was selling 175 credits for $50.VR experience is $6 on the app, and $5 in person.Soft drinks are free, alcoholic drinks are $10 ish.Lights, activity, and noise were so high that our ears were still ringing in the food court.Phone reception dodgy as well, big groups can easily be separated.

Super spot to blow$30.00 bucks on a little quilty pleasure. The virtual bowling is your biggest bang for your buck. We were winning 75 tickets minimum each time we played. We were there during the day and there were no line ups waiting to play games. Great family atmosphere lots of games for little kids.

Visited this Establishment this Evening for The McGregor ..Cerrone UFC match. Had the pleasure of Working with a Chris as an Amazing Server for the evening. Every time I go there I order something different to try. And every time I do its amazing. Plus if you do some of the dinner things you can get a game card to use in the arcade or if you do what I did the last time I was there and get one that you can keep recharging so you never have to worry about buying a new one. It comes in handy especially if you have little kids or even for the adults that are gamers at heart (like me and my wife...more so me though) you can play as much as you like. And on the off chance you dont want to eat there you can still play in the arcade with just using the gamer card. But its much better to eat dinner and while waiting for it go play some of the games they have. Which is alot. And they have multiples of some so you can have a mini competition with someone like I normally do with my wife to see who can get the better score. Plus with the game card you can recharge yourself all of your tickets you rack up are stored on there so you can keep getting more and use them when you want to. And if you have a smart phone there is an app for the recharge station so you can do it before you of or even check to see how much is left on your game card so youll know when you need to put more on. But anytime you use the card in any of the games it will let you know what your balance is left at so keep an eye on it so youll know exactly how many chips you have left to use. And Im sorry this is long but it was worth every penny I have used on the card since my wife and I got it over two years ago.

Love the place. So much fun. My kid saved his tokens over several trips and bought a 6000 token helicopter. The toy was complete garbage. Spent hours trying to get the controller to connect to the helicopter, which it would not. Good family time, complete waste of time in the gift shop

Fun place for games and sports with good food and cold beer

Terrible service, fruit flies everywhere, and my wife had to use her flashlight just to read the menu because our table was in a literal dark corner in the abyss. The waitress was non attentive and she apologized 8 times for taking so long with everything, but continued to ignore us. The only good things are the games.

Good games, lots of options for food and a decent size bar full of tvs everywhere. Noone has as many cool games as here. They also update games often. When you need help they are quick to help and their bathrooms are big and always clean.

The Asian chicken nachos were good. Thai salad was not as sweet much more acidic than expected. The big question is they ran out of Itailian salad dressing. I have never seen or heard of that in any restaurant . Bridget the waitress was very attentive

We really enjoyed playing Bball, Skeetball, Ait Hockey and so many other fun games as a couple. Wonderful!

Ive been there plenty of times, first time for a UFC fight. They turned off the tvs before they even raised the winners hand in the last fight. Unacceptable, i wont be back again to watch the fights or to play the games.

Used coupons and gift cards so price wasnt bad. Downloaded app for additional savings. Me and my kids love coming here to play games!

We loved it. It was our sons firt time. We took him to play games and the sweet lady (employee) in the gift shop made his day when she gave him an extra ticket since he was 1 short with only 124 tickets for the 2 small things he could get. We will be back every 2 weeks!!

Very poor excuse for an arcade, very few actual video games, no pinball at all, some of the games were broken, got refund on our card for one of them. Their policy of not being able to cash out your card when you have finished is basically theft. We got a $50 card each when we went in thinking it would be fun and I still had 351 credits $45 when we left as I wont be going back, they have stolen the money. The only couple of games that were good were the Star Wars pod, the air hockey and the giant space invaders. Waste of time and money.

My boyfriend and I came here on his birthday to play some games, get some food, and have some drinks. We first played some games which was fun. We walked upstairs near the bar and sat at a table. We were looking at the menu for probably just under 10 minutes when a waitress finally came over. She said are you looking for a table?, we said well yeah, she told us we needed to leave and check in with the hostess at the front doors and then come back. We thought that was silly. This took place on a Monday and it was slow, so I dont understand why we had to leave, check in, and then come back. We have been here a few times before and have done the same thing with no hassle or attitude. She was rude and left immediately after telling us that. Terrible customer service. We went to the front where the hostess should be and there was no one in sight. We ended up leaving. It was my boyfriends birthday and we were looking forward to having some food and drinks, unfortunately we werent able to celebrate his birthday here. We probably wont go back to the food/drink area again.

My waitress had a good personality. She was very attentive.The bill was very confusing. Ended paying $76 and change for 1 $18.99 & 1 $22.99 eat and play combos. I added the $8.00 unlimited. Then they hit you another $3.00ea to give you a card to play there. The receipt looks all wrong. When I questioned the manager I was told thats how we do it. Be wary.The food wasnt even good. Next time Ill just hit the chick fil a across the street.

I was so surprised by the food, it is a bit pricey but I couldnt believe how good the salmon was. My kids had the pizza appetizers and pretzel dogs and were very happy. If you can get a Groupon for the games it is worth it cause the games are fun but not cheap.
